I've been to this Kroger before many times with my father. So many employees here have bad attitudes. They don't know how to do insurance benefit cards, and get upset when you ask to speak to manager about it. They often have digit deals but don't have the actual items out. Today, there where no registers open, so my father and I had to bag our own groceries. We had a full cart groceries, and my father is elderly. He has to drive a scooter around the store because he's got terrible arthritis. Nobody offered to help us as I bagged all the groceries. If I hadn't been there, my father would have been unable to purchase his grocery. One lady just stood around and didn't offer to help. I asked another lady why they didn't have registers open, and she didn't even respond. Absolutely ridiculous, and I would give it zero stars if I could.

Only had two registers with cashiers, and one was the front-end manager. Someone was calling over the public address system that employees need to do something to show they were a team player. Very inappropriate. That needs to be kept for team meetings, not to customers and employees.

I LOVE Kroger. PERIOD. , Kroger Plus card saves me so much money and allows me to build up points per dollar to use for discounts on gas, which is a huge help these days. I just wish there was a Kroger closer to me. But I will definitely travel 10 to 15 plus miles just to save all that money. And don't forget about digital coupons in the app!

This Kroger is a joke I particularly the store manager during the day. I bought an expired GreenDot card from year 2023! I put my last 100.00 on it and couldn't utilize card because of the date. I was last person in store and the manager acted like I did something wrong and basically accusedme of LIEING about purchasing the card at this location ihad receipt and his night manager remembered me from nightbefore but he tried to humiliate me. Asked why I bought cardajditols thhemthenaskedagainn said I lied about reason for card which wasn't eventheirbusiness I was crying and it ruined my receipt

I given this Krogers the benefit of the doubt twice. Pick up was late twice on two different orders. ONE order I sat outside for a hour waiting and they did not have all my items when it was brought to me.Second time I came again then was told my order wasn't ready, that I needed to come back. Arrived again and my order still wasn't right. This Krogers is under staffed from what I seen morning, noon, or night. Then, I was charged more money for my items without acknowledgement that some of them was substitute. I asked to speak to management and was told they will not come down stairs to talk to me. At this point employees are making their own rules and not follow duties from the employer. Unprofessional! 0 stars from me....

Kroger has the worst website for trying to navigate ordering online. Always, always get technical difficulty messages and no connection, oops and refresh page. Please fix it.

This place number one scaming with prices, they will mark down or put it on sale but when you purchase at the register it will be different price when you get home is too late, you will be $30 - 40$ over each time . And no customer service on duty to return or refund.

Today this Kroger location gave me the final reason I needed to go somewhere else. I did give them a try but now I am done. First of all they always have expired products in the shelves, additionally I have tried to use pick up option to save some time but it never works, and is always a nightmare, they call you to ask you to go 30 minutes after the time you selected or even to go the day after which is unacceptable and I have seen that there are some other customers with the same issue. And finally today, I had a request and I had to call the store manager (Duma/Duna or whichever is his name) and it was the worst experience he treated me as deaf or even a dumb he doesn’t have customer service skills at all, at least the staff is nice and they were expressing their apologies which did not happen with the store manager, what a shame, Seriously, pick any other Kroger.

I’ve tried. I’ve tried so many times to give this Kroger the benefit of the doubt. At this point there have been 3 late, incorrect, or incomplete pickup orders. In addition, their stock never seems to be correct. After showing up 20 mins after my scheduled time I was informed they needed an additional half hour. As I was in the store grabbing other items. Seriously, pick any other Kroger.

So much for the new "end to end" starting in the produce department. We are supposed to have at least 2 openers, 1 mid and 2 closers. We have 7 employees in produce. I am 60 years old and having to close alone more often than not. Now the closers are also supposed to do the trucks and work floral department after 4 pm till 9pm. Sometimes having to work 6 and 7 days in a row before I get a day off. A 60 year old woman! I am so worn out and fed up. 😩

Young girl Inah, working in the seafood Dept has very bad customer service skills!! On one occasion as I approached the seafood counter she just looked at me and said "I don't want to be here " " what do you want ". I reported her to the manager. Went there yesterday and received the same disrespectful behavior. I again reported her to management and the manager sent another gentleman to assist me. The gentleman has assisted me before and has Great customer service skills.

