First time in the Lee Road location, very nice staff actively stocking the shelves. Most stores like this do not have enough staff to stock and cashier. They actually had what I was looking for. Hope those who do not mind this kind of work apply for the vacancies at all the Family Dollars. Busy location.

It’s the awful customer service for me!!!! Especially Ms. Light Bright with the pop smoke braids with the glasses. She definitely do not need to be at the front. She all smiles and giggles in male customer faces but not the same with females. Supervisor needs to train her on customer service. I hate going in that store. The workers act like the customers are bothering them by being there and shopping. I’ll go to yen buck 2 before I go back in there.

Found something great for my sister who has Lou gerhgs disease a dress on clearance for $5. The cashier Victoria was so nice & friendly.. I can't say the same for all the employees but we really liked Victoria. Also the man stocking shelves helped my husband find what he needed didn't get his name but it was around 11:15. .It was the best experience we've had there in a long time. We love shopping there and if everyone there was as nice as them would be there even more we go at least 4 days a week. please tell Victoria were very happy with her friendliness. Would give 10 stars if u could

Staff not pleasant at all... I live close by so there more than enough to see the pattern of behavior. They also will make customers wait while they finish stocking while I notice at least 2 or 3 employees on the floor. Not good. Do better yall. I know its Family Dollar, but still.

Several prices rung up incorrectly. One of them I had to exchange and another the cashier fixed... Really unorganized and scattered store. Plus they forced me to download app to get a price that was listed, then I couldn't even get the price that was listed. It ended up costing 10.50 even though I spent all that time signing up for the app.

As a manager I would of fired everyone and start over! They are destroying your store. Not sure if it is the manager or employees. Worst store I have ever been to in my life. Outside was like a dumpster walking in. I should of known not to go inside. As employees were just hanging out in the register area talking maybe 2 cars outside the store was a disaster. You had to walk over things carts and carts full of items in the isles at the end of the isles nothing was organaize. You would think if not busy someone would say maybe we need to fix it up a little so customers could walk in. We walked towards the toy area for my little one and he couldn't even get to the toys. So we just said forget it. Have some good items but shopping in a condition to where you can't push your carts in the isles or even walk without tripping over something is crazy to me.

Went in to buy a nail file and grabbed a bag of candy for my kids. When we were at the register to pay. They have a bunch of containers with little stuff to purchase. One of the containers had little silicone toy and my daughter reached in to touch it and the cashier told her no baby and took the toy away from her hand. I told her that's ok I can pay for it I have money. And she turned around and said oh you want it? (Sarcastically) I said yes if she wants it. And I asked my daughter do you want it, she said yes so I went ahead and paid for it. I understand that "Raven" sees thieves all the time but I also didn't think it was necessary for her to take the toy away from my daughter. It's not like I was walking away from the register. Not only that if they don't want people to touch the things then maybe they should take that stuff away from the counter. Aside from that she was rude and was trying to rush me out. I didn't get a hi how are or how are you doing today... Nothing. I'm not a regular customer there. This is the second time I come into a family dollar for the exact same reason. Employees there don't have the best appearance. And clearly they treated my child like a thief.

This is an awful store to shop at! There is so many boxes throughout the aisles you cannot use a shopping cart. The associates are rude, their stocking errors causes price differences and and when comfronted about it the "manager" just rolls her eyes because you don't want the item anymore. Corporate needs to know how disgusting this store is.

I love the store, however...i wasnt able to purchase flower seeds. But somehow the system showed item at .01 cent the store manager of today said she had to throw it in the trash! This happened to me twice.It wouldnt let me or the manager. So i found the same products at rite aid next to it. For the same price! Thank you Family Dollar.

I'm so glad they rearranged the inside of the store. It was so cluttered before. They always have really good coupon deals here and the digital coupon system is good as well. Good store with okay customer service.

HORRIBLE i asked an associate if she could reach an item on the top shelf...her response to me was WHAT so i pointed to the item again and asked could she reach it she abruptly answered "there's one down there" she pointed to a bottom shelf that had the item...WOW I do my best to LIMIT my visits to to this store last time i shopped here was February. Anyway the rudeness didn't stop here I had to ask the cashier for a bag i brought a 64oz bottle of laundry detergent the cashier gave me my change and proceeded onto the next customer I had to ask hfor a bag I thought she was going to bag it she handed the bag 2 me....WOW YOU LADIES NEED SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. THIS PLACE DESERVES A HALF STAR I COULDNT POST WITHOUT RATING THE STORE

I didn't even want to give a star but I had to to write a review. The lead lacresha or cresha whatever her name is, had the nastiest additude. First she wouldn't help the customer in line in front of me. She had the nerve to tell her, I can't give you a price check I got other stuff I need to do. Then fussed at the only cashier up there, cause he didn't know who was the back-up cashier as the line was wrapped around the corner. Still waiting 20 mins for someone to help her(the lady in front of me), I was the next person in line. Cresha snuck and opened a register and started checking out people at the end of the line. When I asked her are you checking out the next person in line she said no and preceded on. I can't believe she really needs that job or she wouldn't act like that. Never will I take my tail in there again.

Every time I pick up a gallon of milk from this location, no matter how far away the expiration date may be, it does not taste fresh. The taste isnt exactly spoiled. The taste is almost as if the milk isnt stored correctly. I have no idea if it is the place where it is stored or if someone takes to long storing it, but on the few rare occasions I do pick up milk from here it has been this way.

Every time i go in this store there is someone ghetto at the counter. There was a female at the register having an argument on her cell phone loud as hell, yelling into her phone. Another occasion i was standing in line and an employee cut in front of me to pay for her stuff and didnt even say excuse me. Every singke family dollar i go to its the same issue. I think they hire anyone iff the street to come qork there and it shows! I hate i live so far down and this is the closet one. I guess location is the key, if u build it they will come!

Over priced on usually cheap stuff,but REALLY affordable for major brands, and commonly used items. Like 3 pak of Hanes shirts for 10$

I have been in this store many times the employees have a bad attitude when ever you ask them anything and if they want to make your day when you ask for the restroom key they tell you no you can not use the bathroom . I will be spending my money at Dollar General right down the road from them and when they open the dollar tree up where rite aid was they will be out of business with there nasty attitudes .
