I love this Publix. The store is very clean. The staff is always friendly. The fresh meat, sushi and salmon filets have been very fresh and high quality. It might be slightly more expensive than other stores, but it's well worth it for the quality and flavor. I ordered a birthday cake for my son last week and everyone said it was the best cake they have ever had!

I always love going to publix in Lee Co. Seems like i'm always greeted at the door with a smile, The fresh deli foods are always great, And the main reason I go is usually for the wonderful sushi they have. As long as they have sushi I'll always go back.

Great customer service up there. The cashiers are always friendly as well as the bag boys. Everything is easy to find but it is more expensive than a regular grocery store. I only go in there for an item or two. Anymore than that and I go to my regular grocery store .

Love the cake they have, we go there ever chance we get, we just came from there again and we found almost every thing we was looking for, love the selection they have on everything, love the customer service, I just came from there today Feb 25th 2022 to pick up my daughter birthday cake cause her birthday is tomorrow and they gave me the wrong cake and they over charge me so I don't know what to do..., I came back and it was better than last time

I always find everything I need when I come to this Publix. It's nice to be able to come to this one if you're on that side of town. The staff is always friendly and everything is always fresh.

Call me a dummy, but I placed a pickup order on the Publix app. Went to pick it up and was basically told they didn’t have it and I needed to call Instacart. I showed her that I placed the order on the Publix app and Publix was the charge on my debit card. Called Instacart, no order under my name. Went back to the lady at customer service and she called a manager. He told me to call Publix or Instacart again. He finally told me just to go grab the items I ordered. Went to the deli and they had my order. So at what point was anyone in management going to step up and actually help me with my order? Not one person in that store could have referred me to the deli area or even checked on it for me? I have in the past, always expected more from a Publix to assist the customer in front of them. This was not the case today. The tall lady at your customer service area doesn’t belong there, you need to pull one of those nice ladies from your deli section that actually has customer service skills to do that job. And it wouldn’t hurt to retrain your management crew either, I find it hard to imagine that this time of the year and he didn’t know my order should be at the deli.

Publix has the freshest produce on this side of town, the very best strawberries. I often buy my produce and meats here, which are a bit more pricey but to me- well worth it. I try not to buy any paper products, cleaners, or hygiene products at this store bc the prices are ridiculous when Walmart is just 3 mins down the road. Vice-versa I try not to buy ANY produce or meats from Walmart when Publix is just 3 mins down the road. Oh and icecream is also a no, too much at Publix. Icecreams and all things frozen are more items Walmart has Publix buried on price wise.

Almost always a pleasant experience to shop at this location with the exception of some patrons who tend to think they are the only ones shopping here. But the choices are good even though they tend to be higher than elsewhere.

This is my preferred Publix. For some reason, I find this store more spacious. They also have items the other on Dawson doesn't like oyster mushrooms. I like to check out their BOGO and other sale items. And they have orchids that are very reasonably priced. I find myself buying one everytime I go.
