I’ve had Walmart plus for years and since moving to Locust Grove they have made it super hard to keep the service!! Every single order, I’m missing items. Especially on Large orders. I’ve had a big order recently and once again ALL of my produce items are missing! I call customer service and receive no items. There has been times I’ve missed TVs when it’s supposed to be curbside pickup. No one ever comes out or mixes up the cars. I’m over this location and will only do pickup orders going forward.

Understocked, dirty and disorganized. Restroom was in need of attention. Just not a great shopping experience at all. I've reviewed lots and lots of Walmarts. This is a poor one.That said, they tolerate overnight parking in their lot and so I was able to spend the night here in my Sprinter van. Thanks for that.

This Walmart is Far from My Residence, but I don’t mind the Distance…This Location is ALWAYS stocked with The Things Your Family Needs! The Fruit & Produce is ALWAYS Fresh!

Store seems too small for the area and the customer base. Shelves are never fully stocked and it is difficult to find many of the items you might be looking for. They have more people filling orders than they do stocking shelves or working registers, it is absolutely mind blowing how this business model has made this company so much money. They really need to take a look at their division that determines store size and footprint because they have totally missed the mark at this location.

The associate in the electronics department was patient, kind and very helpful.With the busy holiday season, a lot of people were in the electronics department. I watched as this guy took care of the customers in front of me. He maintained his professionalism and provided great service to each of them. He acknowledged customers as they walked up and let them know that he would be with them shortly.I walked with him to the locked cabinet so he could look for an item for me. He assisted me and respectfully responded to another customer that walked up and asked him a question. Unfortunately, they had just sold out of the item I was looking for. He checked the stock at other nearby locations and told me where I could find the item. I didn’t get his name, but I’m very thankful for the level of customer service he provided.

Grocery pickup easy. Closest location. Always have unavailable items but will deliver them free of charge. Have a 3 day wait on much needed medicine.

Produce is great! I can always get my cat & dog needs met here & it's affordable. We can find most of our groceries.The biggest down side is that the Walmart employees are filling their online orders by EMPTYING out the shelves... they should ship their warehouse and not empty their shelves. In constantly being moved out of their way. That's why I don't like going in.I like scanning my own groceries at check out...so far, so good.

The food wasn’t great as usual. The dressing was just cornbread and my 85 yr old mom was not able to eat the fried tomatoes too hard. Squash casserole was tasteless w/o cheese.My husband said something about the meal too.My feelings were hurt bc I paid good money. Everyone was professional and kind in the To go section

I often use the Walmart pickup and/or the delivery service and have been grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such convenience. I’ve had mostly superb experiences after using these services in various cities across the southeast. This time I opted into using the scan-and-go on the mobile app and again, Walmart surpassed expectations! Thank you! 😀

nice walmart clean had everything I needed. No tractor trailers allowed. Youll act like animals leave trash pisc in parking lots stay out... you will be towed

Electronics are priced so inconsistently.....Also I have noticed several times "secret shoppers" following me around..... really pisses me off because I pay for my stuff Walton Family! Profile someone else who actually looks the part!I usually try to avoid it except to people watch & get the bare necessities. Amazon for everything else!

Very clean, very well stocked, easily accessible entrance. Lots of other businesses adjacent to it. Not too far from Burris Logistics in McDonough, GA. Close to I-75. Awesome store and all of them are different. Also, there is a fun store in this WM called 'TECHY'. It has many beautiful accessories for devices/music, etc! Very fair priced!!

Friendly. Clean. Even the women's clothing depart had a great presentation.The motorized, shopping cart was fully charged.Bathroom clean.Parking lot even well maintained.The associate "EJ", at full service check-out, was outgoing and had a very upbeat, cheerful personality. EJ is an excellent ambassador for Walmart.

Wanted to buy an Apple Watch and was told they have it but I have to order it online and wait until tomorrow to pick it up SURE I'D LOVE TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP TO WALMART DURING XMAS SHOPPING TO PICK UP SOMETHING YOU HAVE 50 FT AWAY! I HATE THIS WALMART, WORST ONE IN HENRY COUNTY BY FAR.

Got what was needed but lines are terrible and self checkout ain't any better and should give a discount for doing it yourself expesialy if you still have to wait in a long line anyway. And then take up more of your time after you check out to check your receipt and items. And on top of that don't really even do a good or acceptable job of that.

ALWAYS out of stock of many things. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time of day I come. I went today to buy a Christmas tree & there were so many pallets in the way, I couldn't find the tree I was looking for. Had to settle for a different one. Wasn't even offered any help. The one older guy ringing up customers there had 10+ people in line. Too much incompetence at this place!

Self check out refused to allow me to scan serten item... so I have to go to another store to actually purchase what I need. This self check out is redicules. I see why people give up and walk out without paying for everything... you won't let them

Great, the customer in front made the wait a little longer. But I have done this before too. So all good. The cashier was cool, she was assisted by the cashier bedside her. They both took good care of the customer.

Called the store to check on a pickup order 2 times because I had not yet received an email confirmation the order was ready between the times that were selected. I had my order number ready to let the young lady know what it was. Instead of her actually looking for my order or asking my name or order number she just hung the phone up. Called the second time to the front of the store to ask a manager about my order and she also hung up the phone. No help whatsoever. Will not be going back to this location. The Forsyth Walmart will be getting my business from now on. Staff was completely un helpful or professional on any level.

Much better than the Willow Lane Walmart, and that's saying a LOT for a Walmart! I feel safer here than at the Willow Lane location, there aren't any panhandlers and no cars broken into. The shelves are always stocked, and the bathrooms are always clean. Much better experience.

I frequently stop in the store and the associates are very friendly. But they might need to get a new manager to get the shelves stocked. These pictures are products that need to go on the shelf to sell. It has been like this for over a month..... Qt #'s might not be up to par for your CFO?

Almost 50 employees in the store and no one is available to help. I stood at the jewelry counter for almost 20 minutes even after two employees said they called someone to come over. No one ever came and none of them circled back to see if I received help! This Walmart is unorganized and packed because the employees don’t want to work just walk around on the clock.

I'm from Arkansas and I was passing through and I needed water for my vehicle I walked up to the nursery were the plants are and ask if I can get some water for my vehicle I was told I can go inside to the bathroom and then I was told there was nowhere to get water
