Aleen has made it obvious that she 100% loving your animal like her own! She is great! She is kind. She has the patience of a saint! I have a high strung doodle and she does not seam one bit worried about it. She makes my pup look like a show dog EVERYTIME! And makes her smell incredible (which lasts a couple weeks.) hands down I trust no one else with my Lucy! I absolutely adore this young lady!

This place is awesome they did my puppy first cut so neat everything was perfect! Recently I just went for his second cut and they had to go behind petsmart horrible wash where my puppy had so many mats but they took their time and got him back right I appreciate the time they take, I would recommend anyone here. Below is a picture from his first grooming here I can’t upload the recent one yet because his fur is currently gone from the last groomer bad service.

The reviews prompted me to call this place. The VM asked that you send a text. I texted and it’s an iPhone with the read receipts on. Nothing like trying to be a new long term client, following directions, booking in advance and getting completely ignored. I waited several days for a response and got absolutely nothing. At least turn the read receipts off because that’s tacky. We were hoping to be long term clients based on the reviews saying how well they communicate and do great work.

1000000/1000000!!! My baby came back looking so handsome!!! They were very patient with him because he had a bad experience at another groomer. It’s worth the money and the communication makes it easier on the customer! I will definitely be back when it’s time! He even got a cute little bandana 🤗

UPDATE…….UPDATE……..I have taken my puppy to 4 different groomers!We have found our new groomer! This place is the best around D’Ville!!Aleene did a great job with our baby and best of all my baby was happy, not shaking or scared!Definitely recommend!

Whether it's boarding while our family is on vacation or grooming time, I don't trust anyone with my pups except A PAWSitively PURRfect Place. My dogs get so excited when I drop them off, which let's me know that not only is the staff doing the job but also taking the time to give my dogs a great experience. They truly love animals here and they do the work to build a relationship with your pet.Aileen has been our primary caretake but, we recently had Gage watch over our two dogs at A PAWSitively PURRfect Place while on vacation. Gage sent us pictures and videos of our pups while we were away. He made sure to ask about their feeding schedule and gave them so much wonderful attention. It was clear that they loved Gage and was very professional with us when we asked for pics because we missed our 2 pups.

I have one of the fluffiest cats in the world and Aleene does an awesome job trimming her evenly to help maintain it. She also is super thoughtful about my elderly cat, and tries to schedule her when there aren't dogs around. Great service!

I brought all three of my poodles in for a groom! Best decision I have ever made. Dolly and Aleene have the patience of saints. My two small dogs are not easy to groom but they did it! They turned out so cute even after not holding still! Willsee them every month here on out, no more home cuts for us. Definitely recommend!!!

We have finally found the right groomer for our baby. Dolly was awesome she informed us very well on my babies cut as he was matted she walked us through the process and we absolutely loved the results. Communication and scheduling was very easy and we will definitely be coming back.

LOVE Aleene! She did a wonderful job on our big Goldendoodle and he couldn't look more handsome. We have been going to Dogma for grooming over the last year but they don't spend the quality time perfecting a hair cut like Aleene does or have great prices like she does as well. You can tell her what kinda style cut you want for your pooch and she makes it happen. This will always be our groomer from now on!

I have a 1 i3 year old cat that had lots of mats and really needed a grooming place to take him. It is so difficult to find a groomer to take cats! However, I spoke with Holly on the phone and she was so personable and made me feel so comfortable with the process. Called for a last minute booking and Alleene had no problem accommodating me! I ran into traffic, unfortunately causing me to be late! These ladies had no problem and still took in my pup. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile, and my dog can be quite problematic and unwelcoming. She went straight to Alleene and was extremely comfortable! The ladies here gave my dog exactly what I asked for! They thoroughly communicated the services and the process in which it entailed! Upon returning, my dog was being walked to release herself and smiling! She didn’t even run to me! I was given the chance to rebook with a detailed list of services rendered, suggested time of return and key notes of anything recommended! The pricing was exceptionally reasonable! My dog enjoyed herself! Needless to say, as long as these ladies are in business, I’ll be returning!

Took my 10 year old 108 pound German Shepherd to get a deshedding treatment and a good bath. I also took my 18 pound corgi mix for the same thing. Aleene was very understanding of my dog’s age and gave them breaks throughout the process. She texted me to keep me up to date of what was going on. I dropped my dogs off with their coats in awful condition (not going to lie) and when I picked them up they looked so amazing and you could tell they were even happier. Aleene is a very sweet and personable person. She’s the kind of person you want grooming your fur baby and she has the expertise to do so. I liked that my dogs went to the shop in her home and they weren’t in a stressful environment with a bunch of other dogs or a daily quota to meet. She got the job done and did it right for a great price. Not sure you could ask for more of a groomer.

A PAWSitively PURRfect Place is WONDERFUL! I boarded my Chihuahua mix there for 7 nights and 8 days and Aleene & Joe even took pictures and sent me of Tucker(my dog) enjoying himself there! They got in touch everytime I would call or text as soon as they could which was NEVER long at all. She did a full grooming,ground his nails, and gave him a bath. Basically a full spa day the morning we were coming back so he was perfect when we picked him up. They really are people I trust and I know they do so great with all the animals they care for and I will use them from now on. Also their prices compared to others are so much better especially for what you get with their love and care. They also came to my home(I trusted them so much) to feed & water my outside cats & they came once in the morning & then at night so opossums & raccoons wouldn't start coming up eating the cat food! So they for sure fed and watered fresh everyday at 7-9AM then at 8-9PM to pick up the remaining food. I know they did great cause I have camera's so they did do everything everyday at the right times without missing a beat! They have earned my trust and my business FOREVER!

We were looking for a new groomer because the one we were using is closed on mondays (only weekday off). Called Aleene and immediately knew she would be a great fit for my 2 almost 12 year old dachshunds Ruby & Lucy. We made an appointment and took them to see her and was not disappointed at all. She treated our furbabies like they were her own, when she carried them to the room she cradled them and that made my heart feel good. She clipped their nails, shes very fast and both babies loved her. She is definitely an animal person because she has ducks, chickens, a rooster and Petunia the Pig in her backyard. We were definitely entertained watching the animals while waiting for the dogs. Her prices are reasonable and in line with other groomers the only difference with Aleene you can tell shes cares about her customers. We will be going back in the near future.

This was our first time using her service. She absolutely gave my shih tzu Harley an awesome cut. He smelled so nice. Her price was very reasonable and she is very pet friendly. She said something that made me know she had been giving my dog her full attention. She said his hair is so beautiful when I blew him dry. I know then she had done it correctly. She groomed my standard poodle haze. Haze was a mess I must admit when I brought her to her but she looked so clean and pretty when I picked her up. I was looking for a new groomer being as tho I’m new to Georgia and I think I’ve found. Very happy with her grooming my baby girl.

We just moved from Tennessee and was looking for a new groomer. I have 3 dogs- a German shepherd, maltipoo and shitzu. She far exceeded my expectations. The 2 little ones had the best haircut they've ever had and the large dog was super shiny and soft. Being new to town, I had no idea where to go so I read the reviews. I would definitely recommend her for grooming. I will be going back.
