I have been to this location multiple times and never get good customer service. The first time I went there, I had a pickup order and I only got 1/3 rd of the order. The associate didn’t bother counting the number of poles on my order and assured me there were 40. I counted and got 15 :/ ?! I go back 2 weeks later for the rest of my order and wait an hour in the loading dock area after I talk to the desk first. Everybody is parked up and waiting in the dock area and nobody cares, so it’s chaos. I would avoid this location and maybe even HD if it’s a big pickup order.

Excited. Loved visiting this Home Depot store located at Lithia Springs with my hubby. I really wanted an Eco show. While he did the shopping a Mr. Jeffrey asked if he could assist me. When I told him I wanted an Eco Show but missed the sales on amazon, he asked how much they were. He was so kind and knocked of $25.00 . Left me speechless. This employee was very helpful and kind. Though I greatly appreciate the discount, what really stood out was how courteous he was. Not all employees take the time to offer assistance so respectfully and with a smile.

I love all HD's, but this store really needs to stop profiling people who do not have a certain look they prefer. Just b/c I have tattoos, piercings and colorful hair does not give your staff the right to profile me and stalk me all over the store. If it is not staff then it is their undercover loss prevention staff. Unless you see me stealing, please stop making assumptions. Because we all know that to assume is to make an @$$ out of you and me. Staff and loss prevention spies need lessons in profiling people and why it is wrong and how a true thief could likely be that person dressed in the nice clothes not the alternative styled person. Just keep that in mind.

I have been with this specific location. This has to be the worst pro desk at a home Depot I've ever been to. No fail there is always a line with one person working it with two others just sitting around looking at the line grow. If you need to load up than good luck cause they let everyone park in the loading area so you have to take everything you just bought and fridge it through the parking lot cause the same vehicles that were parked there when you went in are still there and the employees just don't care. Also their pro customer appreciation is a joke. Started on the paper prizes and such but no prizes to be found, just people that wanted to sell you more stuff. It's a little drive but either home Depot on East West or on Douglas Blvd are more organized and friendly than this place. Also you can pull up and load up when you need to.

Horrible Customer service I was charged twice for a rental truck when I only used one. One of the contracts clearly has someone else’s information on it and the manager TRACY said she is not giving my money back when the contracts clearly say I was over charged. The manager in the tool shop is very racist ! And I will definitely be taking this matter further …

Never get good service here. Even when ordering on line it turns out bad. Took 11 days to get Sawzall blades from the McDonough warehouse that were supposed to be available "today". The other part of my order was canceled due to item unavailable. So when my blades finally arrived I went pick them up at the store. The female working the pickup window helped the customer in front of me and he left. I maintained a social distancing spot and she looked at me and walked away. She walked over to a corner and just stood there ignoring me. Finally another lady walks into area and immediately helped me get my order. This type of service has been the normal and not the occasional service. I went the next day to Douglasville store and got my item this store said was unavailable. Going forward I will drive more distance and shop Douglasville instead coming back to this NO SERVICE HD. Thanks to the lady that did help me while the other female just stood there.

Got to love the place where DIYer(s) can shop like kids at the candy store. Every supply or tool you can think of for home repair is available. Knowledgeable friendly staff on hand to aid patrons with their projects. Thank goodness they hired more people because you used to have a hard time finding folks. Customer service processed customers either checkout or returns efficiently. Clean and well stocked aisles to shop down. Plenty of parking available. Great opening hours as you can run in before and after work during the work week (for my construction people).

Out of my 2 worst stores for building materials, this store and personnel TOPS THEM ALL! I can literally be( and have been) the 1st cuatomer in the store and it takes every bit of 1 1/2 hrs to get a fork lift to my truck! Sick of it! 1hr out of my way to a competitor is a major headache I chose avoid!

I only gave this place three stars because I had an issue with some bricks that I had delivered to me. They were broken, cracked, etc. While they did come and pick them up, I was promised to get a replacement. I have called several times to speak with management. I was promised a call back on three occasions, 3 weeks, plus, later I have yet to receive a call and my yard remains unfinished. I just don't have the energy to keep calling and calling. Just to be told the same thing over and over.

The only reason that I am reviewing this particular location is because an assistant in the tool center delivered above and beyond customer service and displayed high KSAs.This kind of service really stands out when compared to the quality of service offered from other locations. I frequent many home depots and have been a lifelong customer.

The worst Home Depot. The lack of knowledge of product and location. The associates sent me all over the place. I spent 20 minutes waiting on associate to help in the Hardware because everything is lock. I ended up leaving and went to Walmart. Drive the extra miles to Lowe’s.

A lot has changed at this store. Employees are more willing to assist customers than before. Several months ago it was difficult to get informed assistance. It was like employees ( some not all ) were hiding from customers. If you found an employee they would say "this is not my department". I'm glad they are finally doing something about it. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the fact that lumber prices are still too high.

Security(poor excuse for undercover) followed me around over some batteries as if I steal or something. Pull my Home Depot account and see how much I spend at this particular location. It was so obvious, I had to call him out in front of associates. They couldn’t even deny it! Never have a felt so disrespected in a place of business. I’m just extremely disappointed in the perception of my character. I work hard to earn money to PAY for the things I enjoy. I’m not a thief. I hope you have a picture of me so you can remember next time to not even waste your time.

Management of this store is absolutely the worst and gives the Home Depot brand a bad representation for the company. I ordered an item yesterday online for same day DELIVERY to my home. Hours had past and I finally receive an email stating that the item had been picked up by me. Surely it wasn’t me because I was at home and paid additional costs for delivery services. I call customer service and since the store had already closed there was nothing to be done. The next morning I sent my husband to the store to pick up the item and get a refund for the delivery fee at the store I purchased my item at. The stores assistant manager Chauncey, posing as the only store manager told my husband that the item was rerouted to another store without notice, or without even letting us know. He then proceeded to tell us that the reason being was because the store didn’t have the item. My husband went to the aisle after I told him online specifically stated they had 8 available in stock. In my opinion this is poor management because he didn’t bother checking inventory and is okay with the fact that the store can potentially lose out on money because they fail to give accurate information. My husband asking if there was anything they could do since he was in the store I ordered the item at, he insisted that there was NOTHING he would be willing to do other than make us drive 20 minutes out which is now an hour away from our home. My husband stepped to the side as we called corporate to see what could be done. After corporate working diligently (David Nelson) on getting this resolved, he was lied to on the phone by the store manager (Tammy C) that they didn’t have the item. Again we were lied to as well as now both managers failing to check their own inventory to the store and company they work for. After being placed on hold for now an HOUR AND A HALF after Mr. Nelson sorted out a resolution, Tammy C proceeded to cancel the transaction without my approval and then lied again to the customer service rep that I approved it. At this point there was nothing that could’ve been resolved for our troubles because Tammy C cancelled without notice knowing that the customer service rep was working hard to resolve. David Nelson said out of all the years he’s been working for the company, he’s never encountered anyone so rude and unprofessional. At this point I wouldn’t want to give this company a dime because of the poor management you have in place that are “leading” the other team members to further bash your company. Please work with your employees because in all my great years of doing business, they’ve sadly encouraged me and many others (contractors) whom I refer to do business elsewhere. Tammy and Chauncey need proper training or to be removed from the management position.

I really liked getting a kitchen faucet for less than half price on clearance. The cut off valves were in stock. But the customer in front of me at the pro desk took almost an hour to check out. Was not the cashiers fault was the customers.
