Always well stocked, friendly staff. Could use more checkout lanes during rush hours such as from 3pm-6pm it always has the longest lines ever and takes forever to check, but best DG I've found this far!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The one drawback is that their truck never brings enough paper products (towels, toilet tissue) for a town our size but that can't be laid at the feet of the store manager. Mr. Chris does everything he can to keep the store stocked and clean.

I didn't buy anything. I was on my way to work and didn't have a lot of time to spend in a small store. There was a line all the way to the far wall and down the last aisle. There wasn't really anybody shopping, everybody was mostly standing in line for checkout. I got three items and saw that the line wasn't moving at all. Two cashiers and only one person had paid for their stuff by the time I got my stuff. Nope. Put my stuff up and left.

I enjoy coming to this store I find everything I need and a little more the staff here are friendly the store is always clean all the way to the bathroom I’ll give them 10 stars gas prices can do a little better but we know who is controlling that lol but great job staff anybody comes to this store will see what I see for your self your love it it’s like a all in one shop stop

The store is kept really clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. The only downside is that they only ever have 1 register open, so a line gets long pretty quick. It's a small store, but if you run in to get a quick thing, you'll be in line for at least 10 minutes.

It was relatively clean, the people who work there, were friendly & helpful, The gas island had the cheapest gas in Lakeland Georgia.

I have been in there twice this week and none of the employees was wearing a mask. They have signs posted masks required but I guess that doesn’t apply to the employees. When I asked them about it because I know it’s their company policy they said they was not enforced by their management. Obviously nothing is enforced in that store giving it’s conditions and the employees leaning on the counter on their cellphones while the lines are to the back of the store

Lost 2 stars for cramped space. The aisles are too small for even 2 people to fit down side by side. Other than that, the staff has always been very friendly and the lines move fairly quickly.

The employees at the register are standing behind a sign that says masks are required, and yet they are without masks coughing all over the groceries. I will not be buying gas or diesel there anymore. The pumps are not maintained as they should be. Either the receipt paper is out, or the filters are clogged and the diesel pumps so slowly.

They have a lot of everything but the store is a little dirty. The cashier was very nice and good at her job. They need some extra help on Friday nights.

This store is absolutely HORRID. Terrible customer service. Disgusting and rude management. I requested help over the phone one time during an emergency and was met with a rude employee who raised their voice at me after a request and a manager that nonchalantly blew me off after I asked for said manager. I requested District Managers number and was denied which being a former Dollar General employee I know what I can and can’t request and receive. They’re not all terrible but the few in there are absolute trash. Drive to Valdosta and stay away from Lakeland’s Dollar General unless you have to be there.

Good ole Dollar General! Prices and selection is good and if you don't have one in your area just give it a few months and one will pop up. It's easy to see and access from the main road I highly recommend this place.

The cashier was absolutely wonderful. The manager, (jenna,janna) was so hateful to another cashier. I felt bad for the cashier. No one deserves to be talked down to like that.

I was in line for 30minutes before they opened a second register. There were two workers there and both were only assisting the lady in front of us with coupons. Not to mention the store conditions were also deplorable. I will never visit that store again

Went there today. Wrong day !!! Stockers had many isles blocked with pallets ,buggies . Store music was blasting . Could hardly wait to get out of there !!!

Lakeland Ga dollar general is nasty always has stock boxes everywhere. The staff changes alot same manager ! It could use a good safety staff look at it !
