One of the guys that was working there tonight was very rude. Me and my husband came in asking questions about the hookah supplies. He acted as though we was bothering him. It seemed like He did not want us there at all. I wonder what we did to him? As if our presence alone irritated him. Me and my husband just left without purchase and went to another place down the street with better service.

One of the younger females who works in the evening was rude to me and my family. When we asked to speak with manager it was no better. We asked the manager for his name and he refused and had the nerve to ask us to leave. He never spoke to the employee. She left and still was making comments as she left. We’ve been going to this store for years and ironically we spent over $125 in that store that night just to treated like we were!

Staff is helpful and friendly. Vapes however fake :/ very unfortunate as I love a good elf bar and very much so enjoy their airo max collection. Unfortunately the packaging leads you to believe the vape is real with the authenticity QR code but after using it for a few days, all the lettering has come off. Not sure what’s in the vape I purchased but the flavor has already dissipated and it’s been 3 days. Concerning to say the least. Ask your vape store for a list of suppliers to verify. Hate that I have bought 3 vapes here thinking I may have gotten a dud each time when in reality I was getting a fake product with god knows what in it.

The young man I spoke with, Nathan, was super friendly and I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about the products. He knew what I wanted more than I did! Recently went to this location to purchase a set of batteries for my vape. Less than 24 hours after I used my vape the battery began to smoke and melt my vape. when I returned to ask why the batteries started smoking and getting hot the sales person says he can't do anything for me. He directs me to a bunch of numbers that aren't answered and one of the numbers lead me to a gentlemen, (probably a regional manager who hung up on me only after cursing me out for calling his number). Its kinda scary that not only am I out of the funds I paid for the batteries but I'm also left with a vape that no longer works. Stay AWAY from this company... THEY DO NOT BACK THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!!!!! meaning they buy a bunch of cheap stuff and they don't even have faith in them.

I don't know what happened to this spot. Used to be my go to. Staff used to always be friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone knew who I was. I loved stopping in there. Been loyal to them for 3 years.Now the staff are borderline rude, don't know a thing about the products they sell, and some how after spending like $250 in the last month I only had $1 in loyalty points, like what?Was walking out and said "thanks ya'll have a good one", and neither of them could be bothered to reply.Lost my business, and I would suggest to anyone to find a new spot or just go to one of their other locations, at least until they get some better staff in there again.

Love this location because it’s close to home & the products are great. However, I just had to walk out of the store ticked off along with my husband due to the VULGAR music that was playing obnoxiously & ridiculously loud. I think that there should be a limitation of what kind of music can be played within the store, an example of the vulgar music that we heard today at 2:45pm was saying p***y, Mf, GD, the n-word, etc. over and over and over. That’s not okay & inappropriate for a place of business unless it’s a strip club or just a night club in general. That’s how you drive customers away, even those that have been frequenting said location for years.

This was my favorite Xhale store because the staff was so nice, knowledgeable and respectful. I went today (2/9/2021) and was informed things are changing because policy wasn't being followed. I completely understood due to being a compliance officer, yet the way I was talked too was disheartening and disrespectful. If your going to change for the better, don't lose the one thing that is needed in this day and time... Respect. I'll patronize another shop that will make me feel comfortable and welcomed.

“This is a corporate chain that does not care about its customers.” This statement was made by a store worker at this location when asked why customers are NEVER able to receive printable receipts and bags. Additionally, the store was not able to offer any change owed to the customer upon order completion. The worker continued by saying the owner is hardly present and is disconnected from the business. And this shows in the store’s often low inventory, seemingly high employee turnover, and business operations. I would not recommend this location nor give this location any more business until these issues are addressed and resolved.

Been coming here over a year or two .Tip is my go to girl , she's is very knowledgeable on their products & always find the best alternative if they don't have what I went for . Most of the other staff is very friendly and it's a good atmosphere the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the new manager is rude and doesn't have the same great attitude like this rest of the staff

Purchased an ice hookah, placed ice in the ice compartment and it cracked. The hokak was defective, I called the store and was told someone would get back with me and the did not. I called back and was told to come get the information on the hookah brand and to contact the original brand. I contacted the distributor I was advised the store should contact them regarding defective merchandise. Just stay away from this store, they will give you the run around and not assist if hookah is defective.there is another hookah store uo the street go there.

I only go to this shop because it's close to my house. There used to be a good staff, but now it's run by employees who talk about their hickeys and husbands. It takes significantly longer to just get a bottle of juice than it used to (15 min to get served) , and the staff does not seem to know the inventory. Just today I asked for a 3mg juice and was given 0mg. My fault for trusting the staff until after opening the bottle. However, this shop used to do better and has gone downhill.

So I walk into Xhale City just expecting it to be another smoke shop. Unbeknownst to me I ran into one of the most thoughtful and helpful people I've ever met(as well as funny). Just a measly 20 minutes with Erika, the manager, and I had new insight on juice, pens and the like. Honestly they have everything you could ever want and Erika's customer service was top notch. Definitely coming back!!
