We booked a pontoon rental over a month in advance. We get to the boat house to pick it up and they don’t have our reservation on file. We even had to call back and confirm the reservation with how many people we had at a separate time. Reservation was no where to be found and others had rented the boats for that day so none were available for the day. We all came from different states out of town to celebrate birthdays. On top of it, the lady at the counter didn’t even apologize. Very unprofessional and we will no longer be renting here.

We rented a pontoon boat that was reasonably priced and worked out great for our larger group. We purchased an inflatable at Wal-Mart in Clayton and pulled the kids (and adults) around the lake. That was a blast. The woman at the counter was funny to us because she was so exceptionally unpleasant.

Great ramp access for Lake Rabun. During normal week hrs the store is open along with a boat shop to fulfill all your get away needs for the water.

Great place to have dinner and stay if you want. They have great service and staff are very friendly and helpful, they try to make your stay or dinning experience excellent.

Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly. The marina is easy to use, and the convenience store is great. I would definitely recommend it here at Hall's Boat House.
