CAT PARENTS! I recommend going here!! My 6 year old kitty Luna got her first cut at Swanky Paws! The staff did an amazing job. I was nervous about it being too stressful for her, she is the fluffiest girl I know so it wasn’t a simple task. The staff was great about taking their time, and making sure she felt safe. They cut her hair exactly as I requested! Now she doesn’t have to worry about summer shedding and she can clean herself easily! She looks and feels like a new lady! Absolutely worth the cost and I will be back! Thank you for a great first grooming experience!

New girl at the front desk with glasses was rude. I’ve been taking my dog here for 2 years every 2 weeks never did I run into an issue until my last appointment. They basically said they couldn’t finish my dog’s session because he kept nipping. Then they said they would only be able to groom him if I payed for their training sessions ( $500 for 5 sessions I believe) anyways, I was taken by surprise since he’s been coming there for two years and it’s barley now an issue? When I got home that day I did notice that my dog was more shaken up than I have seen him before (he wasn’t like that before his appointment) I’m not sure if they switched groomers. Either way I spent my money at this establishment for years and that’s how they treated me. The owner might reply to this review and all I have to say is not only did I recommend people to your establishment before, but I’m also disappointed that this is how Teddy’s grooming journey with you ended.

The reception staff were great, and our puppy seemed to have enjoyed herself. The only drawback was the misunderstanding on when I needed to pick her up the day of her "meet and greet" visit.I will be taking her back soon to bathe her in the DIY Spa area and i will try doggie daycamp again

The staff made my one year old Goldendoodle Gussie feel right at home though she was anxious about getting groomed there for the first time. Gussie’s summer cut looks terrific and got her in and out in 2 hrs. Gussie walks with a little swagger knowing she is now a Swanky Pet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed in this place. They ask that you make grooming appointments online so I did. I scheduled the appointment weeks in advanced for 12/22/23 at 1:00 because I was getting off early that day. When I show up to the appointment, the lady at the front insists that there was never an appointment. I know for a fact that I received confirmation in the app that the appointment was made. It wouldn't have been too much of a big deal except for how the lady at the counter acted about it. As I am trying to discuss this, she's not only very dismissive but turns to start talking and interacting with another customer and her dog. Bad customer service. Finally she looks in the system again and says that there are no scheduled appointments and the last one was in Oct 23. I go home and try to cancel my account and get a notice that my "request" to delete the account will be reviewed by the team. Really? Wow. A few days later, I get an email saying that I have an appointment scheduled for 12/29/23 at 11:00 which I definitely didn't schedule because my puppy was being spayed on 12/26/23 so that wouldn't even make sense. Overall, just highly disappointed. Btw....this would have been my pup's 3rd time being groomed there.

My babies are so loved and taken care of. Magda is the best auntie my babies could ask for. They are greeted with love and kisses and leave with their tails wagging. My puppies came from an abusive environment before me, so they take extra care of them. The trust and love shows when they walk in

I was searching for an excellent place for my cat's grooming and came across Swanky Paws. They did a great job handling my cat, which is usually tricky. But with swanky paws, they made it easy for my cat. I will go back here. They did an excellent job for my cat. I highly recommend this place. They offer accommodation too if you need to get out of town.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I bring my cat for nail trims because she does not even like us to trim them at home. I also bring my 1yo maltipoo for full bath, groom & teeth brushing, and they've always done such an amazing job. I've recommended to several family and friends, and will continue coming back!

I have been taking my puppers to Swanky Paws for couple years now and I have to admit I tried different places here and there but always come back here! My dog loves going because of all the love and care they give her. She used to be so anxious to separate with me but now she walks in like a champ. People are always asking where I take her because she always looks put together and clean. I highly recommend to anyone!

I take my chihuahua mix here every other weekend since I work, she loves everyone there and they are all so nice to her. I get her the luxury suite even though she’s hardly ever in there since I was told she plays most of the day 😇 they take the cutest pictures of my baby as well

We have an almost 11 year old collie. He is quite stubborn in his old age and was in dire need of a groom to get out his winter undercoat. The ladies at check in were very understanding and he was ready in the exact amount of time they said it would take. Thank you Shannon for taking him on! He looks really great and it was a bonus to be able to buy him a gourmet treat right there at check out. Which he loved by the way and he is incredibly picky! Thanks again!

Went here on a recommendation, but unfortunately they wouldn’t groom my corgi after her first visit because they felt she was aggressive. First time I’ve been turned away from a groomer and it broke my heart to hear that because she truly is a good dog, but doesn’t like certain areas touched. I just wished they didn’t give up on her so easily. I wanted her to work on getting comfortable with a groomer. I’ve taken her to 3 other groomers after this who worked with her fine and I’m glad the third one is working out long term for us.Dear Owner: I did mention my dog has anxiety and specified which areas she was sensitive to. Yes your staff made recommendations for your other services (training, self wash, etc) which I respectfully declined. The “aggressiveness” you mention may be a reaction to mishandling or adding to her anxiety. Kenneling is a normal part of any grooming service as most of us don't wait at the store so mentioning of me going to Target was unnecessary and more information than needed to be shared. I applaud you for putting your staff first. I just would’ve wished you had given my dog another opportunity to come back for a groom instead of telling me she can’t come back. Maybe more patience with her on the first visit could’ve made a difference until she became familiar with the staff.

We have not had so pleasant an experience with grooming our Sophie since we lived in Duluth. We had been using a Pet Spa closer to our side of Lawrenceville, but last week found ourselves completely dissatisfied with the service offerings and pricing of one of your competitors. Our groomer in Duluth was booked up for two weeks. We yelped local Pet Spas and Swanky Paws came up in the search. The reviews convinced us to give them a call. Barbara was great. Sophie looks fantastic. We almost look forward to her next grooming. Way to go, Swanky Paws!

My pup and I loved Swanky Paws and will visit again! We went for a DIY doggie bath and the space was clean and welcoming. The pricing is very reasonable and included a variety of products. Overall a very satisfying experience. Can’t wait for our next one!

I've been taking my dog to Swanky Paws Pet Spa for a couple of years now and I could not think of trusting anyone else with him! They are simply wonderful to say the least. The customer service staff is outstanding...... Ashely, one of the receptionist genuinely greets and treats everyone with professionalism, patience, and a "people/pet" first attitude. Her personality is infectious! They go beyond meeting their customer's basic needs, most importantly they do everything possible to ensure that the pets and their owners are happy and satisfied with the services they receive. I highly recommend Swanky Paws for your fur babies!

I have been taking my 2 yr old cocker spaniel here since I got him as a puppy. The groomer always does an outstanding job!! He has been at day care, too, and loved it! He played really well with the other dogs and was exhausted when I got him home. They have also groomed my 14yr old Cairn Terrier. The groomer was gentle with her and did a great job!! The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Swanky Paws!!!

I had to make an emergency gift run for a dog's bday (yes, I know how absurd this sounds) and man, they made it easy! The woman behind the counter with the lovely accent helped me select some nice, soft options for the VERY senior dog i was celebrating. She took her time with every one which is why I didn't mind a short wait in line. Fantastic experience and will visit again!
