Five (5) years ago my wife and I had the pleasure of moving to Greystone @ Oakland. Our experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. Right from the start the leasing and maintenance staff demonstrated excellence in skills and timely response to tenants’ needs. The entire staff has demonstrated a quality that is not always demonstrated in business, and that is a passion in their work. When making a request over the telephone they are communicative, warm, and sincere, answering any questions promptly with a personal touch that is so rare. I’m sure you will agree that is the type of customer care we should always insist on receiving.One of the qualities Greystone has always demonstrated, and that is their encouragement for suggestions for tenants’ improvements.Thank you for allowing me to express my opinions.

Our community is very quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are friendly and willing to help if you are in need. The grounds are very beautiful and clean. Maintenance is very responsive in a timely manner. This weekend our community came together for a Christmas Bazaar. There is always something to do. We could not have chosen a better place to live. Come Join Us!!!

I love everything about Greystone at Oakland. It's one of the few nicer places to live in the DoLee area. The amenities are nice and well-kempt, and management and staff are all extremely helpful. And, the management host fun, engaging events every month for the community.

We just moved last month and are very impressed with the the facilities and how nice the staff are. So excited to get a unit. If you have concerns they reply immediately and get it addressed. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. ❤️ Love it here!

Greystone offers the best apartment choice for this area. We enjoy the space and storage options of our 3 BR. The Greystone maintenance team is always super responsive when you have a problem. There are many friendly residents as you walk around the complex.

I really enjoy staying here, aside from safety reasons, all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. We also have amazing amenities such as clubhouse, gym, pool, garden, car maintenance and much more that really helps us save money. Everything about this place is great, 10/10.

Greystone is a wonderful community! I’ve lived here now for 7 months and it is truly a great place to be. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the staff is amazing…always willing to help and make our experience a pleasant, positive one. It truly feels like a big family. Amenities are also really good. GYM is pretty complete and honestly one of the best ones I’ve ever seen at luxury apartment complexes. The pool area is very pretty, inviting and always very well maintained. Last but not least, when I’ve needed maintenance services in my apartment, they’ve always been very responsive and issues have been resolved promptly. Highly recommend this community!

This apartment complex truly makes you feel like you’re living in luxury day in and day out. It was such an upgrade from where we were living previously. I sometimes forget I’m even in Georgia! The amenities are always clean such as the gym that I use and it’s never crowded as well as the beautiful pool that is also NEVER crowded. Such an amazing staff as well. They’re quick to respond and quick to fix whatever needs fixing. The great thing has been the apartments don’t need much fixing either! I truly do recommend this place for people who don’t want a house but still want to live in a great community!

The staff in the Leasing Office are attentive and responsive (especially Kimberly Tabb) and they have promptly addressed any concerns brought to their attention. Greystone at Oakland is a beautiful community! The landscaping is so well kept and astounding to look at. The pool is one of the best amenities and my roommate and I love it! The management team is very helpful with anything we need. The community is quiet but everyone is so friendly. I’m loving it here so far!
