We have been enjoying the services offered by Lavonia Pet Salon for 2-3 year. The entire staff is the absolute best. Dixie is always excited to spend time getting pampered with lots of love and great grooming. The obedience training has worked miracles for a very hyper/excitable dog. Dixie now has manners! Very nice staff ,was in a bind and had to find a place for our little dog on short notice, Lavonia Pet Salon was happy to oblige. Milo seems like he had a good time. They even trimmed his nails which was badly needed.Will definitely return :-)!

The people were friendly and took very good care of my baby boy while we were there. My chihuahua tends to bite when he gets his nails clipped, they were so gentle with him that he didn't bite anyone. The only place I'm going to take him to have his nails cut ever again. I highly recommend this place.

Used this business to house our two dogs over the Christmas holiday while camping in the area at an unfortunately not dog friendly location. They were very good about letting us drop off the dogs on a day they were normally closed, letting us pick up during the day for hikes and bring back. Overall pleased with the value and service.

This was our first time leaving our new dog with a boarding service. The staff at Lavonia Pet Salon took excellent care of our dog. We also requested that she be bathed before pick-up. Our dog was clean and beautiful when we arrived to pick her up. The staff had done a fantastic job with her! We highly recommend Lavonia Pet Salon for good care for a reasonable price.

I take my dog Spencer to get his nails done. They are super helpful and nice. They have specials too. I would defiantly recommend this place. The prices are good and they take good care of your pet. It is best to call and make appointment for they are very busy.

First, the good - my babies looked and smelled beautiful when I picked them up. Unfortunately it goes downhill from there. While picking them up I asked how they did and the receptionist (not the groomer) said they were well behaved and they didn't have any problems. After paying, the receptionist mentioned that there's a place for them to go potty outside. I noticed that my babies had to pee really bad and it was difficult not to step on all the poop from other dogs (I know it's not a fun task, but scoop the poop). When I got home my babies were extremely thirsty and drank the bowl dry and wanted more. The next morning I went to put collars on my babies for their morning run when one of them winced in pain. I noticed that her ear was red and inflamed and had been plucked?...the other ear had not and I checked my other baby's ear and her ears looked untouched. So, I called to find out directly from the groomer if she had any problems with them. She immediately insinuated that I brought my baby to her already sick/injured and that she was suffering from an established yeast infection in her ear. While flop eared dogs are notorious for ear infections my babies literally just had a vet visit with a clean bill of health. For the people who know me, they know how meticulous and disciplined I am about the health and well-being of my babies. The groomer also mentioned that she was just too busy to talk to me about it when picking them up. I asked her how she treated my babies ear and she highly recommended a particular ear cleaning solution. This grooming visit was an opportunity to build trust and the groomer missed the mark. Based on my experience, I expect a response to this post that will deny any accountability from the groomer *or* the groomer will be too busy to care. (My money is on a bunch of excuses/reasons with zero ownership while my baby is in pain.)

Took 3 of our babies to be boarded for 6 days over the Christmas holiday. Upon returning to pick them up we found that their beds we supplied were soaked in dog urine. Our furbabies have never soiled their beds or in their crates before. Not sure how often they were taken out but clearly not as often as needed. We have left our pit mix in her crate for over 12 hours and she never soiled it so I am assuming she must have been left in there longer than that. The little babies bed was just as wet and again they have never soiled their crates before. We were able to wash the small bed however the large bed had to be thrown out and replaced. Very disappointed in the way they were taken care of. Prices were to good to be true so I guess you really get what you pay for😢

Hands down the best pet salon around, with very professional staff and experienced groomers. Leesa and Stephanie have been grooming my female shih tzu for 10 years and my male shih tzu for 8 years!! Sometimes my little Molly is not the easiest client to get along with, but Leesa and Stephanie have patience that go above and beyond.The salon is ALWAYS clean and smells amazing just like my fur babies do when I pick them up! I love the fact that they order shampoos they use at the salon for me to have at home due to my males sensitive skin.Drop off and pick up is always a breeze! When I drop my fur babies off, I'm given a pick up time and they are ALWAYS ready on time if not early!I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else!! I always look forward to Christmas too because they always make a special gift for us pet parents customized with either their pictures or paw prints ❤KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK LADIES!!

This pet salon is AMAZING! They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help us! Yellar has serious anxiety issues, but has NEVER had to have her meds while boarding here! She gets her baths and nail trims! With no meds required! Unlike our vets office! Highly recommended! ❤

My little puppy has been groomed there for the last 7 years and they treat her like she is one of theirs! BooBoo knows where she is at when we pull up in front of the shop! They do things with the animals around the holidays and they also have cats there, which BooBoo loves. I am so glad they are there for us!

If u want ur pets looking good and treated right this is the best place to go. They do boarding and grooming when u need to go on vacation or get away from ur house for awhile. I put five stars because they met all my expectations and more with my pet. Best place to go by far anywhere around because they are cheap, reliable, and most of all friendly to u and ur pet. They even offer discounts and deals depending on ur pets needs.