They say they cash checks but I cannot tell cause every time I try to cash my check here they say we don’t have the money. They charge $4 to cash a check you’d think they would wanna make that money. Other than that pretty good place.

Stopped for gas here on Sunday the 23rd of April and the gas attended, young black woman, was so kind and happy and friendly. She even came out to help another customer having trouble at the pump and I never see that anymore. She deserves a raise.

Don’t go to this Krogers after 6PM, a cashier on register 7 lied about being closed and told me I would need to check out my 40 items at self check out. After checking out, I asked the female clerk at self check out for a supervisor and she lied stating they were all gone. When I finally found a supervisor, the male clerk who lied about being closed tried to make excuses as to why he lied to me. This incident happened tonight and honestly everybody on evening shift needs to be fired. They are lazy and have no integrity.

This store is ghetto! I went to the meat dept looking for beef liver to no avail. Inah was working in meats and offered little to NO HELP. She then paged the manager on duty Jefferey who never even bothered to come. She then informed me that I needed to come back tomorrow. I see why my husband avoids Kroger like the plauge and opts to shop at Publix, where shopping is a pleasure!

Kroger has no real check outs open, and only one of self check outs excepts cash, and none of the other ones can give cash back. But it’s ok they have an ATM which charges a fee.

I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived and the young man came right out with my grocery order. The payment machine didn't work for my card so we went in to pay for the order. That was also a very pleasant and smooth process. All of my items that I ordered was in stock except for the mayonnaise size that I needed but they did substitute it for another one, a smaller one. I was perfectly fine with it.

This is the worst Kroger to shop at.I went into Kroger on 7/22 around 10:30pm had a manger (James) and self check out rep refuse to check me out at 10:40pm that night because I had WIC.They told me we already closed the registers. I told them I always shop here and I usually come late. I ended up leaving the store.I came back this morning 7/23 talked with the Manger Octavia I was told no we can use them they are expired and I don’t know if that’s what happed. I tried to talk to her she offended me and I was embarrassed because of how she handled me in front of customers. Gave me my fruit and a $10 gift card and told me that all she can do.I am not mad about the gift card but I am upset your telling me I may not be telling the truth instead of apologizing. Not once did they apologize to me in the store. Customer service on the phone was not much. Help.I just had a baby and had to come get some food for me and my kids. I will never shop at this store again because they only show special treatment to people who pay with money or credit cards no WIC customers.I will stick to Publix because the service there is always great.

I knew there was a reason I didn't like going to Kroger. The very poor attitude of some of the associates with no regard for customer care. I just went to use the western union services that's supposed to open at 8. I got there at 8 and expected someone to be there mind you this is the second time. After calling to ask if someone was going to come, a lady showed up saying she doesn't have her purse and that whoever was supposed to be there is running late, even though they open at 8 it takes time to open up the registration and get settled in. She proceeded to tell me "you'll have to wait" rudely. I told her if it was a person who had a different color than me she would be nicer. She went off on me raising her voice. I'm so upset I didn't get her name. It would have been in this review. I refuse to let her ruin my day so I walked out. I know I won't be going back to that Kroger anymore. If you open at 8 be ready with what you need to open at 8. It's a business! The last time I waited for 15 minutes with no apology either. I had a bad experience at the pharmacy as well do I guess someone else will have my business not that store. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure others have had bad experiences too but won't post a review.

The redhead lady that works in the seafood department is very rude in a hurry and doesn’t pay attention to customer request she will give you whatever she put her hands on first and disregard that a senior citizen is asking for thinner cuts of salmon to avoid swallowing difficulties and choking. Spoke with the manager concerning this employee. If it occurs again I will contact corporate.Most inconsiderate in ignoring the elderly.
