Jennifer in the Flower Department is an Absolute Angel after driving 13 hours from Texas and I came into Kroger she had just gotten off work she made time to cut flowers, add water to the vase, put plant food in it along with a bow added glitter a butterfly and with tears in my eyes I write this because she didn't have to do it... They are for my Grandmother 💕😭 she is a true example of what going above and beyond can really make a person's day 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

To all Kroger customers shopping at the Thornton Rd, (Westfork) Lithia Springs GA location. READ and PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the EXPIRATION DATES on the food. This is the worst location representing expired foods. Many of its dairy products are always expired. (Yogurt, cream cheese, OJ, etc). The craziest experience this past Monday was being back to back with another customer shopping for the same item (cream cheese) and speaking out loud the same exact thing I’m posting about. Expiration dates! I posted previously about the expired tortillas where almost the entire shelf was expired and out dated by months, not days or weeks, but months. I personally wrote Kroger about that particular situation. This particular Kroger needs an entire overhaul in everything from food inspection, to cleanliness of the bathrooms, to the tidiness of the entire store which always looks like a house that needs maid service. The store is very tacky in appearance and if customer service isn’t closed the reps are slow and talk too much. It’s the closest store to my home but I’m now using extra time to shop at another location in the next city over. This is a ridiculous (constant) customer service experience and I wish Kroger corporate does something to fix all its issues! Expired food contributes to food borne illnesses and the safety of the health of its customers is at risk, so be very careful to read the expiration dates on anything you purchase from this store or any store.

Kroger have great prices but at this location the bathrooms are horrific, and the floors are dirty. But other than that the prices of their food and beverages are great. I'm a clean person so that's why the score is low

I love this Kroger. It's always neat and clean and staff is always friendly. It's that time of year where displays of fall start to appear and Kroger is already making themselves available for the upcoming festivities of what fall brings. The store is always clean and stocked and is starting to look great. I hate they got rid of the bank of America but we can't have it all right?

First time here. Very bright and clean. Organized. Friendly staff. Located on Thornton Rd, a few exits away from 6 flags. This place is very big and nice. Bigger than others I've been to. Tons of produce and lots of variety in all food sections. Shelves were very full. Check out my pics for more info

I come to the Kroger often to do Instacart and in fact I do Instacart ALL OVER Metro Atlanta and this one is by far the worst kept. Raggedy carts (unlike Mableton), old food, no way to sanitize carts IF they’re brought back in, loooong lines etc. You see the pictures, come get a bar yourself. About a month ago I was coming in to grab some water and learned that an employee was hit by a pick up truck and according to Kroger policy they (Kroger of Lithia Springs) was supposed to provide grief counseling to employees and supposed to close the store.. Do you think they did? AND in typical Kroger fashion (on Thornton Rd) there is a line at the money center and no associate to help

I love the store, regardless of the county that I'm in. Kroger has great deals and the double points on certain items are overwhelming and cost effective. The three cent off for gas is much needed in today's economy and if you spend a certain amount your discount on gas will increase....but you must become a member to get these great discounts.

Went to Kroger to get fresh fish. No employee anywhere to be found. Went to guest care to notify, the employee immediately made the call over the loud speaker. I went back to seafood and stood there. No employee showed. I saw two employees chatting nearby, one was dustfing the floor, the other seemed to be a supervisor maybe, his name tagged said DARRELL. I notified of the issue. He said Bradon supposed to be there, I will find Brandon, but continued his conversation. When done with his conversation, he went to the loud speaker to call Brandon and disappeared. I walked out the store. Customer service seems to be lost.

If I could give 0 zeros stars I would. This place is always dirty and in disarray. Every time I see the new head manager she’s belittling her employees and rude to customers. I’m taking my business to Publix at least they have things on the shelf and people who are welcoming and helpful.

I just left kroger on Thornton Rd, Thursday afternoon at 4:30, looking for vegan cheese. I could not find it. I go up front ask for some help, the young lady annouse on the interercom , help needed in dairy. She tell me the cheese is on the wall. I go back to the cheese area keep looking for vegan cheese for another 10 minutes. I couldn't find it and help never came. They just let me walk right out with out trying to help me. Might just be me, but that's terrible customer service.

