My wife and I visited this store to pickup the puppy in the pictures and video that wasn’t a good fit for the family we placed him with. From outside to the inside the store was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have one of our favored amenities; a self serve bathe and dry for your doggy. If this location was closer we would go here all the time.

Such a great place!The self-washing stations were great, it made washing Jackal so simple because of the elevated shower floor. I barely had to lean over.They had shampoo, towels & even a hair dryer.Sydney was great & helped me get my rewards account straightened out. She was so helpful with everything.

Second visit here with our two English labs for grooming. I have to say it's been the best grooming they have ever had and definitely at the best price. Ask for Ms. Marleen. She is so lovely with the dogs, takes her time, and they come out looking and smelling fantastic. Will definitely make her our go to person at our go to pet store! Fantastic coupons as well.

I love the environment and the friendly staff! They always have everything so clean and organized recently went and they gifted my pup a toy they were so sweet to do that for him! The only reason for not having 5 stars was for my most recent experience on Sunday 2/11, the staff was less than friendly and my order was not ready in time and I understand they were understaffed and I had many orders but I didn’t come until 4 PM and the order was placed the night before. I do apologize for the many orders but I was helping out placing orders for my neighbors who are older and need assistance and maybe they were new but hadn’t seen them before but the usual staff I always see is amazing!

Love this store! Staffs are friendly and attentive. Self-dog wash will be convenient if you live in the apartment, like I do, which has a small bathroom.

We love coming here! The self-washing station is so worth it. JoJo goes to the groomers every 4 months, but we wash him in between the visits. This station really helps us avoid the back and knee pain whenever we use our bath tub to wash him. This store is also very clean and always well-stocked with supplies we need. The staff is always really kind. 😁

Great local pet supply store. You can either browse in store or shop/order online. If online, you can either let them bring it out to your car or have items delivered to your home. Member benefits/discounts offered are great too! They also have a groomer onsite (but I haven't used that service).

In all fairness, there was another young lady helping with my Boston.The cashier , blonde ! The cashier waited for another cashier to take care of customers ...then she came to help. Great service. I am handicapped. An employee ,Gio, fitted my Boston Terrier for a harness.!! I am so happy she , they both went the extra mile to help a customer. Thank you so much and I will be back for ALL my needs for my baby. Also prices are very reasonable and environment is clean and well stocked. Great business. Please patronize.

While traveling I needed to get my dogs nails trimmed and Ms. Marilene did such an amazing job! She was absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy with how my dogs nails look! Thank you so much Ms. Marilene!This location is also very clean and all animals looked healthy and cared for!

We took our cat here. We were greeted in the best way possible they answered out questions and helped us with everything we needed help with. They even have a vet there that comes there about once a week. We will be coming back again.

Great service! My first time here for the store’s grand opening and was amazed by how attentive and great the staff was Kianna, Brianna, Junior and all the other staff that i missed their name. I came for dog food for my Gigi and left with a Gerbil 🐹! Definitely will be my go to pet store from now on!

My last few visits here have been very hit or miss. I really like the deals they offer but the customer service is really meh. Actively have seen cashiers watching videos on their phones with customers in the store, and joking around instead of actively finding things to do involving their jobs..

I went to PSP in Lilburn this afternoon to get my dog, Yoshi, some dog food with a different protein because he is having allergic reactions and I’m trying to narrow it down and figure out what it is. I briefly brought up my concerns with Keona (I’m so sorry if I have misspelled that) and she stopped what she was doing in the store and grabbed MULTIPLE brands of food and listed their ingredients and what made each one a good choice. I ended up picking the brand Zignature and cannot wait to see the results!! Keona was extremely informative and knowledgeable with all questions I had and took her time with my boy and I. This is my very first review ever, as I’ve never really found it necessary to write reviews, but this store and EVERY single employee there has been super helpful anytime I’ve gone in. If I could give Keona 10 stars I absolutely would and she will be the reason I continue to go back and never go to another pet store as long as PSP stays in this location. Thank you all for the phenomenal customer service, you’ve gained a customer for life. Yoshi says “10/10 would recommend”

This is such a nice pet store and I’m very glad one opened up closer to home. I brought my 3 cats for some new exposure and to see what Pet Supplies Plus was all about. So many polite associates and lots of pets for the cats. They had a nice assortment of everything pet related. I’ll definitely be back again with the kitty crew.

Clean and fully stocked, this new pet supply store is amazing. They offer self service dog washes, grooming, and have a large selection of fresh and bagged dog food. It’s the perfect spot! Very friendly staff, and easily accessible parking. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a great place to shop for your animals. I have a black lab mix and it’s been so great finding little gourmet treats and gourmet food for her. We always have a bowl when we shop there. Shout out to Dontae, Kianna and the rest of the amazing staff!

Went in on one of the first days they opened. I dress alternatively and very colorful and the moment i walked in, i was kindly greeted by i’m assuming the manager but i look behind the manager and two teenage employees were staring at me, whispering and laughing with each other. I felt as though they were laughing at me. And even if they weren’t, it was still unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. I understand they are teenage boys but they are old enough to know right from wrong

The self service dog cleaning station is fantastic. Much easier on the spine than hunching over a bathtub at home. Much less cleanup too! The dryer really got a lot of hair off of my dog, so less shedding to deal with afterwards

Great store with dogwash stations but I can no longer shop here. They never have my food in stock and told me they only get x amount of bags on Fridays and then it's gone... well I work on Fridays so there goes my business back to Petco
