Bianca at Home Depot is amazing. This is my second week going there and she helped my husband and I with lawn equipments. She took her time explained everything to us an showed us items that were on sale. We end up buying a new lawn mower and all the extra lawn equipments. She was very patient with us and very knowledgeable and attentive. I really appreciate her. Employees like her keeps us coming back. Thank you so much Bianca.

What is up with the attitude of the self checkout cashier. All I wanted was my receipt. The paper was out and only gave me the top part. I wanted to make sure I had it on leaving. She had a whole attitude and was very condescending. Not sure if she was having a bad day. But this makes me wanna stop coming here. I’ll stop at another location. Even though this one’s by the house I’ll take the extra drive.

Ashley was very helpful with assisting me with getting a fan. The fans were not on display and were hidden at the very top of the isle. She made numerous calls to get an associate that could drive a forklift in order to retrieve the fan. I was about to leave due to the process taking so long. She alerted me to go to the isle and that forklift driver was ready. She was polite, courteous and exemplary employee. All the associates involved were top tier employees. Thanks Home Depot Lovejoy.

Extremely unhelpful. They workers wanted to spend more time talking and worrying about their conversation than to help a customer. Then when trying to call a manger over no one would answer and took 15 minutes for the manager to not be of any help or even try to help.

This is not where you want to shop for appliances. I had to track the girl down in another department, she was mad that she had to help, then would not even offer assistance when she did come over. I spent double at a different store solely because of the attitude I received from the employees at this store.

I am giving a compliment because the paint associate there phire is AMAZING so patient, knowledgeable and has the best customer service !! I was very overwhelmed trying to do repairs on my house and she took the time not once not twice but three times (yes i went in there 3 days in a row) she never made me feel stupid cause it’s a lot i don’t understand she took the time to explain pro’s and cons and i wish i owned a customer service business i would try and steal her she’s AWESOME

I do remodeling for a living, Im here almost everyday. Everyone is always very helpful and prices are good. I take 4 of my 18 Grandkids to the 1st Saturday of each month where they learn how to "Build something" different every month. Great program for kids! We learned that their Grandah, Phillip, has the same name as a screwdriver!!!! 😄 Great times!

Harriet personifies great Customer Service!! She went out of the way to far exceed a customer's expectations.1 employee could not locate the valve I needed...another told me it did not exist.I had resigned myself to returning the still, UN-inflatable kayak, I was dying to do use for Pandemic De-stressing.I never would have expected an employee to take notice of a disappointed look on a customer's face and make it their business to turn the frown upside down.I expected to find the tool I needed, in a neat little package on 'Aisle Whatever'...Instead, Harriet 'MacGyvered' the nonexistent tool, out of a 3/8" brass adapter, teflon tape and a bike pump valve...SHEER GENIUS!!Thanks to Harriet, I will be kayaking on a lake in PTC very, very soon.Thanks again Harriet, YOU ROCK!!!

Went to the lovejoy location and CRAIG did an outstanding job. He works in lumber but he was very knowledgeable about the products in every department. We bought a dishwasher, sink/faucet, and ceiling fan. He was able to help us with all of it. He went above and beyond all the way to the register by offering caulking to seal the sink just in case. If I could give give 10 stars I would! Thank you from my family

Friendly service.I love the courtesy treatment I received.I was disappointed there was only one electric cart and it was not charged.Being handicapped relying on a walker was hard for me to get to the appliance dept.

My Mother made a purchase earlier. She is a retired disabled veteran with 34 years of service. Went to make her purchase and asked for her military discount. The cashier told her she could only access the discount through the Home Depot App. Unfortunately, it wasn't working right. I would think the cashier would have been courteous enough to give her the discount. She refused. I am disappointed. Just feel disrespected. She had her military ID to show for verification. Normally I would have spoke to the manager but my mother said that is their policy. I just want to voice my appreciation to all veterans and their family members and Home Depot needs to do better. I had a very bad experience at this Home Depot at Christmas time. I purchased a fire pit that was on sale for Black Friday, but I was unable to get it in my car by myself and there was no one available to help me because it was almost closing time. So I left the item at the store. The lady assured me I could leave my item at will call and come back and pick it up and someone would put it in the car for me. Which okay sounded really great. Yeah right, I went back to pick up the item I purchased inside the store and watched the employee put it in the will call room, but was told when I got there, my item was not there. Then they proceeded to tell me I ordered it online and they were out of the product when I ordered it, so they had to give me a refund. Which I clearly stated I did not purchase the item online I purchased it in the store and paid for it in the store and they turned around and sold it to someone else and wanted to act like it was no big deal. But the item was unavailable anywhere else. It was actually the last one in the store when I purchased that one. The hall experience was very horrible and unprofessional and I ended up having to search online to find another store that had the item still available. Then I had to drive all the way to Newnan to pick it up and then had to go back to this Home Depot to get my refund for the first one that I purchased. After spending 3 hours in the store waiting for the manager to find my item that clearly was no longer there and then trying to pawn a different cheaper fire pit off on me and place of the one I had already purchased. So no my review for this Home Depot is not very good!
