I really enjoy my stay here! I stayed here at the Inn for about a month or so and I have to say I was in love with the place and the owner of the place was very helpful and friendly. She is a great example to all motel owners of what it means to be truly kind to a fellow human being. Even though this place is not located in a big city it is so very peaceful. I felt serenity while I was staying there. You don't even need to bother cranking up your vehicle if you are going to the store. A gas station is next door. It's not 24 hours so you will not hear noise all night. They serve a variety of different foods cooked to order. For other needs family dollar and dollar general are also within walking distance at 2 blocks away.

Probably one of the worst and least compassionate places I've been. My husband and I booked a room there for two nights to evacuate from Hurricane Irma in South Florida. My husband kept calling to confirm our reservation (we paid), but the guy never answered the phone. We arrived to a full parking lot and when my husband went into the office to get the keys, it turned out the guy had given our room away already, even though we were more than an hour early. The guy didn't want to give our money back, but we eventually got it. Other people in the parking lot were complaining about the same thing. I was in the last trimester of my pregnancy at the time and very stressed out from the evacuation, and then felt scared when I learned this motel gave our room away. All other hotels up to the Carolinas were completely booked. Thankfully, a friend of a relative offered to take us in with so short notice. I'd never go to this place and feel with how unethical and apathetic they acted, combined with other reviews of how filthy the place is, it should be shut down. I only pray the recent review written that the place is under new ownership and is being redone is actually true.

This is the last hotel I would say anyone stay in. The outside is so out dated. The rooms are made of cinder blocks. They gave us a portable heater. The bathrooms are very small and nasty. The tiolet would not flush at all. We were supposed to be moved for night 2 but no.The shower was missing tile pieces. The hot water never came. Saturday morning we were going to the race, my husband went back in to get his phone clip. Thought maybe he dropped it under the bed, moved bed skirt and trash was under both beds. Beer cans, paper towels, plates, bowls, and empty food bags.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I booked a room here as I was going up to visit my brothers who were in Cecil, GA for the weekend, about 30 minutes away. Cecil was all booked out for a big drag racing event so I figured Lenox was close enough. Some travel booking sites had this between a 2 star to 3 star hotel, and as the price was a little more than $35 a night (economy inn) I expected it to be roughly a two star room. It was $50 a night, and I probably would have had a nicer stay at a hotel that was $35.The room was beyond dirty, there was even a latex glove with the middle finger extended under the sink as if the cleaning crew had even had enough. There was trash in the can, hair on the pillow, no shower curtain, no hot water for one night of the stay, cockroaches squished behind the outlet plate, one dead one on the floor.It was supposed to include a mini fridge and microwave and expanded cable tv. The tv was a joke and fuzzy picture. The microwave was missing (along with the cleaning crew somewhere apparently) and the mini fridge was the center piece of amazing of the room. It was a rusty old fridge with a screen door latch on the side to hold the broken door shut and a moldy towel under it to catch the leaking moisture. There was mold inside of the fridge and the ac unit in the room was beyond dust/dirt filled.It is directly off an off ramp, noisy, shady characters in the parking lot all night, being very loud outside of the room door and like the other reviewer said, I saw people cooking outside in the parking lot on bbq grills. Definitely not a place to come to get a good night's rest.

The night clerk is very nice and accommodating. But the room was filthy and smelled like mold and mildew. I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another room. I called the number listed online and it goes straight to voicemail. I called to see if they could give me another room, discount or refund for the inconvenience. No one has called back regarding the matter.

Pros: Only room available for 100miles.Cons: Everything, worst customer service I've experienced. After I called to see if they had a room available they said yes so I asked to book the room from the phone and the front desk guy said "no worries ill hold the room for you" I arrived literally 5 minutes later and there's a huge line of people complaining. After waiting 20mins later I ask for my room and he said it was sold out, not until I had to argue for 5 mins then he give us the room. Lets not even go on the room cleanness and appearance, I'll never get done writing this review.

I mean it's a place to stay and sleep when you have no where else to go. Rented here because everything else was sold out near the drag races. Upon arriving, looks like a scary motel that hookers and drug addicts stay in. In fact there was some sketchy people living in them. The room was partially painted, smells mildewy, had trash under the bed, and hair in the sheets and sink and bathroom. Our sink was clogged and looked like it wasnt clean from the last person who used it while clogged.. Not a lot of towels, and no extra tp. Fridge was rusty, card barely worked for doors. It's a typical skanky motel but it works. Atleast our water was warm.

Absolutely wonderful! It's called New Hope Inn now. Very nice familiar has purchased it and is refreshing it. Just the nicest you'll meet. We were having car trouble, came off the road for the night. They gave us an excellent price and fixed us up with a repair shop that did an excellent job, didn't tourist price up and had us on the road safely in just hours. We are making this one our S. Georgia stay on I75!

I wouldnt recommend anyone staying there. It was cold there was no heat they had my reservations messed up but fixed it finally. I will never stay there again this would be my last place i would pick. Really this hotel need to be tore down and rebuilt only thing nice was the tv. The bathroom was very small the hot water take forever to get hot

This worse place to go, the room was really BAD, no place to hang ur clothes, no place to hang towels, the area where they normally be, had paint on the racks, tub was stopped up, the one chair that's in there was torn up, and they were trying to hide it, by putting the wash clothes on the arm of them, and this really BAD when we tried to get our money back, and not stay another day, or night she wasn't letting us do that, so they wanted to put us in another room. No Madame we said just let me get my money back, for one night stay. The walls had been kicked in and foot prints were still there, this places is not liveable. Signed A Hot Mess

This place was horrible the only reason we stayed is bc we really didnt have a choice everywhere else was booked ... made reservations Wednesday double checked on the way up Saturday everything was good get there at 2 am the guy barely spoke english told me we never had a conversation until i told him the room number an what bed it had in it ... then the manager step in an offered a room that had been rob of its tv an still charged me full price. Beds were very old ,toliet had urine on the outside like someone just peed where ever ,no showerhead ,then no hot water ,tub was filthy couldnt even take a shower i will never stay there again i would rather sleep in my car horrible experience at a hotel !

Well as unbelievable as this may sound, we had a room booked for September the 10th, trying to outrun hurricane Irma, traveling from Ocala Florida to Lenox Georgia. When we got to the hotel, which was a real dump, they said they had no rooms and there was a ton of angry people milling around the parking lot because none of them had gotten rooms booked on trivago for this dumpy hotel. I am so glad it worked out that way. We drove up the road about five miles and found a hotel room at Super 8. Nothing to brag about either but about 20 times better than Lenox Inn. I can't imagine what the rooms would have look like at that place.

all this place is a place to sleep.card didnt work in door,cant speak english! Tv has all but weather channel,bathroom made for a dwarf,shotty electric utlets ,a/c very filthy,dont vaccuum cig butts from prev.guest. Just a jail cell with tv

Bad motel dirty air don't work and the lady who runs it won't do any thing about all the problems and she is very rude my son was sitting on steps and she came up to him saying mean things to him because she to stupid to ask him what room he was in she just assumed he didn't have a room very bad motel I don't recommend staying here
