I dropped off my dog at the spa service, and they were able to take him in, even though we were a little early. He looked completely refreshed when he was picked up, no odor, and fur was softer than tissue. They also have a Banfield Vet Clinic at this location, making this PetsMart a one-stop shop for all your pet needs.

We went to Pey Smart to buy a Beta fish. The young lady that helped is was friendly and knowledgeable and the cashier was very nice and funny. It was a good buying experience.

The staff is always helpful. The aquatics department has a lot to be desired though. They don't have a very large selection of supplies and their fish usually look horrible.

My experience was ok I mean I've seen better stores. The aquatic section needs a total makeover and more selections of fish though. Over all its a decent store to visit.

I have gone to 3 different petco and all of them had fruit flies with mites for both reptiles and fish. The mites kill the fruit flies in such a small container so you end up with a bucket of dead fruit flies and tiny white mites that can get out of the mesh top. So running out of options I got extra small crickets, there are supposed to be 50 and there were at best 10 including the dead ones. I would suggest not getting live feed from petco. If you do decide to get fruit flies check to see if any are alive if there is little to nothing moving around then it is likely they have been over taken by the mites.

The picture provided is from the SNELLVILLE PET-SMART of an associate who sold us a goldfish with no questions asked. The Lawrenceville location refused to sell us a 34 cent goldfish simply cause we didn’t own a 29 gallon tank at the time not to mention that is the RECOMMENDED sized tank for goldfish but if we’re being financially realistic it only makes sense to make a purchase like such later on in the journey of a simple fish. I DO NOT recommend coming to the LAWRENCEVILLE location at all, complete foolishness.

Nice store and overall friendly staff.I go for cat products. (Prices are higher than Petco, but I don't have a Petco near me, so I have to go here.) I find that they don't carry the FreshStep lightweight litter that I use, so I have to go someplace else to buy that. I watch their sales and coupons.

I love this location in particular. They are always clean well stocked and who doesn't love gay pride accessories for your dog or cat. Yes they have that at PetSmart and it's not hidden in the back! What I really love is that you are given the opportunity to donate an amount of your choosing at checkout to help less fortunate animals!

Had an issue with the petsmart app not working when I got to the store. I tried restarting my phone and everything in order to get it to work before I was next in line. It wouldn't work and the store associate tried it on her phone and we both figured either service was bad or the app was down. The manager came over and helped me after she finished with another customer and was able to assist so that I could get my discount I earned. Both people were very helpful and patient with me while I experience a technical issue and were very nice about it. Really appreciate the service

Im one of those people that hates driving In traffic so I usually frequent Chewy, but with the storms that’s been occurring this month, my collie has been bored from being home bound. To get some energy out, I opted to come here to not just shop, but to also have her walk around to release some energy.The location here, compared to the Snellville location, is extremely convenient for me to get to and it’s not in an congested area. The store itself is well organized and clean. Next to that, the employees here are extremely helpful and kind.I was very happy to see that they were more than happy to price match my items to Chewy’s AND apply their Buy 2 Get 1 deals. As a dog mom to an extremely picky, high maintenance, AND EXPENSIVE Collie [who, sadly, ONLY likes expensive food and treats], I always try to shop when there are deals/offers, so to be able to price match and qualify for the deal is a steal for me.

I was in a bind and needed an immediate grooming appointment for my dog, Jax. I took a chance on this location and I am super impressed. Rani his check in and the assessment, and Jax was immediately at ease. Moe did an amazing job with his cut, and the checkout was smooth and seamless. I will definitely be back!

I have to buy "Sensitive Skin & Stomach" food for my dogs and although it's made by Purina, you cannot buy it in the grocery store and, therefore, I purchase it at Petsmart. They're always willing to help me get it to and into my vehicle. They even have gotten it off the shelf and carried it out for me after I had shoulder surgery - which was SO helpful!!

I have being taking my golden retriever for training. The trainer is very nice and very helpful. My pup is getting better at obey. Also, great variety on food for all kind of animals

Nice open floorplan. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store, and received a farewell as I left. They have a large assortment of food brands and types. They have a decent number of other pet related items like toys, treats, beds, etc., but if you are looking for a niche item it will likely be hit or miss.

Customer service at 2pm on 2-26-23 absolutely did not exist. Cashier entered my phone number stated it didn't work scanned my rabbit food which was b1g1 50% both rang up full price. I said they say b1g1 she states yea your phone number didn't work and after a 45 second awkward silence I tell her ok then I just want 1. She voids transaction rescans 1 and then proceeded to get on her phone.

I went to purchase pet supplies today. The cashier (Tenice?) rang me up, and then asked for my email/phone number. I told her I did not have an account there. She told me I would have to open an account to compete my purchase. Seriously? How incredibly dishonest to lie to customers to get them to open an account! I had to ask for a manager in order to complete my purchase. No apology/greeting from the manager or thank you/have a nice day from the cashier. Poor customer service all around.

It took more than two weeks to book an appointment to get my dog’s hair cut. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that the groomer didn’t show up, so I was out of luck.While I normally have a good experience here, there was no attempt to contact me to at least save me the drive and very little in terms of an apology.I guess I was expecting better treatment as A longtime customer.
