Recently started shopping here because a friend recommended it. The food quality for my dog is so much better here, first time I came I bought some to try it out and they let me know if she didn’t like it I could bring it back to exchange upon opening. Thankfully I didn’t have to do that because my pup loved it, love this store so much! - Also the people who work here are so kind and helpful

Just had an amazing experience with this location again. I was in a crunch and placed a pickup order at 7:16. I figured I would have to just buy a bag at the store also and get the pickup order at a later date because they hadn’t had time to pick it. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and the associate was still very pleasant and she went ahead and picked the order for me! I was in and out in 2 minutes. And both associates were very polite!

We always have an amazing experience at Hollywood Feed (#56 - Snellville/Webb-Gin). This time, we had Chandler assist us with finding the right shampoo for our recently adopted puppy who has mange. They were very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer services! I highly recommend going to Hollywood Feed for all your pet's needs!

I have visited the Hollywood Feed store 3 times in total and each time was impressed by the employees and cleanliness of the store...the employees go above and beyond to help and my new pup has adored each person he has had the opportunity to interact with there! I do wish that they had more of a clothing section for the animals but overall that's the only slightly negative thing that I could say :-)

I was totally surprise with the impeccable customer service received. I needed a large Moderno Kennel for my new fur baby that would be perfect for him and look great in my condo. I'd been looking for the Bowser Moderno Kennel that ranged from $600-$750. I was exited with I saw it listed for $549 with 30% off at Hollywood Feed. I called around to all the stores in the surrounding Atlanta area until I found stock. When I arrived the ladies went above and beyond making sure my new fur baby had all the things he needed to start our new relationship. I was in and our in no time. Oh, and these ladies even help me load the kennel. I was stunned!! This is PERFECT customer service!! Thanks for serving with EXCELLENCE!!

I genuinely enjoy this place. You never feel just like a customer but more like family. I’ve been purchasing my dogs food and treats here for over a year now. I had just taken home a pocket bully and a pitbull and had a general idea of the food and care for them but when I went there they were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of the time I don’t have time to go but I get my items delivered and they always write a note and I love it. I did an order yesterday and they sent a little Halloween treat for my babies! Great place and I just love it!

I go to this store often to buy dog treats and cat toys. It's a really nice store, it's clean, organized, and the staff are very helpful. A bit pricey if you're trying to save money. BUT the quality is worth it in my opinion. Much more natural options for your pets.