Please note I used to drop by on the way through to shop at this location a few times per week out of convenience only(at the time the Kroger closer to where I lived was closed by the time I could get there), but have not been to this location for about a year, so they may have improved. That being said, I am being rather generous by giving 2 stars based on customer service I have received at this location vs other Kroger locations I am used to shopping at, however there were a couple of the cashiers that actually were nice, friendly, and really went the extra mile. It was more so management and customer service that were piss poor

No greeters or welcome back, to minimize the energy from the customers/ public- to make them feel welcome. Certain area of the produce department had a spoil smell that Health Department needs to evaluate, not fully stocked, despite of the heat outside, not cool inside to kill the germs of all sorts. No sanitizers at door for entering & exiting. Where's family restrooms. The smell of cleanness is vital, for those with allergies 🤧!. The self service wasn't bleach and where is the cashier(s) for emergency flow. This place is becoming like Wal-Mart laziness and no cashiers in other sections after 6 o'clock rush to closing. Customers service is a major part of any business. Keep that reputation up and that will prioritize the business productivity and prosperity level to vital, excelling rate.

I went to Kroger's on Thornton Road just as the store was closing. I arrived at the store at 10:57pm and there was a lady standing at the door. When I approached the door she stated that they were closed. I told her I only needed one item and that there was still quite a few people in the store shopping. She said that she was sorry but they were closed. As I headed back to my vehicle there was a young AfroAmerican lady headed for the entrance. The lady who denied me entrance to the store unlocked the door and allowed the young woman entrance. I watched as the young woman grabbed a basket and headed down one of the food isles.I am a white middle aged female and feel like I had been discriminated against. Tomorrow I plan on making a formal complaint with the management.

This is a nasty Kroger the bathroom is always dirty AF I hope its not the one the employees use because there's never any soap. The deli looks a mess and so does the seafood area and that weird area with the clearance/ outdated food. I absolutely hate going in there but its closer to me.

I had a disappointing experience at Kroger, and I would like to bring it to your attention. During my recent visit to the store, I discovered that they were selling expired cheese, which I unfortunately purchased to make a quesadilla for my toddler. Consequently, my child suffered from an upset stomach and diarrhea.When I returned to the store to exchange the cheese, I did not receive an apology from the staff, and they informed me that I needed a receipt to replace the expired product. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.As a concerned customer, I plan to file a complaint with corporate regarding this issue. I recommend that other customers exercise caution when shopping at this location and consider traveling a few miles down the road to Marietta, where I have experienced superior quality and customer service.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. I couldn’t find everything because some shelves were empty, there were no price tags on certain things especially where the margarine is being stored. I had to ask one of the staff for the price of frozen chicken wings and the bag of frozen crab legs, shrimps, corn on a cobs and potatoes. Some of the items were at the frozen section were placed on the wrong shelf which is why I couldn’t find the price for a bag of frozen chicken wings. Also the floor is pretty dirty, there were boxes left unattended in one of the aisles, there were gnats flying and crawling all over the fruits at the produce section, and there were bags of salad lettuce that looks pretty old and need to be thrown away.

Visited store on July 6th and it was the filthiest store I have been in. The product was in mass disarray. When I called to complain directly to the store, I was told I was speaking to the manager and she hung up on me. There was only one disabled cart I found working which i had to search for and the rest did not work. I would leave zero stars if I could.

There is one lady at self checkout who accuses me of stealing every time i’m there. She made me rescan items and this is the second time shes done it and the second time i’ve complained. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. When she “refunded” me i got everything back in cash and not back on my card. This lady should be terminated.

Tonya one of the managers at this location, is VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL AND VERY DISMISSIVE OF THE CUSTOMER. She does not want to listen to customer complaints and will tell u to leave the store and told me to leave my buggy full of food which I was trying to pay for because I was being rushed out the store because it was 5 minutes till closing ..This manager is RACIST ..Will never go back to this Kroger

Store was easy to navigate, many friendly employees eager to help even though they were working on Thanksgiving day. Cashiers and baggers so sweet and wonderful. What an amazing shopping experience at Krogers.
