It’s very inconvenient when you pull up to the store and there’s a handwritten sign that says closed due to low staff. Yet you look inside the store and there’s someone sitting there on an upside down basket and they turn around and look at you and then just turn back around. Pretty unprofessional. If you’re low on staff, then why are you sitting there doing nothing in the store? Very disappointing. If I was the owner of that store I’d be very concerned about the loss of revenue. Every time I’ve ever been there there’s never been more than two people working there anyway so I’m pretty confused on the whole situation.

The manager or key holder is extremely rude. I went in about 9:25 pm. I am aware the place closes at 10. I just needed a few things and was in and out of there in 10 minutes. She walked past me and made some snarky comment about how people know they're about to close but still keep coming in. I absolutely can't stand this store and try to avoid coming to this one if I can. They are rude as hell.

I love this DG. It's close to home and convenient. The associates are always helpful and friendly. Especially Richie! He is the absolute BEST!! Problem is, this store has been closed EVERY time I've tried to stop for the past month with a sign on the door that says closed temporarily! What am I supposed to do with that!? I hate the Austell store and Family Dollar around the corner is more expensive. Please get it together and reopen soon.

It's ok . Needs a little improvement. A lot of empty shelf's. Rarely has the dog food I use all was out of spray bleach cleaner. Can't find stuff that I need. Today I saw half eaten chicken 🐓 on the shelf. Open 🍪 cookies. Trash All over the place. Had to kick it out of the way to be able to walk thru.

They are doing renovations right now...but the staff there is always so nice & friendly. The manager is awesome as well. Internet service for your coupons is not that great, so download at home. The app is never really working well so good luck with that part. It's unfortunate because I don't go there that much because of the app with my coupons. That's a bummer.

This is my neighborhood dollar general. (Yes I know they are everywhere lol) this store has three friendliest staff. The store is always stocked and very clean. I always find what I am looking for at this facility. The lay out is on point and if for some reason you don't see what you are looking for, the staff still happily oblige you in looking for items. Also they have wonderful sales. Great mark downs.

The newest Store Manager they have is a very down to earth dude. However, his employees need some work. They are not the friendliest bunch. This location has a high turnover anyways. In three years they have had 3 Store Managers and countless cashiers come and go. This store could also use better organization. As well as better truck orders. Here lately the store doesn't seem to be well stocked which I attribute to lack of ordering.

Who doesn't like a trip to the DGS? Thanks to the helpful & welcoming Michelle behind the register & stocking simultaneously, I found all I needed & more. The latter always gets me when I'm coming in for specific items & end up with way more stuff. Point - the home goods section kept me shopping longer than anticipated as I found wall art & other decor for my Son's new place. Due to the vast products in the cooler & isle sections I ended up with a few bags of groceries.The store is clean, organized & in full stock of the extra hot items we're all seeking right now i.e. toilet tissue, bottled water, paper towels & cleaning products.Great neighborhood store.

Breezy as always. Richie the Store Manager, is always up front somewhere close & available to assist. It's like he's the only one who is ever there consistently. Which I appreciate with my busy schedule & constantly there at different times throughout the day, he's the only one I ever see. Poor guy has to be tired, but yet he is always smiling, he knows right where everything is, and he has great conversation. Not to mention every customer that walks in knows his name & he greats everyone. That store would drown if it wasn't for him. I literally go out of my way to come to this particular DG, I pass 2 along the way. Thank you for being such an awesome person.Oh P. Swhoever reads this needs to pass it on to corporate, Richie is such an asset to this Company & location I personally would give him a raise or yearly bonus. Its rare to find & keep good people & those who actually like to work like he does. He's worth it, that store has a high turnover rate and he's constantly working doubles just so people like me have a great experience and spend way more than I inticipated to.Best ReguardsBrenda

Not the best location but you can fond majority of what your looking for here. Gift cards, pay cards, clothing, body care and food they have a variety of things. I have never had an issue with the workers here they're all pretty respectful and helpful. Id shop here before one in the next few miles .

This store is always really quick to get their customers taken care of and on their way to finish our busy days. Never a lot of merchandise all over the place. Really clean.

This store is poorly managed. Shelves are in disarray, items scattered and poorly organized. Furthermore, store is always out of essential goods. I been there many times and I'm never satisfied with the service and the haphazard management team. I suggest you address your stores poor performance with staff.

This store is absolutely no good at all. The employee's and management are some of the rudest people. And their always closing without any notice . They actually follow people around in the store like everyone in the place is stealing or something. One of the managers is already being investigated for violating the rights of others by accusing customers of stealing verbally out loud . And even when no one is stealing .Come sign the petition we already have 1,323people signed it .This nasty store and its employees need to be shut down .

This is the best DG anywhere. The manager, Richie knows where anything is and makes you feel at home. The cashiers are all attentive and kind. This store has EVERYTHING and then some! Best DG

Although everytime I go in here there is a huge line and typically only ONE person working the register they are always friendly and patient. Decent prices. Always stocked.
