It feels good to have a beauty supply that is black owned and is very inviting everytime you come in . Plus the music is great while you shop . I’m a loyal customer at least once a week don’t hesitate to stop by and grab a bite to eat at the various spots around

Super clean store and exceptional service. The owner was very friendly, competent, attentive and the beauty supply products I needed were conveniently located at a great price. Stop driving all over looking for a beauty supply store when we have an excellent one right her in Lithia Springs off of Lee road. The store is on the far end of the plaza on the left side from Publix. They are fully stocked with all the hair, hair products, and beauty supplies you need plus a few extra gifts.Go see for yourself! I love this shop!!!

I try my best not to write reviews unless my experience is just horrible.Let’s start when you walk in the young lady at the register, doesn’t greet you, that alone made me want to leave because it’s my first time in the store and the vibe was not welcoming she should make every customer feel welcome, that’s just my opinion.Now I ask where the got to be glue was and she pointed nonchalantly over there okay find it. She never asked did I need help or anything… now looking for eye lashes sees only a few ask her how much nonchalantly 8 dollars and sum ummm okayyy. Grab eye lashes the only ones I seen mind you she’s watching me in distress looking never once asked if I needed help or directed me in the direction of more options, okay kool…. Headed to the register check out seen more lashes on my way out, first TIME HERE I DO NOT KNOW THE STORE, So I say oh I didn’t see these nor did you tell me you had other selections, gives me cold shoulder, yeah you can only do exchanges okayyyyyy here’s where I decided I will never spend another DIME IN THE PLACE….. this Girl do the exchange asked if I wanted my penny after you made a big deal about no refunds exchange only and you ask if I want my penny ummmmmm yes please and thank you. This Lady was gonna put my penny on a GIFT CARD….. This location is not customer friendly and I highly recommend driving an extra 5 mins down the street to the other beauty supply… Because this not it….. First and last time Here… and in all honesty they need someone else behind the register.

I am disappointed with the rude staff today I come their often how do I see an item is defective but won’t accommodate my Client u can’t see it’s defective until it’s out the pack wow but say it’s open so no return how if u can only see it once it’s open.

First time going to this shop. Older man behind the counter was on his phone the whole time having a personal convo. Never acknowledged me, just rang up the product, never stated the total or anything. Paid, receipt printed, and he handed me the bag all while still talking on the phone. I loudly said thank you, only for a woman coming from the back to say thank you. If I didn’t need the product for my daughter I would’ve just walked out. I despise customer or lack thereof like this.

Before this I was a repeat customer as my first visit was when they opened not too long ago.After I found this location, I no longer went to another supply store with a less than 5 minute commute because this one was black-owned, and that’s what I want to support, even if it’s 15 minutes each way, smh. Unfortunately for them, no more. Today was my last visit.This individual was not the same person from my last visit and was extreeemelyy pushy in trying to make a sale. It didn’t work as I came for a specific item that they did not have.After the salesperson stopped her 5 minute pitch, I actually found another item and proceeded to the front to checkout.When at the register, I was told that I would have to add another item in order to meet the imposed $3.00 minimum fee to check out with my debit card. This practice is a way to push the imposed fees from credit card companies onto the customer, which is understandable in “some” aspects, but is actually only allowed for credit cards, not debit. I explained that it was a debit, not credit, card and that I was aware that this practice was only allowed with credit cards.The amount was not the problem, but more so the principle behind it. They responded with me having to get another item or not being able to checkout with the one item in hand.I politely left with no item and will not be back.

The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because they didn't have a particular product a few times that I've gone but Destiny was very helpful. She told me about an alternative for a product and on another occasion after welcoming me into the store, she offered her assistance right away, she also mentioned that an order was going to be put in for a product that they didn't currently have that I also couldn't find at other locations. So, I'll be going back to that location, not only to purchase the product but for the good service.

Tonight was my first night coming to this beauty supply store and it certainly won’t be my last. The layout of the store was well organized. The customer service was superb, I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed any help while shopping. They carry just about every hair care line you can think of, and there’s even a section for the men as well for all you hair and beard care needs. Wishing you all much success!!!!!

I visited this store, the moment I entered the owner was very rude and nasty towards me. I ignored her and just tried to shop. But then noticed she was following me around. Treating me like a a thief. Let alone the store was very unkept and closed off. I felt very uncomfortable and decided not to spend to much time in there. But when I was checking out she refused to acknowledge me or do any proper etiquette. She over charged me for a gel product that wasn’t worth more then 5$.Store is very unclean, owner is very rude, prices are ridiculous at this location.Will not be returning and do not recommend to other black young women and men for are looking for a place to be creative or comfortable

I feel comfortable when I'm in this store. I receive a friendly greeting as soon as I walk through the door. The store atmosphere is very refreshing and lively. The showroom floor in neat, clean and organized. Style Code Beauty Supply products are good and the prices are better than some of the other places I’ve been shop with. The customer service interact with the owner and the employee, is commendable. The owner is fair and knowledgeable of hair a product and show genuine concern for the customer’s needs and suggestions on product they would like to see in the store.

business hours are clearly listed on the window & online but are always late opening up. It is Wednesday morning at 10:15am , Business says they open up at 9:30am but it’s closed don’t bother just go somewhere else.

I frequent this store often. Today was a little different. I’m not sure if it was the past experiences of the cashier, the way I was dressed or my 8 year old rambunctious granddaughter who was all over the place! But while shopping I was watched like I was going to take something, it was excessive!! It made for an awkward shopping experience. For me shopping is therapeutic! I understand the need to protect your investment, just not at my expense please. My review is 5 stars bc of the Location! I love shopping here when the seasoned couple (owner parents) are working. The knowledge of the cashier (red braids) was very assuring, the same one that was watching me😂. The prices are really good!! As well as this is black own! I will shop here again.

This store was recommended to me so I checked it out. Black owned business. Nice space. An employee greeted me when I first came in and took me to the section of hair I was looking to purchase. Good selection of hair. I’m impressed with their computer system. They have a rewards program and if you sign up, they store all your past purchases. They are also competitively priced. I will definitely be returning.

I'm very happy to see a black owned beauty supply store in the neighborhood. The customer service is AMAZING!!! You don't feel like a "number " but more like family. They remember you when you walk in and genuinely care about your experience!! Wish them much success!!

Extremely unprofessional. She has a return/refund policy of 7 days. My daughter asked about her return policy before purchasing and she told her that she would allow it, in addition it's printed on the receipt. While everyone understands that businesses have policies and want to protect their revenue, unfortunately the owner doesn't know the difference between the words refund, return, and exchange, nor how to use them interchangeablely. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional as my daughter tried to quietly handle it and she became belligerent in front of customers yelling out "I'm telling you right now I'm not refunding it". We want to support small businesses, especially black owned small businesses, but this is one of the reasons that leads the masses to support others. Please do better. And make no mistake about it, I'm not a hurt or bitter customer, just want others to be aware.

I went here today to find a pair of flip flops to get out of my work boots before I went to my place of business. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Alicia. ( sorry if I spelled the name wrong). The store was very clean, organized and not cluttered like most beauty supply stores. I will definitely be coming here from now on to purchase my beauty needs.
