This facility is only open from 9-4 during the week. I called to offer supplies and they were not excited to take them off my hands. I offered to drop off a 50 pound bag and based on their hours, I could not get to them until after 5. Not even able to drop off afterhours because they have a gate around facility. No hours on the weekends! When would people adopt animals? Poor customer service...poor animals.

I had a very bad experience here....not with the shelter exactly, but the supervisor of animal control that brings the animals here. He is VERY RUDE, not a people person, and I DO NOT LIKE HOW HE TREATS ANIMALS !!!!!!!

Telephone Pioneers gave a donation of several bags of pet food. The staff helped carry the bags in. Were very appreciative of the donation. Thanked us more than once. I have 2 adopted kittens from there. Very healthy and well. Very clean building No animal smell

Went to go look at their dogs and had a horrible experience. My daughter (2 years old) was trying to open the door and the women was trying to lock the door as she was doing that. When I opened the door all she said was “we’re closed, they were supposed to close the gate.” They were closed at 1:30pm on a Monday. When I asked when they would be open again she said “next week.” No explanation or anything. Not great customer service for someone who helps get animals adopted. It’s not even that they were closed. It’s that she tried to lock the door as my two year old was trying to open the door. What kind of person does that?

Please support! They provide a great service to the community and a great place to adopt a pet. The fees involved go to cover spay/neuter and microchipped with Home Again Service(currently at the time of this review).
