This is my local Winn Dixie and I may be biased but they have the best store and staff hands down. I’ve been shopping at this WD for over thirty years with my mom, then me, now with my children. The management team is outstanding, some I’ve known at this store for over a decade. People like Tommy Cowart who are always ready to help with a smile on their face, especially on a busy holiday. Thank you!!

Lived here for over two years now and this Winn Dixie is awesome. It’s always been clean and it’s well stocked. Employees are good and generally all friendly. Best Winn Dixie I’ve ever been in.

Limited selection, high prices. The meat department needs cleaned more often, under the meat racks it looks like a slaughter house floor. The people that work there are super friendly and you can earn points or $$ off your next purchase. That helps with the high prices somewhat.

Very very poor employees .girl name hazel cuellar and another employee treats customers with no respect .as me and my 3 year old enter the vehicle I see them having a smoke break .I waved hey to them .an employee came and flicked me off .for no reason.i hope they are NOT like this to other customersBecause of their negative ways I will no longer shop at Winn-dixie

Clean store and wide selection of groceries. Customer relations need some work. Was there 2 days ago and did our shopping. Went to go check out at Caleb's register. Not once did he speak to us, greet us or tell us what our total was. He talked to the customers that were in front of and behind us. This is the 2nd time this happened with him as our cashier. If he cannot treat each and every customer the same, and not choose who he wants to, maybe he shouldn't have his job. Did not feel welcome at this store. Maybe I will call corporate and report him.

First time in the store very clean very friendly and very helpful people. We will be back. Yes, they get a five star perfect . Having gone back today,the employees are great. While checking out their today Jesse offered to help my wife, she bagged our groceries and put them in our cart. She was working in the self checkout. She also gets a 5 star. Thank you!

Store in Lake Park,GA advertised chicken salad on sale...was in the store at 2:00pm on Wednesday the 25th of Oct 2023...none there....come on do better than that...Publix can do better..

This is a nice hometown Winn Dixie but I can't tell you how many times I've seen people trying to get out your entrance only doors. I've done it too. You can go in and out the exit doors but only in on the one side. Makes no sense. And it's agitating when you have to walk all the way to the other side to get out just to walk back to the side you were trying to get out.

Was very helpful and the fried chicken was amazing. If it had not been for the Live Oak store our family reunion would have been ruined because the Madison deli manager would not help us.

I stood at the deli for almost 10 minutes and was ignored by 2 employees behind the counter. The older lady came over to the scale where I was standing and didn't even acknowledge me. She walked away and never said anything to me. It was obvious that she didn't want to provide assistance. I had some things, including perishable in my cart, and just left them. I stopped at the service desk to complain, but nobody was there. The deli is always an issue at this location.

The cleanest "WD" I've ever been in!!!! I was doing laundry next door and stopped in to get a snack and use the restroom... WOW! The restrooms were spotless. I was waiting for the "attendant" to hand me a towel to dry my hands... it was that clean!! Plus the staff was friendly and caring. Thanks for a great experience!

Have bought products that were out of date more than once. I mean, it's not a day but a week. I now carefully check before purchase. Sale items often out of stock. Not a fan. However, staff are very friendly.

One of the best Winn Dixie supermarkets I have been in. VERY clean and SUPER friendly employees. You will be greeted and asked if you need anything by 95% of the employees you come across. This week I had an employee step up and put my water in my cart and then another reminded me of a buy one get one sale that I was not aware of. Yes, it is a little overpriced, but high end customer service comes with a price and slightly higher grocery prices are worth it. I welcome a return to great customer service that this store and other businesses in Lake Park provide.

Stopped in for some coffee creamer. The choices were a little short, did not have what I was looking for. But I understand that, a lot of items are in short supply these days.Otherwise, I thought the store looked great, it was very bright and cheery feeling.

I love this grocery store! The staff is fantastic. My favorite is Derrick. He's always smiling when he greets customers. He goes above to make sure every shopping trip is satisfying. Also Brooke and Kayla are always helpful and very sweet. The pharmacy staff is awesome too. love love Winn Dixie in lake park!

Always helpful as far as employees but concerning prices and promotions.......I was mislead by the mobile app where you earn points when purchasing certain items then a 30x bonus points on overall points. My app suggested to buy any 2 bags of SE chicken and get extra points so I bought two small bags of SE frozen chicken without checking the current price. After getting home and realizing I didn't get any of the points I was supposed to receive, I was shocked to see I spent over $30.00 on just two bags of frozen chicken. 1 wings priced at $16.79 and one tenderloin strips$16.90. I'm terribly disappointed in myself for one for falling for such a scam but even more disappointed in the insult on Winn Dixie's part.
