Staff is always nice and attentive. Place is always clean and well stocked. There are some things that are overpriced so i would suggest comparing prices online. Sometimes they have foster cats, never seen any dogs, they refer to go to an animal shelter if you're looking for those. They do have bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets, frogs, snakes, birds, and fish.They have a loyalty rewards program. Our to-go place for our pets food. Plenty of parking within the plaza.Would recommend and continue going.

Awesome awesome store and staff! I went in right after opening to get some ferret cage cleaner and look around at some of the pets they had available. I had 2 ferrets at home and my fiancé and I have been searching for another ferret baby. They had 1 left and the manager was incredibly helpful in providing information on the ferret! I ended up buying the little guy and he is the sweetest ferret and having the best time getting to know his brother and sister! Will definitely be returning for all of my pets’ needs!

I was in the market for a bunny for my 7yr old and had a lot of questions regarding my son’s condition and the bunny as being great companions. I called a few days ago and spoke to Chris (manager) at the lawrenceville location. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the rabbits. Although he didn’t have any initially the day I called, je kept me in mind. Today the bunnies were delivered and I got my call . Off I went to the store and I must say, that was one of the greatest shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Chris took care of me personally (although they all at this location worked as a team and jumped in with information for me as needed) he was patient, HONEST (which is something I totally respect and always look for) and kind! I’m glad I bought my bunny from Pet Supermarket and they have made me feel comfortable with my purchase and extended the open door to me for anything that may arise! This location has a great team. Thank you Chris, my son is extremely happy!! 😊

Occasionally I can pick up a new toy for my cats. I have stopped going so often, because they never have the cat food flavor I need. They have the brand. The people who work there are nice. They check in the back just to make sure. I've tried calling to check, but the phone isn't answered.

Awesome experience, went to buy some fish and the nice girl at the counter introduced me to Taylor the manager who was very knowledgeable about the fish they have and helped me pick out what I needed. Great Service I highly recommend this pet store....

I was very pleased with my experience at this Pet Supermarket. I purchased approximately $50 in aquarium fish. After realizing two of the fish were not getting along with my others and the harmony of my tank was lost I was able to return the two offenders within an hour of purchase. They Honored their return policy with out question and for that I'm very grateful. The health of the remaining fish I purchased is excellent. They are colorful healthy and growing. I will be back for supplies and fish in the future.

SUCH a sweet manager, Alexis! the power was out in the store but she still manually checked me out and even called another location to make sure she was pricing everything right. she even talked on speaker so i would hear the other location so i would be sure the prices were correct. she was so patient and helpful and she always makes coming to this location great!! so thankful i could get what i needed even when the power was down thanks to her!

I have been purchasing my dog's food here for a long time and always the service has been superior, yesterday Kaila amazed me, she remember that she had helped me choose my food and ask how the dogs were doing with it and if her recommendation was working for me. The employees are the best part of this store. They are knowledgeable about the animals they have there and can give you information about local vets. They truly love the animals they take care of and the animal family's they get to meet. My kittens love the treats they suggested and the meal plan they suggested I try for my bearded works well. I know that everytime I visit there, I will leave satisfied. They are the best!!! Also, the store is clean, the animals are well cared for and the prices are reasonable. I love there rewards program.

Love this place! Been here several times to pickup food for all my pets. Super friendly staff, greets upon entry to the store, very helpful and sincere employees that worked there. They added an aquarium section in the back which was not there before . Its fun to browse their tanks and check out their supplies. Prices are very reasonable, and they carry quite alot of items considering the size of the store.

Literally the best animal buying experience. I can’t stress how informative and helpful the staff was. I asked so many questions and took notes & they were so patient with me. They were super knowledgeable of the Tortoise I was buying, you would think they specialized in reptiles. I was able to call a few days later with more questions and they were still super kind and patient. Can’t thank em enough, because of the info they gave me my Tortoise is happy and healthy!

My wife and I go there for freshwater tropical fish and supplies. Fish selection is very nice and prices are very nice as well (we never go to the big pet stores anymore). The staff are great and very friendly and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend to any freshwater aquatic person.The only item I would say that they could improve would be to have more of the fish that they have in stick. They tend to be light on the weekends.They will also special order a species that you are looking for. Depending on their suppliers, it might take a few days or weeks. So I cannot fault them for a supplier lack of inventory. But, they promise to call when the fish are received. This has never happened. I usually have to go to the store and see if they had received them.So, this is one items they have room for improvement. Correct this issue, and my rating will change to a 5 star.I hope this helps. Local mom and pop place that does 95% excellent.I think you will be pleased.Kyle

I love this store but sadly I almost always have an issue when I go in. Only reason this is 2 stars and not one stars is because the store isn’t bad, the main manager is. The prices are good and most of the staff is friendly but this lady was sitting up at the front of the store vaping.... she also was talking into her phone very loudly and degrading only what I can assume was an employee because she must not have friends if she talks to people like that. Even when I went to check out she harassed me for my information for their computer rewards program and when I said no she huffed and had an attitude with me for the rest of the transaction. If the program was explained better I would sign up but why would I sign up for something I know nothing about especially when I’m grunted at when I say no. She is the only one I seem to have an issue with when I come to this store and I asked an employee weeks ago for her name and he said she was the manager... when I emailed cooperate all I got was a generic apology letter. Honestly debating switching stores until they switch managers.

Do NOT buy from here. I came in looking for fish and their tanks were in AWFUL condition. The fish were swimming on top of each other, some of them DEAD. It was terrible. Not to mention their birds were terribly sick. They were slowing dying with water that hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS! They had kittens in cages with terrible eye infections and one of them couldn’t open its eyes. I will never be coming back.

The young man who helped me was super nice and super helpful, in helping me find the perfect gift for my dog-son, even when the store was minutes from closing on Christmas Eve. He gave me great insight about feeding raw hide to dogs, and he showed me the vegan options they have available. His recommendations were perfect! My doggie who loves to eat vegetables, really appreciated all the veggie based treats that were in his stocking.I appreciate the Pet Supermarket staff, for helping to save doggie Christmas at my house.

We get all our pet supplies here. The staff is always very helpful and nice. With 5 furball puppies, convenience is key! They also send coupons or have $5 off at the register too

Will, a manager, at the Buford store is nothing short of amazing. I buy dog food here every two weeks because I have 5 dogs and he always carries the bag for me to the car and his customer service is on point. Also, when I started buying dog food there I didn’t know which brand was best and he was very knowledgeable about all brands. He directed me in the way of Taste of the Wild! Love PetSupermarket!

Just bought a collar for my cat (2 days) and it didn’t fit so went back to return or exchange it. They would NOT accept it unless I sign up for the membership with all of my personal information provided??? Would never heard of a big chain pet store like Pet Supermarket that doesn’t accept refund/exchange! Never go back there.

Super nice staff, helped us find everything. We just got a new dog and needed some help. The place was also clean despite all the animals you'd expect go through there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing help or high quality animal products.
