On one hand yes they do a good job but is it worth the price? In 3 years they have doubled in their prices, and unfortunately my pay check hasn’t doubled so I can no longer afford to use them. I can’t pay $125 for a little 12-14lb dog to be groomed. Every time they come out they have to tell me their prices increased, first it was because gas went up to $5 a gallon but then gas prices went back down to under $3 did they lower their prices? No, they just continued to go up. I will miss them but I just can no longer justify the price to use their mobile services.

They did an amazing job on our 2 golden retrievers! They were deshedded, trimmed, clipped and smelled amazing. Groomer had a very calm demeanor which put my dogs at ease. Its obvious he is very experienced with dogs because he immediately gained their trust and they loved him! Will definitely continue to use them. Having them come to your home is a game changer! Customer service was fantastic too!

This was my first time using The Puppy Barber. When I called them on Wednesday I was able to get scheduled for that Friday 8:15 am. They texted me Friday morning to let me know what they were on the way and they arrived on time. They got right to work on my senior Rat Terrier and senior Bichpoo. When they were finished, both of my little girls came back looking and smelling good with their pink bandages on! Both of the groomers were very professional and friendly. I booked my next grooming appointment before they left. So, I'm definitely using them again!

I was impressed from the second I scheduled an appointment! Scheduling was easy, the communication was great. I received a call and text when they were on the way. They were so excited to meet my pup, and I could tell immediately that they were true animal lovers! Stephen the owner, and his daughter Alexis worked on my 100lb mastiff, Oakley, and she smelled so good and no longer had raptor claws after the appointment!!Stephen made it very clear that his main concern is that the dog is comfortable and not getting stressed, so he takes his time.He is currently a nurse who needed a mobile groomer, and thought if he needed one, other people probably did too, so he started Puppy Barber on the side. His clientele has grown so quickly that he is going full time with Puppy Barber in October. He has a groomer that works with him that does show quality work as well and as a breeder of doodles himself, he's very familiar with what it takes to groom more complicated pups with thick doodle fur and even long fur pups.He and Alexis showed my sweet girl so much love when they arrived and even after she was all groomed. She just adored them after, so I think she made some friends, and we will definitely have the Puppy Barber back out!!

I was not impressed with this company. My dog didn’t even smell clean when they finished and her haircut was terrible I do not recommend this company if your dog is temperamental She acted scared of a 12 pound dog.

First of all, I’ve been using Puppy Barber for at least 2 years and have referred them to so many friends and neighbors.My yorkie, Rosie has had health issues and I know they have to be extra careful with her. My last appointment I was informed that they could not service Rosie any longer due to not being able to give her the grooming services because of her condition. They did recommend another groomer in the area but I was surprised and it was very unexpected. I’ve been left high and dry without a groomer. I don’t feel comfortable bringing just anyone to my home first of all and also handling Rosie. Not impressed at all with this unexpected decision on their part. I never leave negative reviews but I felt a need to express my opinion.

The puppy barber is the best groomer! They are so easy to make appointments with. They come straight to your door to pick up your dog for grooming. The whole process is easy and my dog comes back smelling clean and so handsome. They always give him a cute seasonal handkerchief too.

We had our Goldendoodle groomed this week and she did an amazing job!! We are very picky with groomers, and had a scheduling mess up with our old one, so it had been a few months too long in between grooming appointments for our dog. The time and care she put into grooming our doodle was absolutely perfect. The fact that they come to your home is a HUGE plus. We are so happy to have found this company!!

Incredible experience! They came out to our house and groomed two dogs and cut nails on four cats for us! They were VERY nice and easy to get along with off the bat, fantastic with animal and clearly animal lovers, patient, and did an INCREDIBLE job even on our yorkie (who is hard to groom, plus I’m picky about how she looks lol). All around excellent. 10/10 would recommend, will hire again! 5 stars is not enough!

I am so impressed by our experience with The Puppy Barber. After years of hearing that our dog was misbehaving at the groomer, I was relieved when the groomer greeted my dog with patience. She clearly loves dogs and was not intimidated by his tough boy act. When she was done it was obvious she had won him over. This is a big relief for this dog mom!

I honestly wish that I was given the opportunity to speak more highly about how well the groom and the grommer performed, but I can not after the owner's failure to follow up with me.I physically spoke with the gentleman for almost 20 minutes, before he confirmed that he would call me back to schedule a full groom for our dog since we were so close to his home, and never heard from him again. It is super unprofessional to fail to communicate with your current and potentially future customers. That's like asking for your business to go out of business. (Food for thought!)Additionally, he can not say that he didn't have a means to contact me when he received and confirmed my telephone number while speaking with me, and also received a text message from me that included both my number and address. So, I don't beg people to take my money; I just offer it to those who want it and want success. Hope he offers better and more professional service to the next potential customers in the future.

Our dog looks amazing! After our pup paraded around showing off his cut, he ran back to the trailer to play and love on all the staffers. Stephen knew what cut was best for our labradoodle for the healthiest coat. Will trust all our grooming to the Puppy Barber from now on.

They were absolutely delightful to deal with and they did an amazing job on all 3 of my Shih-Tzus. They were very understanding and extra gentle with one of my senior boys that is blind in one eye and has tumors all over his body—making it quite difficult to maneuver around. Added bonus of not having to drag them to the groomer and wait! What is not to love?? They look and feel fabulous! I highly recommend the Puppy Barber!

As a tremendous advocate for small businesses and a big community supporter it pains me to share such a poor review.This organization came highly recommended from local friends. Hopefully we just had a bad experience. Our eight month old puppy received his first haircut, we were not satisfied with the haircut. However, that possibly could have been a communication breakdown. The haircut was the least alarming part of the process.Our dog came back to us terribly frightened and with blood seeping out of his foot. He proceeded to get blood all over the floors of the house for few days. Our patio still looks like a crime scene. My wife and I attempted to call, text and message to no avail. Our dog’s hair will grow back and we can try again in a few months.However, the cuts on his feet, armpits, and around his butt are alarming. Why weren’t we notified of any challenges during the haircut? Why was his paw so bloody? More than anything, why didn’t you get back to us? I waited several weeks before posting this, to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I will now share my concerns with others because of the bad encounter, amplified by the poor customer service.

Stephen is a super cool guy. Very punctual. Great communication. Appointment scheduling and appointment confirmation system worked great. They even give you a call when they are on the way. He took care of my babies like I would. And they were so beautiful when they came out. I will definitely be using the puppy barber again.

Stephen took great care of my parent's dog. She was pretty matted and was able to get her shaven down and bathed. She looks like a brand new dog and we could tell she felt wonderful. Will definitely use him again for maintenance cuts as her hair grows back out. Wonderful demeanor with both us and our dog!

We are owners of a 3yr old Golden Doodle, Dinger with severe skin/hair issues. We saw The Puppy Barber trailer parked in our neighborhood----made the BEST call ever for Dinger.Chatted with Chris about Dinger's medical issues and he believed he could help our dog--Scheduled that appt! Chris and Angie bathed and groomed Dinger with TLC..It's been the best grooming services Dinger has experienced. Her skin/coat feel and look so much healthier.There prices are totally reasonable not to mention the convenience is AWESOME! Thanks Chris and Angie--Dinger can't wait to see you again soon..We HIGHLY recommend "The Puppy Barber" for mobile pet services.You won't be disappointed!!
