I am the former owner of an Ace hardware in Northwest Georgia. I can honestly see these folks have done a fantastic job with a store. Well stocked. It have free people that are very helpful and will make sure you get what you want every time. I would highly recommend this hardware store to anyone who is looking for something that they need. I will definitely be back

Very nice people that were very helpful. They have a lot of very interesting and unique items in the store. They may not have the big box store prices but they are closer to me and more convenient. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.As far as pricing, what is your time, gas and convenience worth? Not to mention knowledgeable and helpful employees.

Absolutely some of the best customer service you will find in a hardware store. I went there just yesterday and the young man cashing me out went out of his way to save me a few dollars. Highly recommend!

This store has lots of hardware store items but lots more for your home, pets, outdoor living areas and more. Helpful staff and great outdoor greenhouse area. Check them out!

This store is very convenient for me. I've been doing a lot of renovations here lately. I've found that Ace paint is cheaper and better than Home Depot & Lowe's. Really nice not having to drive 25 minutes to get simple supplies.I don't remember the young man name that helped me with the Traeger grills but he sure knows everything about every series in the store. You can't get that at a big box store.

Was greeted and was given great assistance by clerk and manager. Although they were currently out of an item I had hoped to find,, which I could not find at other similar stores,, no fault to them definitely a covid 19 stock storage. I was reassured that the item I was looking for would be placed and followed up with the warehouse. The store was pleasant to shop in and I will be back!! Great staff as well🙌👍

Very nice people. I went specifically for a disposal to replace one that just broke. They said they had the one I wanted over the phone and had it set aside for me when I got there. Fair price, great service, friendly folks.

I have NO clue how they have a rating of 4.6! Every single time I go in there NO ONE helps me. NO ONE knows anything! The cashiers are incredibly rude and have absolutely no idea how to operate a cash register or how to count back change. And the only person in there that moves with a sense of urgency seems to be Tammy. I guarantee she doesn't get paid enough to deal with that store. I have no other option but to go to this store because no one else around here sells what I need to buy. They get the 2 stars for Tammy and having products in stocks. But customer service seems to be a foreign concept for anyone under the age of 40 that works there.

Found exactly what needed, good service. Than we went next door to Debby Deals to dig thru the bargain bin, afterwards got a bite to eat in same area, exit 173 off I-85, lots of local shopping and food, good exit to stop while traveling.

Pricing very confusing..We caught a $23.00 error after checking out. This happened on our last visit also. Plants outside are overpriced . Good discounts if you're a member.

We had to stop in because our truck broke down and we had to use plumbing parts to fix it. Danny and Hannah at the Lavonia Ga store were AWESOME!! Even in pouring rain they helped us get back on the road. Thank y'all so much!

I purchased some pellet salt a few weeks ago and when I left the store realized they over charged me. The shelf said 9.99, I looked it up on the Lavonia Ace Hardware site and it said 7.59, I paid 11.99. I needed another bag so went back with my receipt and explained the overcharge to the "manager" and he gave me the internet price of 7.59 on the new bag but would not give me a refund for the overcharged bags of 11.99. Beware of the price you are charged in this store......I will not be back!

The greenhouse that Summit Ace Hardware has is beautiful. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed how full it was. Flowers were in full bloom and the greenery was gorgeous.

New hardware store located in Lavonia. Much nicer than shopping at those big box stores and they have a good inventory so you have a very good chance of finding what you need.
