Hands down the best vet in Leesburg, I've been struggling to find a vet in the area that I can trust with my exotic animals, I have 100+ reptiles and 3 bunnies and other pets. They actually care about their patients and treat them like they are their own. Dr. Mobley is wonderful with exotics. He really knows exactly what he's doing. He looked at my bearded dragon yesterday and was so caring and went above and beyond to figure out what's going on with her. He has also looked at my bunny before and is very knowledgeable with bunnies and small mammals. Leesburg Animal Hospital is the only vet I will bring my babies to for now on. I'm so happy I found an exotic vet who actually knows what he's doing and truly cares about the animals.Highly recommend if anyone is looking for an exotic vet! I really can't say enough nice things about them.

The kindness. The compassion. The grace. The empathy. The love.I can not express how wonderful the entire staff was to me. No matter who I spoke to, I was treated with respect by an absolout professional.I called about my senior dachshund mix needing to be put to sleep. They cared for him like he was their own pet. They went above and beyond to make the process as painless as it could be, which is quite the feat, considering he was my best friend for his entire life. Every painful step was cushioned by love and kindness. I can not tell you how big of a difference that made in this traumatic process. I miss him with all my heart, body, and soul. I ache to see him again. But when the tears stop for a minute, I am filled with gratitude for the grace that was shown to me and for every single person who loved Cujo as much as I did. This place still DECLAWS cats. It’s inhumane and barbaric. If you are considering this, look up the facts. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere they perform this surgery purely based on this practices morals. Can’t believe it’s STILL LEGAL in GA. 👎🏽🚮

Amazing staff! We needed an appointment quickly to update our dog’s vaccines so she could be boarded. They were able to fit us in quickly and provided wonderful care. Friendly, professional, and efficient staff! Very affordable for all the services we received. We are new to the area and have been worried about snake bites. Dr. Shepherd gave our pup a rattlesnake vaccine and helpful information on what to do if that occurs. Grateful to have our pup established with Leesburg Animal Hospital!

They have listed on their website that they do indigent care. THEY DON'T! They don't take payments either. The only choice I had was to surrender my dog to them for care; now they want $2000 to get my dog back. Charging $150 per day for boarding until she got better, on top of her medical treatment.I posted the above on Tuesday, September 12th, 2024. Today, Friday, 9-15-24, I called to visit my dog and was told that they have sold her. For the amount of her treatment. I don't know many people that would pay $2000 for a dog they don't know.My main objection is they claim someone bought her on Tuesday. The 12th.They never did contact me as they said they were going to not did they contact me to inform me that she was being sold, as they said they would from the very first day! I will, obviously, not be using this Vet again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We have taken all of our dogs, past and present, to Leesburg Animal Hospital. They do a great job. We just had all 3 dogs teeth cleaned and nails trimmed. They even rounded them to get rid of the sharp edges. Will continue to use Dr. Shannon and her staff.

Great Vet services when they are open!. After hours service kinda sucks,. My dog was injured after hrs and called the office and was given a number in Warner Robbins vets office . I was told to bring my dog up to Warner Robbins ! This was unsatisfactory so I call Philema animal hospital who have 4 doctors and always have some one on call locally for emergencies . So I swapped my 2 cats and 3 dogs to Philema animal hospital not because I didn’t like the Vet in leesburg but when you need care for your family pet you can’t take your baby 90 miles away in an emergency! If they change their emergency office I would go back !!!!!!!

Very understanding people. There to meet your needs. These people are very kind and they will even talk to you at length about the condition of your animals. A huge difference from the shoddy treatment we got from Philema animal hospital. Just like so many others, we have changed vets to Leesburg animal hospital. Much better service, and they really care about you as well as your animals. Philema is tanking their own reputation. I would recommend Leesburg animal hospital to anybody that needs a wonderful vet

Best vet ever. They really take good care of my dog. I highly recommend going there. This vet office in Dawson suck. I'll never go back there again. I had the money for them to treat my cat they did not answer the phone wen I called. The next day they called n said I can bring my cat in. It was too late he had passed away that night and yes I told the vet people what I thought of them. Never go to Dawson vet
