I highly recommend Town & Country Pet Salon/Self serve dog wash Loganville! Paige (the owner) reached out to me when she found out I was looking for a smaller place to keep my dogs so they wouldn’t stress. She has been so attentive talking to me since Day 1 of having them bathed there so they could get used to the place. They only board 2 families at a time and our pups had lots of space in their kennel and were able to bring their beds and toys which typically is not allowed. She reached out to me after the first weekend to reassure me that Max and Triscuit were doing great and eating! They sent me the sweetest pictures below and Paige was very flexible with pickup today after being stuck in traffic coming home!! I definitely recommend them for those longer vacation stays and they do a great job grooming and have the cutest doggy boutique there too! They sent them home clean and smelling like blueberries ❤️!

Town and Country is hands down the best groomer we have used and I will never go anywhere else! The staff, and owner have been so caring and helpful and they just love all over my fur baby, leaving me feeling comfortable and confident leaving him in their care. Bonus points for all the cute stuff in their boutique area - perfect place to purchase at-home essentials and all the fun extras for yourself or as a gift! Benny loves you guys!

I have been using this groomer for a little while never has either of my animals been called “the Pitbull” they have always been called by their names. Upon brining Chloe my now oldest, she was told not to jump and called the Pitbull who is hyper, but she’s had her meds. First you work with animals they are bound to jump especially when they are excited. Second I work with probationers and the jail system as a probation officer and I would NEVER call an individual by their number or that guy. Upon leaving I called and let them know I would be right back to get her because this absolutely rubbed me the wrong way. They said it would be a cancellation fee and I asked to speak with the owner or to be given her information. I was told by the person answering the phone she may not be able to give this information. Unfortunately, you lost a customer today and I’m very offended by the discrimination of my beloved Chloe. I need to speak with someone because the service has gone immensely down and for me to basically be cornered into having to pay either a cancellation fee or to pay full price for the discrimination is beyond unacceptable.

Dropped my puppy off and they were time efficient and friendly ! My puppy went straight to them ! They grooming was perfect and my pup has never smelt and felt better ! Can’t wait to go back ! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a good groomer and friendly place for your pup to go!

I used to enjoy this place and trust my dogs here but the last two visits have made me feel very weary. I feel the need to bring my dogs elsewhere going forward.There was quite a wait just for nail trims which was fine. I have two large dogs, one is very anxious and I wasn't able to pay before I brought them in " because they don't know what to charge until they do the service." I'm also pretty sure my anxious shepherd was put into a kennel while she waited for her nail trim instead of just waiting with me. In addition, they used to do amazing with her nails and the last two times they've taken nearly nothing off her nails. Just don't feel comfortable with this place anymore.

Look at the pictures of my dog and you decide.She didn’t look like this when she was dropped off. Called for prices ahead of time was told the basic did include conditioning. Apparently it didn’t and they would rather loss another customer, then call and say “Hey, your dog has dry skin would you like to add conditioning treatment “

I had a bad experience somewhere else in town & was reluctant taking Waylon anywhere but my friend uses them and I am so glad we tried them. Waylon loves the girls up there & Kyndra especially made him feel super comfortable & he loves her. They do an oatmeal bath for his bad skin & file his nails down super short. He always has a cute bandanna and he loves the treats and toys they have in the boutique. Five paws up from Waylon!

Worst customer service. Gave me false information on prices. FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING. Also tried to charge me for an 80lb dog when my dog is not even close to that. Said it would take 4.5 hours…. TO BATHE HER. Insane. The owner stalled by asking me all these questions (with attitude) after I told her to give me my dog back. Because she didn’t get my dog right away when I asked, she charged me for $18 nail clipping because “they already started on it”. Not to mention I heard the other girl talking about me while I was in the waiting room. Terrible all around. Never going back. All these positive reviews baffle me.

I love Town and Country pet salon! I rescued a kitten from there over the summer and I bring Scont once a month for a bath and nail trim. There aren't that many places these days that do cats as well as Town and Country. Definitely recommend this place!

I love Town and Country Pet Salon!!! Paige Cortiss and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! The service is super, the prices are great. But mostly I'm so impressed with the way they take such wonderful care of my Oakley. And they were wonderful to my Yogi before. I've been using them for year's. The staff is always helpful and friendly!! Oakley loves going to see them. And to a dog Mom, that says a lot about the people that work there!! I highly recommend Town & County!!! Give them a try... you'll be glad that you did!!

can't say enough good things about this dog grooming shop! From the moment I stepped in, I knew my dogs were in the right hands. Paige and all the employees, are not only extremely sweet but also incredibly talented. They genuinely care for the dogs and treats them with love and patience.The grooming results were outstanding! My dog Buddy looked and smelled amazing after their grooming session.I've tried other grooming places in the past, but none have come close to the level of care and expertise I found here. I love going to town and country pet salon. They are very patient and work with your dog. She talks too my dog, and give her a break when she's tired of standing up. She is old. We trust the staff completely with the care of my dog. They treat her as part of their family. I drive an hour to take my dog to the salon. She is a big baby and I would not trust anyone else with her.

Customer service is not good at all. They act afraid of customers. They come across as they have been robbed before or something. I walked in the door, and they didn't say hello, just who are you here to get. The person who cut my dogs hair did an AMAZING job, I called to tell the actual person I was so impressed and appreciative, but once again they acted afraid to get on the phone. I will not be returning.

After trying several different salons in the area, I have found my go to pet salon. We've gone here several times and my lab doesn't get stressed or anxious when I leave her. She always looks amazing when I pick her up. The staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. And they have a ton of cute products for sale, too

We love our girls at town & country! We used to take our Doberman, Raymond, there and man he looked so dapper when he was done! Then we got another dog, Amara, and we took her to the girls to get her nails trimmed. They were so good with her! The owner is absolutely wonderful and cares about her clients! When our Raymond died we were devastated & everyone there was so sweet and kind! We always recommend town & country and will always be back!

I tried shaving my 110lb+ landseer mix by myself and you honestly couldn't pay me 1000000 to do it again. Town and country did it for a great price, very nice staff, and the outcome and attention to detail is phenomenal. Her claws are trimmed neatly, coat is even and beautiful, and the most important part... she seemed very happy afterwards. Thanks guys for making my puppy very cool and happy for summer! Also the selection of varietal treats and accessories is pretty impressive. Nice place and nice people who are truly pet-people who care about your best friend.

I got my doodle groomed there for the first time and when Town & Country was done with her, she was a transformed dog in a great way. The groomer went over the pricing thoroughly, my doodle’s coat was so soft and shiny, and cut evenly. They even caught my dog’s ear infection due to the previous groomer not getting the hair in her ears properly. Not only was I happy but I know my doddle was happy as well. It was a little pricey but worth it as my dog needed work. Thank you Town & Country.

Me and my puppies love Town and Country! I had been looking for a new groomer for a while(the last one was so bad and left my babies in horrible shape) so I was very hesitant taking them somewhere else. But, I’m so glad I did! The girls upfront were so sweet to not just my dogs but to me. I have Italian mastiff’s so it is so hard to find places that will actually take so I was so excited when they said they would take them and they look AMAZING!! And I saw they have a self serve option too and I will definitely be trying that. I will for sure be coming back!!!

Super friendly staff & great with both my cat & dog. The nails are always super short and my pets are happy coming and going. I highly recommend them! Great self serve dog wash too.
