Recently I left my 2 year old VERY energetic Boxer with the PetSuites family on sugerloaf. Sadie initially did not pass her group play test but, the PetSuites group gave her a second chance and she had the best time and did fabulous! This was so important for her and for me as she was attacked in December by larger dogs and I was so afraid she would never be able to socialize again. I really appreciated the love and patience they showed her allowing her to overcome her fear and make new friends!! The pictures say it all!! She was one happy pup!

I love taking my babies Cairo and Shaggy there. They’ve been going for a little over a month now. My babies enjoy getting up early just to go to PetSuites. I will say that I was nervous because of past experiences especially with my Cairo, but the staff at PetSuites have made me feel less anxiety. Although, I don’t know everyone’s name, all of the staff that I have come into contact with have been phenomenal. They always have high energy, professional, and they just love on my babies. Some of the staff who I have gotten to speak to are Bre and Jamie, thank you ladies. Sorry, that I don’t know everyone’s name yet because there are others as well, which is great thing to have at any company. When we walk through the door, we feel very welcomed. They welcome us by name! That’s pretty impressive especially since there are so many dogs that go there. I’m just happy that my dogs are happy, and that they are treated like family. The staff is as sweet as pie! I needed a safe place for my dog while I went to the ER and was then admitted to the hospital. Although I had to first go find a vet and get him shots and bordatella before they would take him in, which I understand, they reserved a spot for Barkley and treated him well while I was away for 2 days. I had peace of mind knowing that Barkley was in safe hands and getting the best of care. I liked that the first night was free, but I think the price of $46 per night is a bit expensive. Pet sitters will come to your house for $15 per pet pet day and take care of all their needs. But I don't live in Atlanta, so I was glad to find PetSuites that was close to my location, and I was satisfied with the service they provided. I would definitely use them again if I needed their service in an emergency. If it wasn't an emergency, I would probably seek out more affordable care, but I still give them a big thumbs up!

In my opinion, this is one of the best PetSuites locations. The staff are incredibly sweet and treated my fur baby wonderfully. I’m relieved to have found a place where I feel comfortable leaving my pet alone.

Most pet owners love their pets as if they are children. My experience with PetSuites was excellent. I dropped by to view the faculty prior to choosing where my babies when staying for a week. I was greeted with smiles and kindness by every single person that worked there. There was zero doubt the staff was attentive to all pets staying in their care. All the pets I observed was happy and healthy. The suites was clean and for a boarding home, I was pleased that every litter box was clean and smelled clean. Toys, fresh water and happy animals. I was able to have two suites next to each other for my babies to run back and forth. The staff sent me paw updates and pictures. The experience was 5 stars from the beginning I walked in, dropped off my babies and pick up was perfect. I'm very thankful for the experience and the care they gave my pets and myself.

We love it here! Cooper goes at least twice a week for day play and boarding anytime we go out of town. The staff are wonderful! They all greet Cooper in the mornings and make it super easy for me knowing that I can be in and out in the mornings knowing that my boy is in good hands. Cooper gets super exited when I drop him off. That's how I know this is the place for us. Thank you all for making my boy's day at least twice a week!

I LOVE this petsuites! Any time I have to go out of town, I leave my pit-terrier, Paisley, here and she is always well taken care of. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean and I really have a peace of mind while my pup is there while I’m away. Bree is AMAZING! Always updating me on my pup and makes sure I have not a worry in the world while my dog is in their care!

I brought my puppy here for puppy preschool. We have been utilizing the introductory package. This has been so great for him to socialize with other people and dogs. The only downside is that there’s no trainer at this location. But I still rate them very highly because they take good care of my puppy, they are always excited to see him, and he always seems happy to come!

The whole staff as a whole is the best! They love my fur baby Abby and Abby loves them. She is always so excited to go and play with her friends when I take her. My work schedule is a little crazy at times, and they still accommodate me when they can, without any hesitation. Bri personally make sure that my appointments are set up in advance to make sure Abby has her weekly boarding, and taking that extra step helps a lot when u have a boarder Aussie as active as mine. Thank you to the staff. Abby and I are great full for all ur help and attention.

I always love coming here because I know the staff really cares about all the dogs that they take care of! They also have a couple of products up for sale just in case you forget to bring toys or goodies for your dog or cat! Aizle also was great in helping us set up future dates for our dogs to stay! I would definitely recommend having your pets board here.

I took my 3 dogs and 2 cats for a night and a day to Pet Suites and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. I love the pictures taken by the groomer after their bath with their cute bandanas. Their expressions were priceless!

We have been bringing our cavapoo, Biscuit, to PetSuites for quite some time now, and he absolutely loves it! Today, he had his picture taken for Valentine’s day and he was as happy as can be. He loves hanging out with his doggie friends, and plays his little heart out.We were a little apprehensive of bringing our almost 12 year old Shih Tzu, Cocoa, to get groomed here for the first time because he never gets out of the house anymore. Cocoa decided to take a leap of faith and get groomed, and he has never looked better! He was comfortable the entire time he was at the facility, and looks absolutely perfect!The girls at this facility - Jasmine, Bri, Clarissa, Mia and the rest of the staff are stellar! They always make our pups feel right at home, and they take excellent care of our furry friends. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If I ever go out of town again, I would have no problem leaving my baby in the care of petsuites. The staff was so nice and understanding. I called every day to check on my kitty and they never showed annoyance towards me. They answered every question without hesitation. I would highly recommend

I put my cat up for a couple of days at Pet Suites in Lawrenceville , GA. The staff was professional and friendly, and did well considering that my cat is grumpy and doesn't like to be handled. They allowed me to put him in his condo and take him out to minimize stress. My cat seem to like one of the female staff members there. He was not aggressive towards her, which was a surprise to me.

My Pug has been going to the Lawrenceville location since 2020. As years progress, there can be some minor challenges that come with training new hires on their computer system. Yet the level of understanding and compassion that the management team has regarding the customer’s experience is unparalleled. Somehow my confirmed reservation was not properly put in the system, and we were dropping our loving dog off before going on vacation.Ms. Allison proactively sought to hear/listen to me directly which resulted in a maintained customer’s satisfaction. I was grateful for her ability to remedy the situation because I didn’t have to take my Pug away from the place he loves & knows so much, to a new boarder he has never met before.Again, we are truly grateful and appreciative for the level of care we all received to include both my family and my dog 🐶Thank you Petsuites of Lawrenceville for making us feel like extended family❣️❣️❣️

Our first time boarding our dog so we were more nervous than he was. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We called one day to make sure Sonny was okay and they took the time to give us an update on him and how he was doing. Made us feel much better about leaving him for a week.

Great first time experience! The staff is extremely responsive. I had a million questions before our first stay and the staff was very helpful in responding in a quick manner. Both dogs came back happy and tired! I could tell both dogs loved their stay. I could barely get them to leave with us, which is not like them at all! I highly recommend this place. We will only use this place for boarding moving forward! Darla and Hank can't wait to come back!

We boarded our three pups here for a full week while we were on vacation. They loved it so much. The staff is amazing and the entire place is spotless. They sent us pictures of the pups playing and having fun and welcomed us to call or text to check on them. I highly recommend them for your boarding needs!Our two year old Aussiedoodle has been going to Monday play dates for the past several weeks and he loves it! The staff does a wonderful job keeping all of the area clean and the dogs safe.

My 6month old puppy was bordered here for 4 days recently and they took really great care of him! I chose the package that send pics everyday and that eased the anxiety a great deal! He even came home with a puppy report card on how his time was there!!! You guys are awesome. I will most definitely use you guys again!!
