I rented a unit online but still had a few questions, I called and spoke to Sarah and she completely put me at ease on the process. I was unsure if this was the facility for me but when she told me that I could access the facility 24/7, I was sold. For the price, location, and super help of Sarah; I rented and moved in within a day and feel my unit is safe and secure given the fact that someone actually works at the facility.

We lost our house in the recent tornado in Locust Grove. That being said my mother in law had to find us some storage for our things so that we could salvage what wasn't damaged. This facility was super helpful(especially with her being out of town). William was super nice and helpful and I don't know the lady's name that was there Saturday but even without power she made sure I could still get a lock.The facility is well kept and in great condition. The lighting is excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank for helping so much in such a rough time for us

Revised review!!!Rate increases...After being a longtime customer, (starting at $95 a month a few years ago), they usually, slightly increase the rate yearly (which I can deal with). But, this year they just increased my rate with no explanation, taking my monthly outdoor unit payment to over $200. Otherwise, I haven't had any problems until now. This year's increase is unreasonable. I hope this was a mistake so I can revise this review.Update: I emailed the company and spoke to Sara and then to a Manager, Jake (a super nice guy), who explained that they reviewed my a count and found that there was a glitch in the automated system in reference to my increase and then immediately corrected the mistake to a reasonable adjustment. Very professional and accommodating. I would definitely still recommend them.

I have been very pleased with Southeast Storage facility in Locust Grove. The staff there is awesome and will always bend over backwards to help you and always making sure you get the best deal. The units are nice and they are always clean. I would recommended this facility in a minute. I have rented 3 units from here and my parents have rented 2 and we have never been happier.

The staff is great and courteous. I've forgotten my bill at times, life, but always remember either the day a late fee is charged or a few days later😒. Most places will charge that fee, but they have waived it without me ever asking. Just simply to be nice and do something for customers. Today, 7/12/16, they did such and it made me realize it needed to be shared. No place is perfect, but I gladly recommend them because of the people. You get back what you give.

Jakob was absolutely great - so helpful and he guided me through the process with ease and had a real "can do" attitude. I'm actually thinking of staying longer than originally planned because he was so great - everyone can always use a storage unit!
