Workers were not friendly at all tonight. November 23, 2021 around 6:15PM. I walked one way and had to tell one of the workers excuse me because she didn't have the manners to say it for herself. When I checked out, the lady that rang me up didn't say hello or thank you. She practically threw my change back in my hands. I usually will say "thank you" even when cashiers are rude but I was over it tonight and said nothing. Customer Service was a ZERO tonight. I hope these ladies have a better day tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving!

Usually when I go in there. I'm impressed with the customer service. But today I go in and there are 2 young girls working. I go to get a price check on an item. Girl seems aggravated.My buggy half full of merchandise. When I get price check I leave my buggy close to checkout half full things I plan to buy. Aisle is blocked with big thing where they are stocking. Go to exchange item got price check on and my cart gone. Girl putting my merchandise up from my cart cause cashier told her I left. I didn't go near exit door. I get home and one item I really liked wasn't in my bags cause girl had put back on shelf.I ending up spending $120. Which I regret. I should have just walked out when girl took my cart. I had wasted one hour of my time already. Sure won't happen again.The only reason for one star is because of prices. Not customer service done for me. Guess cause I wasn't regular customer. I work alot. But when checking out noticed how cashier nice to people she knew that were probably regulars.

The people there are really friendly & they have pretty much anything you could want, at decent prices. Be sure to download their app and clip (click on) the coupons! They can save you bunches of money!! It's definitely worth the effort!

I was there yesterday evening and the cashier was very rude to the customers. Especially an older lady using her card. I don't care what kind of day you're have the customer needs to be treated with respect especially if they are showing respect. I walked out and didn't buy anything.

The people are very kind to the Customers. I use to shop at Dollar general and Family Dollar but the Dollar general store on hwy 17 right in town in Lavonia,Ga was very rude to me and l only shop at Family Dollar where their Customers are appreciated.

They have really worked hard on this store. It looks cleaner and better than ever. Complete turn around . I shop here every other day. Keep up good work.

It was cluttered but the prices are the same as the others. I had to ask about items that were supposed to be on sale per the sign but as usual they were in the wrong place.
