I have been going to this groomer for years! It is so hard to find a groomer who loves your pup just as much as you do. Every time I go, they are so kind. They are so efficient and their timely manner is amazing. I moved all the way to Atlanta and will commute to this groomers to bring my puppy to get groomed. 10 out of 10 service they’re so nice I can’t explain enough!

Had a great experience at Kritter Kutz. This is my second time taking my little dog who is always nervous. The staff was gentle with Vanna and had her finished very quickly! Very friendly staff. Jennifer did a great job! Will definitely be returning. Thanks Tom and Jennifer!!

They did an amazing job with my Great Pyrenees, he’s big and stubborn with his feet and they were very patient and gentle with him. I would recommend them to any one. They were very reasonably priced as well!

There are almost no words to express how grateful I am for Kritter Kutz. Since moving to the Atlanta area, it has been a struggle to find someone who can take care of my two standard poodles. Not only did Jennifer and her staff text me progress pictures, I entered the end of their appointment to pick up two poodles that could compete as show dogs! They did an amazing job! You won't be disappointed---and my two pups now have a new, great place to go.

This is a great place to take your dogs or cats! My fur baby has been going here since she was 10 weeks old. I have a toy poodle and she has a very big attitude and only Ms Jennifer and her staff can take care of my baby! I am forever grateful to Jennifer for handling my baby with such care! We just took Peanut there for the first time and we were extremely impressed! He's a little difficult and they were awesome with him! The grooming looked great too! You can tell when people actually love animals and they did!

Our experience with Kritter Kutz was awesome! Booking the appointment was easy with a quick turnaround, smiling and positive faces upon arrival and departure, and a seamless checkout experience! And on top of that, I can most definitely tell my Poodle felt the love, because he looked and felt absolutely amazing! About a month ago I called because my cat had, had a bit of a situation and needed his back legs cleaned, his tail brushed out, and his back area shaved down. The owners were so kind. They went out of their way to make sure I could bring him the following day first thing. They were quick, efficient, and I would highly recommend. We will be using them again.

Y’ALL!!! Let me tell you, this place is hands down the BEST! I recently moved back to the area and have tried several groomers here previously, and I have to tell you, STOP LOOKING AND COME HERE! Prices are very reasonable, my Miniature Schnauzer typically takes forever to warm up to a groomer and she left with the cutest cut and stress free. Also, another plus is I dropped her off early in the morning and she was done in under an hour (bathed, groomed, and teeth freshened up)! 10/10!

Jennifer was amazing!! I have 4 cats and 1 has severe anxiety going anywhere outside of the home. He was so calm and at ease there. I have been dealing with an infestation of fleas and she worked wonders with their baths and flea dip she uses on them. She uses an all natural flea dip that is amazing!! I also had to have one shaved down and we ended up with a lion cut that looks adorable. Love the fact that she does cats only one day of month with no dogs around so the cats feel even more comfortable being there. If you are looking for a cat or dog groomer I would definitely recommend Kritter Kutz Pet Salon! Go check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. They are very friendly and passionate about their careers. I am at ease every time I take my fur baby in for grooming. The attention to detail is impeccable and so is the customer service. I drive to Jackson a few times a month to visit family and I always stop my Chloe Belle by for pampering. She loves it.They are very busy now that all the other grooming places are no longer around but they do not overbook and they will let you know when they will be able to dedicate the time needed to groom your pet. I like the fact that they do not place money over quality work. Thank you for being awesome

It must be a bit boring to have so many 5 start reviews but I must add one more. My LuLu has been going there since they opened and they have been consistent with their quality and consistent with their friendly attitudes which results in a consistent customer! I can only say that if you want your "family member" groomed well for a reasonable price and have been disappointed with other groomers - GO TO KRITTER KUTZ!!!

I've always been satisfied with their service 👍 however I was a little disappointed when I wasn't made aware of the price increase until it was time to pay for the grooming , I just feel like me being a long term customer from the time she was with Dr Burnett's office I should have gotten word of the price increases. But overall I'm quite pleased with the service.

I've known the owners for almost 20 years when they were in a little van. They do superior haircuts on my dog then and now. They're courteous and genuinely care about your pet. I highly suggest anyone to use them for their pets grooming needs
