I don’t leave reviews often but Atlanta Harley-Davidson is well deserving of one! I went in a few days ago to look at a new bike, maybe get some pricing. However, from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with great customer service and it lasted and continued to last even after I left the building. Izzy and JJ are absolutely amazing. I got calls from Joey just to make sure I had an enjoyable visit. They made sure I left with a bike I loved and numbers that made me comfortable. Obviously their goal is to sell you a bike but the customer service is really what sold me. If you’re shopping for a Harley I 10 out of 10 recommend you give them a look. No matter how far you have to travel it will be will worth it.

It started off great. then it was down hill from there . When we were looking at the bike it would not start they had to jump it off for me to listen to it. They told me not to worry they put a new battery in it. Then we notice one of the key fob did not work either. Once again the salesman told me they would take care of it. That and the battery never happen. We live in a different state. They told me it was not a big deal to buy it there they would handle everything for the tag. Then after getting home we realize the battery never was changed and the key fob did not work. They handed me the key fob that worked .We start getting letters from the tag office saying we to pay around 300 dollars plus do an inspection to Get the tag Which is what they said they would handle for us. Their GM there called me and told me if I did not get the tag he would report the bike as stolen. When we finally got passed all the threats he made towards me we worked out a plain and he promised me he would refund the money I paid them for the tag. He gave me his personal cell phone and said he would ship me the stuff over night. I never received anything from him. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. I called and texted him telling him I had not record anything He never responded. I would run away from these people don’t buy anything from them if you live in a different state. They will screw you over. Wish I could give them negative star on all there lies they made to me and my family. Hey Lexi. Why don’t y’all put the effort in to looking up my number and calling me to fix the issue. Why because y’all don’t care is why.

My experience with Harley Davidson began when I took the New Rider course offered by them. I never rode a motorcycle before but by the second day, I could confidently operate one with basic skills. Bucket list goal checked off! One of the things that amazed me was that another student in the class just purchased a bike from that dealership and four people called him by name including the owner. That to me was impressive and I knew I wanted to become a part of the community. Fast forward to Harley Davidson Atlanta. Everyone I encountered treated me with respect and were extremely professional and courteous. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and Rik, my “Fit Specialist” made sure I was educated about the different bikes and made sure I got the one that was right for me. I fell in love with my Softail Standard instantly. Izzy was a pleasure to work with and made the buying process enjoyable. I am excited about my new bike and proud to be a part of the HD Family. The sales team is all awesome. There's no pressure to purchase anything, but they take the time to acknowledge what exactly you're interested in. Alexis hung out with me to help find exactly what i wanted. Even while financing was working their magic, she never left any questions unanswered. I will absolutely be back for my next purchase.

Had an amazing time at Atlanta Harley Davidson! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming. Spencer was the person who assisted me, and I can't sing his praises enough. He was patient, answered all my questions, and his passion for bikes really shone through. He guided me through the selection process with ease and made sure I was totally happy with my choices. The dealership's atmosphere and customer service are top-notch. If you're in the market for a Harley, this is the place to go, and Spencer's the guy to ask for. Two thumbs up for an outstanding experience!

Poor service from the service department! I took my 05 Ultra in to get an inner primary leak repaired, and they proceeded to tell that I needed a full engine & transmission rebuild. I refused that service. The quoted price for the primary repair was $685.95. They suggested a 10k service and a brake flush, all totaling up to $1685. After they opened my outer primary case they said it was the worst that they had ever seen and the price was going to increase. I felt that they were trying to gouge me and I asked them to put my bike back together. long story short. They charged me $552 for a partial oil change and the removal of my outer primary cover. They did not replace my oil filter either. Once I got my bike home I inspected my bike and they left my oil and drain plugs loose. Look at the photos that I have included. I will never use the place again. Don't trust the technicians or the service advisor!!!! I took my buke to another Harley Dealership and they diagnosed my problem and found that I only had a leak coming from my stator plug. I didn't have an inner primary leak at all. They repaired my bike and even rebuilt my master cylinder for $1000.00 less than Atlanta Harley was trying to charge me. they never even did an compression test on my motor and suggested that I needed a total engine rebuild. Watch these guys they are less than professional! I will never patron this dealership again! SMDH!

I was driving through on a road trip recently for Spring Break and decided to make a detour and stopped here. I was shopping in the clothing section and was quickly greeted by Virginia who was very helpful and informative. Not only was she nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She also was another fellow biker! I called about a used bike they had for sale about a week or 2 ago to go look at it. Scheduled to go in this past Monday, March 25, 2024, to look at it. They called me Sunday night and even Monday morning about 10 minutes before the appointment to make sure I was still coming. I get there, and they claim to have sold the bike the night before. They still have it posted for sale a week later on their website. They spent the appointment trying to have me look at bikes and say we can make anything work when I'm trying to ask for full prices up front. All they were trying to focus on was monthly payments. They don't have any prices on the actual bikes and try to show you monthly payments. This dealership, I feel, does not care about the customer as much as they care about their pockets. It was an hour drive from my house. Do NOT buy a bike from them!! A coworker of mine bought a bike from them and has had complaints about them as well! Run!!!

Dani, a member of Atlanta Harley's service department, handled my claim with a sense of urgency and efficiency. She is the epitome of consummate professionalism. Maintaining the bike is the most important part of ownership. Sometimes that can be stressful. However Dani makes it easy. She's understanding of the customer yet stays professional and she overall makes it a very enjoyable experience.

Stranded in GA, Atlanta Harley was the only place that had the part I needed to get home so that’s awesome. Miss Lexi is the best, not only is she almost as pretty as my low rider s she’s as sweet as can be. She directed me where to go and told me about all of the events planned and asked my dad and I if we were staying for bbq which we couldn’t but still it was nice. Atlanta Harley and Miss Lexi turned my beautiful weather with a broke down bike kind of weekend into a great Saturday morning. Go visit them both, you’ll leave happier. 🤘🏻

Joey (tech) and Dani (service advisor) are totally awesome. They helped me get my bike back on the road in a day in which the estimated time was longer. Luckily the part was on hand. If you ever need repairs, please take your bike here and ask for Dani or Spencer and they will get you squared away.

This was my very 1st time buying a bike and even though I've driven bikes before I promise you I was very nervous, however as I entered the showroom I was greeted with so much kindness and smiling faces that I started to feel a little more comfortable , Mary suddenly approach me and ask how can I help you. I promise you that the whole process was great, I was not pressured to buy a bike , but just very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. After allowing me to take my time to look at all the hundreds of bikes Mary help me find the right bike for me and I promise the whole team was just fantastic, I left out feeling like we were all part of a big old Harley Davidson family I promise I'm so happy I made the choice I made. I so happy Mary was my salesperson.
