I came in to pick up my medicine, because I left the doctor with a positive Covid test, the cashier said it would be about 40 minutes, the store manager , hear me ask why so long, he step in and had my medicine ready in 8 minutes, he went over and beyond. He was getting ready to leave for the day and saw I need to go home and step right in. I was in there on Feb.13 between 4:50- 5:15, l can't remember the time. We need more black men in these manager position to do as this young man did. Thank you so much

DOCUMENT PRINTING SERVICEI uploaded a document and ordered 2 copies that I needed in two days.The confirmation email stated that they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I had someone go to pick them up the following evening so I would have them for a (next morning) court appearance. When they arrived to pickup the order, not only were they not ready, they couldn't find my order in the system at all. What's the use of the confirmation email ? The manager said she didn't Know what to tell me,that I could put my order through again, even after explaining my situation. (Knock-knock). Now, a week later, here comes an email telling me my order didn't process. Really? I wouldn't have known.

I'm stuck having to get my prescriptions from this Walgreens since I don't have a car.Eric, the lead pharmacist is the rudest, nastiest man I've ever witnessed in customer service.Myself and several folks in the neighborhood have written letters to corporate about this store #7337 well the pharmacist not the site. I'm on blood thinners due to severe clothing issue's and without fail he will make it 2-4 days late every month. This is just one of many many things he gets away with and corporate don't care of their lack of action says so as this has been going on since at least 2011/2012. I've witnessed many great employees that worked there for years just quit or transfer because of him.Why can't something be done?!?!?

The worst Pharmacy I have seen.Not only do they never have any stock, but majority of the people working at the Pharmacy are Liars, Disrespectful, Aggressive, and Criminal.I've quite literally waited 2 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled, and they still can't fill them?I'm given dirty looks, told they can't do nothing, and "maybe go next door to the Kroger"I gladly will, and I hope Corporate knows you're all Embezzling or losing them Thousands.This is absolutely Ludacris.

I consistently overlook the poor service as a trade off for convenience. At this point while sick with the Flu... I'm drawing the line! 1st call 9am pharmacist never came to the phone 40 mins later I hung up. OK...then my Dr called in Tamaflu around 5pm (they close at 7 during Flu Season!) A male answered who I assumed was the pharmacists stating they would have to order it... Sir, there is a small window of time before it's too late for it to work. Can you please help me find it! He said I could try EW Connector...Several attempts...No Answer. I thought of Lee Road...just like that...Totally different experience...from start to finish courtesy, script filled & I was able to get my meds and back home to bed. Shame on you Walgreens on Thornton Rd for treating people as an inconvenience & shame on me for accepting it. We Are All Busy...but that's no excuse!

So I’ve read the reviews and am so glad I had the best experience with the Pharmacist Ben! So I’ve been to several pharmacies from Mableton to Douglasville to Austell and nobody seemed to have what I was looking for. My Momma had been in pain for weeks and need a good drawing salve. This morning I stopped by after hearing another “I don’t know look over there” at the Kroger Pharmacy on Thorton rd. I’m not going to lie the first chick seemed clueless as to what I was looking for and the other chick said “I don’t know”So I didn’t think I would get the helped I’ve been desperately trying to find. However, Ben saved the whole day!!!!!! Ben actually came from behind the counter and helped me find the salve. I highly recommend this pharmacy specifically for the pharmacist Ben. Sir, you helped a 73 year old amazing loving woman get some comfort for the first time in almost a month. I pray you stay Blessed😇💪 Pharmacies can learn a lot from Ben💪

The store Frontliners are awesome. But the staff at the pharmacy are terrible. Please train your employees to not lie and do what they promise to do to customers. The audacity for the lady in blue scrubs to get mad at me because the pharmacist promised me she will "expedite" my prescription. Find another job if you don't like what you do. Thanks.

