Long dark hair in my burger that seems intentionally put in because I don’t know how a cook could possibly miss something so obvious (long black hair on top of white cheese really stands out.) Don’t know why it would be intentional as I was very friendly and polite with all staff and didn’t have a complicated order. I went through the proper channels to let management know and asked for a response back. It has been well over a week now and no one got back to me or offered a refund for this $8 burger I couldn’t eat. This specific DQ needs training in customer service and sanitary food handling. I wouldn’t return here and I advise you keep driving down the road to Hinesville for your DQ, I’ve never had an issue there. It’s disappointing that Ludowici has like 1 fast food restaurant for the entire town and their food cannot be trusted.

I ordered online and had to go in to get my food. I went in and went to the counter and said I had a pick up. The teenage boys back there were fighting and yelling.They didn't even know the food that was supposed to come with my order I was given a sloppily made cherry freeze and was not given the rest of my food, it was a $25 order! Never again! I'll never understand Why a place would only hire teenage boys, I don't even think a manager was there!

Ordered a specific meal for my son, with certain items taken off of his sandwich. They ended up doing it to both of our sandwiches, and this isn't the first time something like this has happened with this restaurant. As it's the only fast food restaurant in the area, it's hard to find something else to eat, but I will try to avoid this one at all costs. Very short at the window, and clearly doesn't pay attention to how sandwiches are to be made.

Very clean store and what can I say about a Dairy Queen. Good ice-cream and staff is very nice.Parking: Right off main street and in large open area.Kid-friendliness: I don't know of any Dairy Queen that is not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Front opens easily for wheelchair access.

Doors Under the drink dispenser needs wiped down it was quite gross.Also . while waiting and watching people wait for food to go, i notice and wonder why they give ice cream before the hot food ever came ? (ice creams melts in the 15 minutes waiting to get hot foods)Watched a customer ask for a new Blizzard because it melted while she waited for her order.But besides that it was fine .

Both the Dairy Queens...Jesup & Ludowici lack in customer service. I stopped at the one in Jesup since I was there, both drink and ice cream machines were not working. About a month ago the AC was out. So I head back home and stop at the one in Ludowici, waited so long at drive through at the window for a shake to than get it without what I asked for, whipped cream, I give it to the girl and she gives it back with maybe a teaspoon swirl of whipped cream. I was grateful that the cheeseburgers were good though. Service just needs to step up.

It's not exactly fast cause they cook stuff on the spot (Keep that in mind.) Food was great and not sloppy at all. Good service and understanding. I had ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and almost got chicken strips according to the receipt. They changed it with no fuss.

Went for dinner and the doors were locked. There were people inside eating. The drive through was long and is usually slow. The store is usually dirty with mold on the base of the walls in the food area. I hate the Ludowici doesn’t have more options. If they did this place would be closed down

Have not visited a DQ in a minute, and a chocolate ice cream cone sounded good to my wife and I. SYKE!!! DQ does not offer chocolate soft serve anymore. Ok, i ordered a vanella cone dipped in chocolate, and my wife had a chocolate shake. The vanilla had no taste or creamyness and tasted like 1% ice milk dipped in dark brown wax. My wife could not finish her shake. How sad!!! Another legacy brand milking its past and living off its laurels.

We have visited this location many times. The food is always good, the service is fair, the drive through is always very slow. Tonight we visited and they had a sign on the door saying they close at 7 for a party. No problem. 30 minutes before that they began coming over and telling us they were putting our food in to go bags and asking us to finish up. The owner was not there. These kids have obviously never owned a business and have no idea how much their rudeness affected our future business there. I hope they learn better people skills and I hate that the owner has to pay the price for their rudeness.

Went inside and 2 staff members straight up ignored me. Like, refused to make eye contact, and did not greet me. It was awkward after a few minutes, so I went back to my car and went through the drive thru. The Blizzard was $6 and change, and the toppings were just that, only on top and not blended through the middle or bottom. I should have just left after my initial impression. I won't be back.

I've been to this DQ twice this month, both times I order the brownie Oreo cupfection, both times they only had half the brownie (there's supposed to be a whole brownie cut in half).So let's just say minus 1 star every time my order was incorrect.The last -star was because the last time I was there they didn't serve me ice cream, they gave me ice milk, completely different thing, taste is different, texture is different, melts differently. And the worker didn't think they were required to tell me of this change.I won't be going back if this is what they're serving from now on.

Very friendly and quick service. The lunch specials are great! I love their chicken strips because they are real breast meat not like those garbage McDonald's nuggets. The burgers are very good and like I said they have those lunch specials that are either $5 or $6. If you haven't been here yet I really do recommend trying it. (especially the chicken strips lol)

It never fails. Food is always hot. I never have to wait to long but there's always at least one car ahead of me in line. Their chicken tenders and gravy are so good. Also because of the heat the strawberry banana smoothie was on point.

The lobby is never open. Your stuck waiting 35 to 60 mins each time you want to order. I can drive to dairy queen in jesup and get back with my order before the line has really moved. Ludowici needs more options to eat at. Mc Donald's or something, this place would go out of business with a little competition.

Great service lately. Food hot and fresh, managed the drive thru line well even though it was packed. They didn't forget any of my husband's special requests for his food and I didn't have to go back. The food was very good but the bathrooms were kind of lacking. It wasn't that they looked dirty but it was a horrible smell that came outside both of them. We couldn't eat on that side it was so strong. Otherwise everything was fine. I think they need a plumber to check it out. Next timw we are in the area I will reevaluate and update my response.

Got there and it took 10 minutes to order . Then they gave me a Reece’s blizzard that at the bottom was just vanilla and no flavor or chocolate. Also made us pay .31 cent for honey mustard which doesn’t sound like much bu t at real restaurants and other fast food u get honey mustard for free. Terrible service and not to good food

Not the best experience I've ever had. The renovations are nice and helps the curb appeal, but I had a small blizzard that only had some filling in the top 1/4 and therest was just plain soft serve. The only ice cream/treats between hinesville and jesup so not much you can do. Manage your expectations when you go, 50/50 you walk out disappointed.
