I actually enjoyed my trip to this Dollar General location. It's the first Dollar General I've been in a while that didn't have boxes stacked throughout all the aisles. Yes they could've opened the 2nd register to help move the line along. However the woman who rang me up was very pleasant.

The manager of this store literally had me break down in tears because she accused me of stealing . I was actually penny shopping. She proceeded to scream and holler at me in front of everyone in the store and embarrassed me so bad I started crying. I asked to speak with her manager and she said she was the manager so I will be calling to speak with the District Manager. How dare she accuse me of stealing .

Went in tonight to grab 2 items and I accidentally gave the young man at the register a dollar to much as it was stuck to the other dollar bill. He was very honest and gave it back. It might only be a dollar but that meant the world to me. Times are very hard and every dollar counts. And his honesty should not go unnoticed!!!! He was also very pleasant and made the experience wonderful. Thank you sir for making my night! May God bless you!!!

Employees don’t speak, don’t man the register half the time, self checkout is often out of bags forcing customers to look like they are leaving the store without paying. No one cares about how this store is run.

One of the best Dollar general stores in the Albany area! Everything was neat and organized and the staff was actually friendly. Put a pin on your map for this one and avoid the rest of them! You'll thank me later.

This is a convenient stop on the way home from work. The store is clean and organized. They tend to stay well-stocked. There are sneeze guards and marks on the floor to promote social distancing.

Best place 4 low prices that bet Walmart and not all the hustle and bustle like a Walmart. They are always clean and fully stocked. So if ur looking for a great place and friendly employees Dollar General is the place 2 b.

This is one of the newer D G's in the city. It is really well kept and well stocked most of the time. In these days you have to give these guys a hand for the hustle that they display in doing so! They do miss on a few items and that is the only reason why I hold one star back on them.