I am in need of my asthma medication and I’m calling the pharmacy to check on the availability. The store representative that is currently working today has picked up the phone and placed me on hold three separate times without helping me. I cannot wait until this store is either placed under new supervision or shut down completely and replaced with a new neighborhood pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

On June 10, 2022 at approximately 12:40, I stopped by to pickup a prescription that was suppose to be called in on Tuesday June 7, 2022 by my doctor.The African American female was working the drive through window. After standing their for awhile, the African American male (bald head) finally came to window and ask if he could help me. I informed him that I was there to pickup a prescription. He checked system and didn't see my prescription.I informed him it was suppose to be here on Tuesday so I was going to call my doctor. After I called my doctor's office and found out there system had been down supposedly (Tuesday and Wednesday) and they didn't realized until I called that my prescription didn't go through. I was told they were sending it again.I went back to window to tell the male what the doctor's office said. I said, "Sir" and he immediately said I will be right with you. So I sat down to wait for him. When the young lady finished with the window I heard her ask him about me and he said she had to call the doctors office. After approximately 15 minutes I went back to the counter and informed him that if it was going to be longer, I can come back this evening.He then comes to counter with an attitude and said if it's not in the system it will be an hour before it comes. I informed him that when I was trying to get his attention when I got off the phone with doctors office and let him know that they were resending it, then I could have left and come back later in the evening instead of sitting their wasting another 15 minutes of my lunch. The male needs training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.He should NOT wait on customers. Let the nice young lady with impeccable customer service skills continue to handle the customers. I will NOT be using this Walgreens anymore.

I am 77 years old with a bad back, can only stand about 20 minures before sitting down and my truck would not start, so I asked the 3 ladies at the register if there was a phone I could use to call AAA. They said no they could not call out and then turned their backs on me and walked away. I went and picked up my medicine and a lady was there picking up hers, and I asked if I could use her phone...she was nice enough to let me. Im not being petty but this was an emergency and I didn't appreciate their attitude...maybe it was because I was white...don't know...but will stop buying from youll...hope this helps you to change your emergency rules.

Traveled to this Walgreens location to purchase infant formula for my grandson. Was greeted by Amber Swanson and advised my daughter could not use her EBT card to purchase the formula. When I asked to speak with the store manager I was told the store manager was not in and there was no one that I could speak to. I asked for the number to corporate and Amber Swanson gave me a fake number. I had to find the number and call them to file a complaint. Amber should not be in charge of any store & should not even be working there. There is no way a mother should be turned away from getting formula. We have been to multiple other Walgreens and never had this issue. And to not have a manager on duty is unacceptable.

I stopped into this Walgreens to drop off a fedex package. The lady at the register was really nice and helpful. She had to call another lady which I believe was the manager. The manager was really rude, short and very unprofessional. She tried to explain to me the instructions to send a fedex package. She spoke to me like I was a four-year-old for your old which I found condescending and rude. I could not understand her explanation. I will NEVER go to this location again. I would recommend everyone to send their business elsewhere.

If I could have give store no stars I would. Extremely unprofessional the pharmacist. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. Being in the business myself I’m appalled with Walgreens store #07337 needs to shut down immediately before a lawsuit. I’m from Maryland picking up pain meds for son after his surgery only to hear the lack of empathy instead I get “ we go to lunch from 1-2 pm. Mind you I arrived at pharmacy at 12pm. Male pharmacist lacked leadership, empathy, and compassion for customers. Sad to report but necessary!

Went to Walgreens to buy a small room Walgreens Humidifier Ultrasonic Technology for my office because I was trying to get over an sinus infection. There was some on the self at the store located at 590 THORNTON RD, LITHIA SPRINGS, GA 30122 for $13.99. The cashier rings me up for $29.99. I told her that the price was incorrect that the sign said $13.99 and there were more of them on the shelf. The cashier goes and check and comes back with the sign and says she has to call her manager to correct the price. Manager comes and says the sign was in the wrong place. Then after going back and fourth with her cashier. She tells the cashier to just go ahead and give me the humidifier for the $13.99 price that the shelf was showing. After the manager walks away the cashier says she can't change the price that it's $29.99. I then ask her didn't your manager just tell you to go ahead and give it to me for $13.99 price? The cashier just stands there shrugs her shoulders mumbling something talking about she don't know. A complete waste of my time and lunch hour and still have no humidifier. Due to the incompetent employees at this store.

