No one is ever at check out when you need them. I stood there 5 minutes needing help and no one ever came. No wonder it's easy to steal from them. I see people steal alot and nothing is done. Customer service is awful

I'd give zero stars if I could .. I'm local and this store is absolutely a mess. They are never stocked. The store needs major revamping and clearing out of bad employees from corporate. . . They close early even though they're supposed to close at 10... Half the time we go at 8:30 or before 9 and the employees are standing in the parking lot gossiping or cursing instead of manning the store. Lights are on but the doors are locked and they scream to anyone pulling up "they're closed!" The registers and card machines don't work half the time... You can never find anyone to help you. It's absolutely ridiculous to even bother driving to this location for anything... Might as well take the time and drive all the way into town. Corporate needs to do a major overhaul in this location.

Good prices. But the store is always a wreck. Shelves aren't stocked and there is always racks at the end caps waiting to be put away. Merchandise all over the floor in the aisles and (most) of the employees are loud and always gossiping, cursing and complaining.

I love the store and So does everyone within 5 miles. CS is great and friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is because everyone loves it within 5 to 10 miles. There is never any stock. Always out of drinks, milk, bread basicly most essential items. It is also the only str around within 8 miles. Plus it is right at a very popular lake state park, with camping. Summer is crazy. They missed a perfect opportunity to put a big market place store. It's needed in the area plus there is plenty of room.For some reason, stores want to put the market place stores within a very populated area leaving out the rural areas which need a store like that. Unless the county is playing the "Good ol boy" politics, to keep one from coming in. It would be a great service to the people in this area..Not to mention the visitors at the park.It's a PITA to drive 4 miles to find out the basic essentials are out then have to turn around and drive 10 miles the other way, to go into town. I'm glad the store is here but why not stock accordingly to the demands

Absolutely filthy store. Shelves not stocked. Shelves trashed and disorganized. Unable to find anyone to assist me. Such a shame. Was once a nice store.

We weren't so happy to see a Dollar general go up in that location, however, we have been converted! The prices are great, it's super convenient, and has a great selection of baby things, food, drinks, houseware, pillows and blankets, etc.

Well not very good as of lately the store doesn't have thethings I came into the store to get but it's been that wayfor a while the things I normally buy there they always don't have it's getting old I'm am a very frequent shopper there I'm in there 3 to 5 time a day I spend a lot of money at that store but if things don't change my money will go wake where

We have 3 Dollar Generals in our small town..it's convenient if you need something but the problem is that they are usually out of what I run in to get..They need to hire someone to just stock the aisles and price the items..

Employees usually great.... always out of stock & looks like the apocalypse, all the time. Hire a stock boy.... How do u continually run out of the same product over & over....????

This store, 328 & poplar springs rd, has better inventory and organization than the one in town, but has limited staff.
