This location has always been the best in the area. Today's visit was no exception. Every employee was kind, caring, attentive, and willing to help (contrary to many of my recent experiences at other locations).I would specifically like to call out Patti for her exceptional customer service skills. She was patient while I made up my mind, and was quick to answer my questions as well as make sure I had everything needed to complete my project. Talk about customer service with a smile! Give her a raise please!

I recently ordered a loading ramp online for pickup at Home Depot, and I was thoroughly impressed with the seamless experience. The pickup process was incredibly smooth. Upon arriving at the store, I was promptly assisted by Jose from customer service, who efficiently located my order and assisted in loading it into my car. The convenience and efficiency of the pickup process exceeded my expectations. The loading ramp itself is of excellent quality and exactly what I needed. Home Depot's online ordering and pickup service, combined with their helpful staff like Jose, make for a top-notch shopping experience.

This review is based solely on my most recent visit to the Duluth store. BERT assisted us with some materials needed for a small repair to help a friend. BERT went way out of his way to help us find exactly what we were looking for but since HD did not have the material we needed, he helped us find alternative ideas. We ended up getting what we needed by putting items together. It was SO nice for a change to have some real customer service!!! Thank you!!

I love this location!!! Every time I come I am well taking care of. Customer is outstanding. I love the customer service manager Norma. She Rock!!! We had a problem with a door and she took care of my husband and I. She’s always extremely helpful. This star deserves beyond 5 Stars!!!!!

This is the absolute worst home depot i have been to. We had to ask 4 people to get us firewood from the rafters and after 2 announcements on the intercom and 30 minutes later nobody showed up. I’m so disappointed with this home depot that we left to go to kroger instead and because it’s cheaper. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Was in line to return utems and the guy was really rude to the girls wanting them to get on a register because the line was long. I understand wanting to help all the customers but don't reprimand them front to the people. Other than that everything was good.

Larry O’Neal and the staff at this Home Depot is EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only is it a well-stocked friendly store, but they demonstrate support of the community. This Home Depot was instrumental in my son achieving his Eagle Scout project building 2 beautiful park benches with Boy Scout Troop 608. Every time we go to the park, someone walking their dog is enjoying those benches. 😄Thank you, Lawrenceville Home Depot!!🏆

I LOVE IT! I freequent this store for all my building and planting needs. The variety of plants, garding, and household choices are second to none! I am never disappointed when I visit this particular loction.The sales staff and cutomer service is excellent; if a sales person can't find something, will make sure to connect you with someone who can help you.When I look around my home, I see Home Depot products everywhere. They help me make and keep my home beautiful!You can't go wrong at this location.

This store has always been lacking. Today didn’t prove me wrong. I bought a Ryibi power drill. I didn’t realize the box was retapped until I got home. So yea no drill bits. … now an inconvenience on my part and return and a different location for sure. Just reselling without making sure everything is in tact.

Home Depots website stated they had some fence pickets in stock but after driving there we were told that they don't stock them in the store and couldn't explain why the website said they had them in stock. We ordered them from the website with the managers help only to get an email later that they would arrive until 5 days after the order said they would arrive. We cancelled the order.

Home Depot is my DIY store. I enjoy just walking through the aisle seeing what's new. The location for this Home Depot is in a plaza with Ross, Marshall, Dollar Tree, Target, Bath & Body Works and Crumble Cookie.Customer service is always A++ and the prices are reasonable.

Fabulous. Receiving hour are 0700- 1700 M-T 0700-1600 FRIDAY. Backed into tye dock. The dock worker was ready before me. I only had 8 pallets. And literally it took him 8 minutes or less to empty me. Overnight parking yes for Home Depot delivery ONLY.Bathroom Yes

I really like shopping here for home furnishings, but in recent months they have made me feel uncomfortable or not as friendly as before? no smile? Feeling tired when checking out or returning items.(..CHARM.. NICOLE...V..V) or the entire customer service department doesn't know how to be happy with customers?even if there is a manager? Her name is Khiem, and she's also not professional and doesn't know how to smile at customers? Is it the new rules of HOMEEPOT?

Robert the Christmas Tree 🎄 expert welcomed our family with cheerfully as we were buying our Christmas tree on Sunday evening. Robert made sure we were happy with our tree and did an exceptional job of securing our tree to our van. Best of all he made a Charlie Brown trees for my girls. Thank you Robert and he deserves recognition and a raise.

Purchased the Troy-Bilt Pony 42in. Riding Lawn Tractor for my father as a gift and I'm both upset and embarrassed at it's condition upon delivery. I understand stores like Home Depot and Lowe's do leave some lawn mowers out for display and convenience which may make them a little dirty. However, it is way beyond a little dirty. The seat came broken, there are dirt and water stains everywhere, the wheels looked used and there's peeling at the end. And the cherry on top? It doesn't even work. My dad put gas in, it wouldn't start and the battery tank is completely dead, drained. Several of our neighbors who own riding lawn mowers have come in the past 2 hours to take a look, one even came with their battery wire charger but nothing worked. Will definitely be calling in and asking for a refund.

Called lumber for a question about siding was told I'd be transferred then was hung up on. It's very obvious that the people working there don't know what they are doing. But that's just home depot I guess

The online pick here is a JOKE!!! When I checked in at the front desk, I gave my info and the associate (C16MJB5) came back and handed me some items in a tied up plastic bag and one of the items (a bolt cutter) as a loose item. I immediately informed her that I was missing the most important part of my order, a 6ft wire shelf. She said "Oh, let me go check." She came back with the shelf which had a sticker with my name on it. What happened to checking the order slip and making sure that everything is provided to the customer? Anyways, I thought I was good to go. Well I get home, and low and behold, an item is missing from my order and not in the bag. I called back up to the store and sat on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out what happened to the missing item. Thankfully, Latoya was able to locate it; but I unfortunately had to make another trip to the store (which is 20 minutes from my home). So frustrating! Please work with your online pickup/customer service associates on their thoroughness and the importance of making sure that customers have all of the items they ordered.

I'm always very impressed with this Home Depot but recently I lucked up and scored the coveted 12 foot skeleton. The entire staff was incredibly helpful with my purchase. Shout out to Dean and Kevin who truly went above and beyond getting all 12 feet of skeleton into my car.
