Any time I have ever placed it a pickup order here, it has not actually been ready for pickup. And whether I show my receipt or literally see the receipt in their printer, my order doesn’t get made and no employee here has ever been sorry about it. Which is nice for them. Bad for me or any other paying customer.

It's a basic Publix. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. The only reason I'm writing a review is because they never have their online orders on time.Every time I have placed an order it's never ready by the time I schedule it, and after waiting 20ish mins, I just leave. Just go there and I bet you'll see a few folks waiting on a sand which order they placed and it was never made.One time the lady working the deli told me they didn't get my order, so I showed her my confirmation number and somehow she found the order, made the sand which, and it was incorrect.Everything else is fine about this place, though.

Very clean, organized, and staff is very friendly and professional. I do have some reservations about the mannerisms of the pharmacy attendants; however, that generally is only during peak times, so it is understandable to a degree.

The absolute WORST Publix I have ever experienced. They are never fully stocked. Every time I shop there something I need is out. The managers don't bother to fix anything that is complained about. The Pharmacy staff is nonchalant and borderline rude. And the deli. Omg. Everybody back there should be fired. None of them have been trained properly if at all. They throw sandwiches together like it's not going to be consumed by a human. I live really close so I am forced to use this store sometimes but only then do I bother. I'm sure if the Corporate office knew about this store they would not be pleased with how the Publix name is being represented.

Hilda is always very kind and helpful at checkout. But the old smoker lady with long straight brown hair whos anlways up front isn’t, she’s in fact very rude to the other cashiers and to the customers. Rude enough for me to come here and make a review about it. I’ve encountered her several times and I avoid her. She’s confrontational and has a nasty attitude.

Bakery department. Best ever! Got a beautiful cake and cupcakes for my son’s bday school party. Awesome job. Customer service was great. The cake tasted like it was from paradise. Most of all my son and his class mates loved it.

Overall, the store is clean nice but the employess are SO SLOW.Seems like there is never any decent food in the deli and only get a rotisserie chicken available every once in a while. Last night I stopped for a sub and the lady in front of me was being difficult - first she wanted chicken tenders, gets out of line and not wants them made into a sub - oh and then lets put all the lettuce, tomatoe and onion in a bag instead of on the sandwich. Deli has one person making sandwiches and one guy doing something with the fryer - dong everything he can to NOT serve or even look at customers... Why at 7pm at night is the deli looking like a train wreck? Nothing worth having - no fried chicken, no rotisserie chickens? Finally, I get my sandwich and check out - again SLOW. These new people have zero sense of urgency or customer service. Got the sandwich home and the meat is thin - like anorexic thin. Could have done better elsewhere. This store is also EXPENSIVE. For such a large chain, they should be getting better prices.

The deli area is extremely SLOW. I’m convinced they move soooo slow to encourage people to leave the line (which happens all the time). I think it’s ridiculous to take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. If you order online your order is NEVER ready when it should be. One lady went to the isle to get banana peppers with gloves on and came back and continued to make the sandwich without changing gloves 🤢. I expect so much more from Publix!

Unfortunately this location cannot seem to get it together at the deli. 99% of the time online sandwich orders are extremely late/past due from the time its supposed to be ready. I do not recommend the deli. Most of the employees at the deli have horrible attitudes and lack customer service.

Horrible experience with preordering days in advance. First the phone goes to 8 people before the department I need. Then I’m told a pick up time. A hour after pick up time it’s still not done. This has happened twice. Then my orders were wrong. Everyone was nonchalant and literally had a idgaf attitude. And surprise the person who runs the store wasn’t available

Don’t use this pharmacy especially for life saving meds as you “ALWAYS” have to remember when it’s time for refills (even if you/your pet is on multiple meds & supplements). This pharmacy supposedly sends ONE single request to doctors/Vets and without checking the contact information therefore, causing you to run out of meds & have to call the doctor yourself last minute to request refills.When you call the pharmacy to request they at least check the contact numbers for refill requests (since the same exact thing has happened multiple times for over a year moreover, they’ve actually sent a medication request to the WRONG doctor before!!) the assistant manager blatantly ignores your request, insults you, then hangs up on you!What a way to resolve an ongoing issue for a very loyal customer.In addition, this pharmacy has a poor notification system in the first place as you reply YES to refill a perscription upon text notification yet, you have no idea WHICH perscription you’re saying YES to refilling. It’s pretty PATHETIC then very poor customer service to boot.

Don't order from the deli. They take forever to make one sandwich. I watched the workers spend 20 mins putting the ingredients on ONE. Ordered for 3:00 pm pickup and its now 3:37 and still no sandwich. Insane.

I have yet to place a pick up deli order and it be correct. I’m done. $20 for 2 sandwiches and they’re both wrong. Such a disappointment!

Today I ordered subs online to pickup at the store. Was to be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 445 and it still wasn't made. I understand. Well 20 min go by and I asked the deli manager what's going on and gave him my last name Maze. He said someone's making it right now. I know he was lying bc NOBODY was making a sub. The ONLY person to even acknowledge me was Matt. It wasn't even his job to help me. He was so busy frying the chicken. After 30 min of waiting he saw me still standing and getting angry. He looked over it me and then went and had someone make my subs. Well one got made and brought to me. I asked wheres the other. The guy didn't know there was 2. I had to wait 35 min longer for my subs while ppl were just walking up having it made then. I was completely ignored by all Deli staff except for Matt. You need to be praising this young man bc he kept me calm. He was a total sweetheart acknowledging me when nobody else would. There was NO EXCUSE that every employee just ignored me even tho they knew I was waiting for my subs. Matt told them from the beginning. Publix is supposed to be the best. What's happening? I understand having to wait a little but to be 35 minutes and nobody even looked at my online ticket apparently from what I observed. Very disappointing Publix Deli!

I don't know the kid's name that was making sandwiches the particular day I went 10/4, but I was having a rough day and as busy as he was, he was still really sweet and had smiles for days! It was very pleasant.

I frequent this Publix quite often and I just had to leave a review because this was just completely unacceptable. I came to grab 4 items this morning. There was only one check out line open. No big deal. I just get in line and wait. The cashier tells me and a couple other customers that we can check out at customer service since we only have a few items. When I get to customer service to start checking out, Melinda starts berating the young lady helping bag at the open checkout line in front of all of these customers about opening up another line. I could tell the girl was flustered. Melinda then throws her hands up and rolls her eyes then turns to me and says “Okay what do you want”. She was so rude and nasty. While she was doing all of that rushing to get me out of the line she charged me twice for the same item. I know customer service can be hectic sometimes but berating an employee in front of everyone and being rude to a customer is never okay in any scenario.

Great place to shop with the family, the staff here has always been very friendly and does not rush you along while shopping, which is much appreciated when I bring my elderly mother with me to shop just so she can get out of the house sometimes for her own sanity if you get what I mean. Seems like something rather simple such as a small courtesy like that, but it those trypes of acts that make me come back to do business here. A+ in my opinion.