If I could not rate at all I would. I simply asked was my prescription ready seeing how my prescriber sent it over. The person over the phone did not even bother to look nor asked for my name and stated, Tell them to send it again it got lost. The tone was very rude and nasty, he then hung the phone call. This is the second time I have spoken with someone at the pharmacy, and the rudeness was extremely unprofessional! I will no longer be using this pharmacy again, moving my services to CVS

Pharmacist is rude AF!! He clearly hates his life. All I wanted was to ask a couple questions in reference to the covid-19 vaccine for my senior mother. He had his back turned the entire time even though he knew I was standing at the counter, acknowledgement is clearly not a concern. Once he did turn around “What do you want?” was my greeting. I wanted to punch him in the throat, so disrespectful!!! Customers are an inconvenience to him clearly. He said no to everything with no 2nd thought. Absolutely unprofessional, he clearly hates his job, and people.

We pulled up to the drive thru and the woman was already rude from the beginning. She said we don't have that in right now and looked like she didn't even want to help us nor order any. She didn't say thank you for coming or nothing. She just handed our son's prescription back with an attitude. People shouldn't work somewhere they don't want to if they don't give good service to people who try to shop there.

I've been going to this Walgreens for 10 years & have seen a lot of cashiers come & go. Debbie who has been there for a few years is the worst cashier I have ever dealt with there. You can honestly tell that she hates her job. She is always unpleasant & rude. Her customer service skills really needs work. I stopped by today to buy some halloween candy & she was so rude, so unhelpful & made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by checking the prices of the halloween candy. Like really tho? Last I checked that was your job. I am surprised that Walgreens has someone like her representing their establishment. If you hate your job get a new one. Don't take it out on a paying customer who is helping to put money in your bank account.

The pharmacy opens at 9am on Saturday. I pull up to the window at 9:01 and the pharmacist says he just got in and he needs to the load the system. The system loading will take 5 to 10 minutes. And hangs up the phone and walks away. They have the worst customer service I've experienced at a Walgreens. If I had the number to the corporate office, I would call. A poor managed store all together.

Who ever the manager was tonight was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I have been living in this area for 3 months now I have been coming to the same Walgreens and I have been adding over a $1000 on to my time chime. She for what ever reason became paranoid because I Was loading cash on to my card. That I had my ID for. She completely made up an unnecessary lie and said and that Walgreens doesn't allow you to add more than 500 per day and that's ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I Been coming to this same Walgreens for 3 months. If she felt uncomfortable and was worried about getting flagged she could have just said that or not came over . I believe since I was using my passport she didn't think I lived in the area. I went to the photo section and no one was there, so I went to the cashier and she didn't even acknowledge me. I said excuse me twice and she said she was going to respond when she was done counting her money. I said excuse before she started. She was so rude. I was going to pick up vitamins, but I put it back because no one was at the register, and I did not feel like facing the rude cashier. You guys need to do something about your customer service.

After 30+ years of using Walgreens for my prescription I AM DONE!!! When I was in Wisconsin Walgreens wasn’t bad at all, but now that I am a resident in Georgia this particular Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely the worse!!!! They are extremely unprofessional, do not honor they so called “promise time”. And COVID vaccines seem to take priority over “regular sick people” I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! T O T A L L Y !!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR THE PHARMACY. The store can get 2 stars!

Worst pharmacy ever! Pharmacist sits around talking to employees about absolutely nothing rather than filling the "backed up" scripts you have. What an absolute waist of time and space you people are! Chick with the dreads in the pharmacy has THE worst attitude as she huffs and puffs as I walk away. I heard you loud and clear! So lazy!

Please close this store down. The worst employees I have ever encountered, especially at the pharmacy. The counter guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do these employees think they own the store. To make it clear, this is the Walgreens on Thornton road in Lithia Springs. I will never, ever, do business with this store again
