I adopted two puppies/brothers from Oakland veterinarian. They also offered free sterilization service if I return to their site which I did recently. The office was familiar with my two puppies and treated them with love. My two canine babies are doing well and they give me much 💕 love. Miss Sarah and all of the staff are very kind. I want to thank them for all the good work that they do.

We thank Terrill County Humane n especially Oakland Vet for supporting our adoption and surgery needs for Racier. Both parties have been so nice n caring. When I picked Racier up at Vet, i think the entire staff came to tell him Goodbye as they were so happy for him to find his new forever home. If we lived closer, this would be at Veterinary. I thank you all n Racier is doing wonderful at his new home.

We used to frequent Oakland Veterinary Hospital and moved away but retuning we have made them our veterinary services of choice. We enjoy their no nonsense approach and Dr Lee is great to work with concerning the health of all our pets including three dogs and two cats. They have been available when needed and their rates are certainly reasonable.February 2024, had our precious Mr Bojangles develop an intestinal blockage from swallowing a hunk of Nylabone. ALERT . . . DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GIVE YOUR DOGS NYLABONE!. Oakland took him in and Dr Lee performed surgery on a Sunday. They have been and remain our best vet choice ever. We can highly recommend.

I went to this Vet for over a year and tried to give them the benefit of my loyalty but each time it was pure disappointment. Very in considerate of your pet. Show no concern..Very unorganized. More into your personal business than the welfare of your pet.

They are always friendly to the furbabies parents while taking exceptional care of their lovedlittle family members. Dr. Lee is an excellent veterinarian along with Mrs.Lee working along beside him makinga wonderful team. The other team members Sarah and Diane have been with this family for many years each working their own method of magic.I love each one of them and pray thatI never have to have my babies go any where else for their care.

Dr Lee is honest! May come off to some as rude but it’s not! Some people don’t understand our pets are part of our family! You want to truth when it comes to our children from a Dr, why not the same for our pets! The staff take their jobs serious. If owners can’t take their responsibility as a pet owner’s serious then maybe you shouldn’t have one! Dr. Lee takes in rescues. He does what’s best for the animals! I highly recommend Oakland Vet Hospital!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. My mom recommended them after a horrible experience with our previous vet. I called last Wednesday to set up an appt for my two kitties. Just annual shots. The first call, I held over 15 minutes. (Which I try to be understanding of, times are busy). They called me back and we’re very helpful and kind. We set the appt for today (Monday) @ 9, so that I would have time to take off work. All was well. Then this morning, just after 8, I get a call that “they don’t know if Dr. Lee will be in today and was supposed to call me Friday but didn’t”. I was in complete shock. They chose not to call me to let me know that my appt was canceled. Then she told me to call back AT MY APPT TIME to see if he was there. That’s less than an hour. Why am I supposed to call them?! But I did, at 8:20, to cancel the appt all together. They wanted me to reschedule to Wednesday, but I’m not going to go to a vet that can’t even call to notify me of a cancelled appt ahead of time. And then to tell me that you just didn’t call? You’ve lost my business. Beware if you choose this vet, your appt is going to be up in the air. Sarah told me this was a regular thing. No thanks. Best of luck to anyone who chooses Oakland. Not for me.

Just adopted a rescue puppy being held here (Bacon Street 8-Starfire). She was happy and healthy when she came to us. The staff had recently bathed her and put a bandana on her. They gave us free sample bags (BIG bags) of the food she had been eating and made sure we knew what the next steps in her vet care were. I could tell the staff cared about this dog and all their animals. While I was there, I overheard them telling a customer they would stay open past closing time until they could get there; gotta love that going above and beyond!

This staff here was very friendly and happy people. Even after multiple calls trying to find the place. If ever I'm in the area and need my co driver checked out I'll be stopping here. Dr Lee was friendly as well as the staff. And in my experience I'm not at liberty to mention all of he truly cares more for his patients than some and is respectful to his customers as is the staff. I would recommend this place to any one in the area or just passing through. I appreciate any glimpse of passion and that's what I seen here.

I made an appointment to have my dog vaccinated here 3 weeks in advance. I requested time off work to make it to this appointment. I show up and they said that they canceled my appointment. I was not notified of this. Lady did nothing to make my situation right, definitely won’t ever go here again.

We adopted the mother /daughter "combo" of Dream & Leiah, two wonderful little Terriers. They were both a little standoffish for a few days, but now we have two little shadows! Its been almost a month together and we love each other. we now have two little "heaters" for our bed time, a fur collar and a fur armrest when we are in our recliners. We did rename Dream to Sweetie. She never did answer to Dream.These are good people to deal with, honest and very caring about the animals they have.

I have been using Dr. Lee for 20 years. I called to get a appointment for my older very senior Standard Schnauzer that is like a child to me (and most likely very close to crossing over the rainbow bridge) I was told that there was no available appointments. Most of the concerns discussed included that my dog had not been in the office for 2 years. And that her shots were not current. The wife (BobbieJoe) advised me to call around to find another veterinarian to see her. Hopefully this insight will help someone deciding on which Veterinarian services to use. #greedoverneed

Worst vet experience we have ever had. Left without being seen after 45 minutes when we had an appointment. Rude staff except for one lady. Disorganized and chaotic entry and check-in process. Acted like we were an inconvenience being there. Waiting area way too small. Told another lady in the waiting room that her cat has cancer without taking her back into a room to discuss. Won't be back.

I called and ask them to please take a look at My little.girl and they told me that they wasn't sure the DR would even see her then she told me he was going on vacation for a week then she would talk with him and call me back needles to say i never got the return call i was really disappointed because a few people had told me what a good vet he was and a great staff he had but i found this not to be true
