The manager/employee on morning shift is no good. She needs basic training apparently. They have baskets of items for 75% and she couldn't honor plugging in the 75% off because it was still running up 50% off. Some people are not meant to have higher positions when they don't know simple math or basic reading skills. Nowhere did it say " up to 75٪" it said 75% off period. That's tells alot about a store I won't be back to this location

I purchased a speaker from family dollar and was told that they can’t return it but they can exchange it for another one. The speaker is trash and didn’t sound good at all. The music wasn’t clear and it sounded horrible so all of them would sound the same way. After explaining the situation to the store clerk and the rude manager on duty. I went over to a nearby store and was able to return the speaker and get a full refund!NO QUESTION ASKED!

I like going to Family Dollar because sometimes they have what other Dollar stores don't. They put in a new layout but it seems when they did this the store goes down.

They've gotten better since the remodel. I've been visiting this store for seven years now. Seven years ago it was managed by three African American men. They kept the store immaculate. Hire them back. Also provide your employees with something they can wet their fingers with when opening the bags, so they won't have to lick their fingers.UPDATE: Visited the store last evening...there was no box in site and the store was clean. Great job!

Exceptional! I am a Family Dollar Valued Customer and this is one of the Best Cleanest store I’ve ever been in! To top it off I was greeted with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service from Shea. Not only was Shea friendly each time I’ve visited but also very knowledgeable and courteous. Shea informed me that she’s only been working at this location for a month. I was shocked as I thought she was in management. Shea also told me her motto is to treat people the way she would like to be treated. Trust me it shows! I hope Corporate see this review! As a person in Leadership I was quite impressed with Shea work ethic and people skills. Watch out Family Dollar, I may have to bring her on my team.😉 Kudos to Shea keep up the great work!!!

The store is not clean or attractive at all. The staff are disrespectful to the managers. They spend more time hiding in corners on their cell phones than working. The manager asked a staff member to do something, he just looked her & walked off. The floors are nasty. Carts full of inventory all over the store. Nobody working but the managers. Management needs to step up and start disciplinary actions.

I love going to this store the young lady Jasvin always go above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied even when they don't have what I need she makes sure the next time when I'm in there that what I wanted that they have it when I come back and with all the customer she see on A daily basis she always remember what you ask for and when you come back she remember exactly what it was you wa wanted . Thank you so much for being such A kindand lovely employee

I mean it's cool and all, but when you got to reach behind inventory and move pallets you feel like you been working. I almost asked for a 15 min break! Other than that the employees were nice and it's alright.

Haven’t shopped this store in a while for obvious reasons. Took a chance and dipped in there today and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Received a greeting, the associates were friendly, polite and well groomed. The store was in order and shopping was a breeze. I believe I can go back to shopping close to home again.

Went my kids and every item that 1 of them picked the item was another price, instead of the price on the shelf. And the guy said he can't override the price.

Not shopping at this store never again if you don’t pay attention the cashiers will get you and then when you ask for a receipt they say can’t print one when you look at your account it’s more than what they say but hay that’s how it goes down mainly in the black community it’s always a cheat just pay attention because they will get you. God bless them they can have that I have plenty more never again not shopping at no family dollar store ever again in my life.

I was at the Family Dollar on yesterday April 25, 2019. The store was disgusting. There were things all out of place up and down the isles, clothes all thrown around, tripping up the isles over things on the floor. The cashier was having a conversation with a customer that he apparently new. The customer was talking loud with every other word coming out her mouth was a cuss word, with her young children standing there. Not once did the cashier ask her to lower her voice or to stop cussing. The conversations between the two of them was so loud and disturbing. That I could not concentrate on what I was looking for that I just walked out without buying anything. Come on guys, you want people to support your black owned businesses but you treat us like that. Get some professional people in that store. I will be shopping at The family dollar in Griffin or Fayetteville for now on. I rated the store a one star because there was nothing lower to rate it.

Wished I could give it a minus 5 stars. This place is Always dirty and the employees are just there stealing money! The owners cant possibly care because this location has looked like this for years. No one's never at the register if you don't watch your step you could seriously injure yourself in that trap. It's a lawsuit ready to happen. Find another spot that cares!

Dropped in unexpectedly. Some of the boxed food items were outdated. The clerk at the register was really nice. The employees on the floor were not as friendly nor did they offer to help.

One guy helped me out with what I was looking for but the guy at the cash register didn't greet me or say anything when I walked up to pay for my items. I said smile and asked if he was mad and got no response but a continued mean look. Really an uninviting experience considering I just moved to the area.

Enter the store no Greeting.. Cashier was in a conversation on her earpiece, about how ratchet someone was the night before..Went in for t-shirts obvious I could not find what I was looking for, absolutely no acknowledgement. Left no Thank you. Come again! Nothing absolutely no conversation.

I have tried for the last 4 years to give this store the benefit of the doubt and you keep disappointing me I will no longer shop there and I will pass the word on to associates and Friends also I will be filing a complaint with a home office this is ridiculous the people are so unfriendly and rude there's never a product in there that I'm looking for it's just totally un called for
