WORST PLACE EVER. my husband received a spider bite. I left one review already and then emailed the response that was left to be told NO ONE can help and will not refund me. I’ve been hung up on several times. This is unacceptable.Update. On hold with the corporate office because nothing will be done by the slick mouth owner. And corporate will not do nothing.I couldn’t reply to the comment but it says something about a fair refund. That is a lie. One of the people I talked to told me I couldn’t get a refund because I used my reservation and that’s the policy. This is a terrible business

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Have never seen a place so rude and unwilling to work with you. I booked this place last minute due to a death in my family and ok the way tires blew out. Only an hour between booking and calling to explain the situation and my room was cancelled with no refund. Also asked if I could still have my room that I PAID for as I was getting the tires fixed and was told I’d have to pay for the room once again. Do not waste your money here. These people lack basic human compassion and customer sweetie skills. FYI I don’t leave reviews ever but was very upset about this.

The staff was exceptional. I was late to breakfast, since we are from CST and the clock in the room was unplugged, so I was an hour behind on my watch. They got out many of the breakfast items they had already put away to accommodate me. They stated they treat their guests like family and I had felt that way.The rooms were recently renovated and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom needed repairs to the ceiling. For the price, it was a good stay.

Online the hotel and rooms look fantastic. In person, the lobby is disgusting and filthy, the rooms have sheets with mysterious black or yellow stains, lamp shades have yellow rings, mirrors haven’t seen a cleaning rag since 2000, bathroom floor floods due to the shower head pressure shooting all the water over the shower. The front door to the room is not secure. You can see where they have been broken into in the past. When asked for additional towels, the lobby receptionist told me it would be $5 for two towels. Once told I’m not paying for additional towels they went down to the laundry room and gave me towels. When trying to check out, the manger was sitting at the pool watching me ring the doorbell for 5+ minutes. I called the number in the front door and whoever was on the other line answered and hung up three times. I took a video of the room after leaving due to these seeming like the people to try and hit you with an incident fee meanwhile that’s just how their room looks. Should you be planning a vacation, spend the extra 10 a night and stay at the quality inn down the road. I haven’t stayed there but I doubt they can be any worse.Rooms: Disgusting

The staff was great. Checkin was smooth and easy. However the room had a roach infestation.After the first 30 minutes in the room we saw them coming in and out of the light sockets, and the bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it in.The staff was very apologetic, they offered a different room but instead we got a refund and went to a Holiday InnI get saving a few bucks staying somewhere cheap but even a 100 dollar room shouldn’t have a roach problem.

We booked our room last min. We were supposed to leave for our vacation on Monday but decided to change our minds and leave out on a Sunday. When we got there we thought Oh Great this is going to be a good one! It actually is a great place! When we checked in the guy at reception was very friendly and nice! When we got to our room it was very clean and smelled clean too! The bed was very comfortable and smelled clean to. Their breakfast area was nice and the food was good. If we were ever back that way we would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, smelled good (no bad odor or stale). Only complaint is the toilet was a bit rocky in room 116. (Rocked back and forth) other than that it was great. I do have advise people something people need to look out for. Google's directions are wrong. It'll send you to an old (abandoned location across the street.) Just need to watch out for that, other than that I had a pleasant stay for the cost.

Room smells like a boarding kennel. I woke up in the middle of the night screaming LASSIE!? I can't figure out tho, how the dogs peed on the lamp and rusted it. The lobby smelled like an ashtray that needed dumping. Needless to say we did manage to sleep a couple of hrs to make it home safely. Would not recommend this place but overall we didn't see any drug activity so we felt kinda safe. Hope this review helps as it is an honest one.

Horrible place to stay!!! I don’t recommend staying here due to multiple factors… like cockroaches!, mold, hair, ripped bedding, not clean, smells musty, bugs, bugs and more bugs! We stayed in a group of 10 so it would have been hard for us to get another place due to our situation or we would have in a heart beat. The front desk wasn’t there to address the situation and the phone just rings to some automated person! In all very bad experience and lack of hospitality need to be shut down!

When I first arrived to check in, the guy at the desk wasn't very friendly and rude. He also answered his personal phone when he was checking me in. And was very vague with everything. Later when I checked into my room, the smell of cigarettes hit me as soon as I opened the door. No where in my reservation said it was a smoking room. I called the front desk to get it switched and said they cannot. I hate the smell and it gives me a headache. Overall worst customer service and accommodation. Never will use this place again

The bathroom walls were covered in dirt and what looked like mold and hair. The room is very sticky. I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night while using the restroom. Room did not smell good. Towels are disgusting.

The motel has been recently updated with modern linens and paint. Bathroom area could use some attention and better towels. The ac was not blowing cool air at first after checking the filters (which were disgusting) I realized why. Cleaned them myself and replaced them, ac worked amazing afterwards. The first night, Friday, was loud. Music, people talking and laughing until 3 in the morning.

I give this 5 stars because of the hospitality, the helpfulness, we needed 2 rooms, and they got us adjoined rooms, walked us to the rooms, allowed our doggos, and the rooms are cozy, big soft beds, tall ceilings, it had everything we needed and it was not expensive at all. ALSO made sure I could park my uhaul truck that we are moving in right outside our window, we felt safe and comfy and slept like a baby! Thank you!!

Front desk lady was rude and literally wasn't at the front desk when we arrived so we had to wait for her to come back for like 10 minutes for her to come back, handle was literally broken for our door so the lady needed to use a manual key, which meant we couldn't leave without her knowing to let us back in. How do you not fix a clear problem?Complementary breakfast is standard if not subpar for hotels.

Terrible front desk service from time I checked in .No greeting ,no smile no hospitality. The next morning over guy I guess owner of some sort and house keeping try to bust in my room with a do not disturb sign on the door.soon as I open the door guy very angrley says check out you go...I explained I added an extra night to my stay he angrly again says you no pay yelling at me you no again you go show me pointing to lobby . I honestly was planning on relaxing and had no problem showing proof of my purchuse of extra night but his behavior upset me so much I just packed me and my son up and left . This is the worse experience ive had anywhere and I travel alot . Dont waste your time . also room wasnt Clean enough to be putting up with that mess and wrong directions on website. Horrible experience

I Would Give No Star's if I could!!!! This was the Nastiest Hotel room I have ever seen roaches climbing on the walls blood hair and dirt on the sheets pubic hairs all over the bathroom the front desk staff was rude on arrival please do not waste your money stay somewhere else in Lake Park!!!We went to the Day's inn and had a very clean room excellent customer service and Breakfast is available as well for just $10.00 more a night❣️❣️❣️

I give it 4 stars because the rooms are new and tastefully designed. Don't let the exrterior fool you. I enjoyed my stay. Maybe the owners are planning on upgrading the exterior and the lobby. But can't beat the price.

We are staying in the hotel for two days because the restaurants around it are very good. We stay in a hotel every weekend throughout the country we are over the road Truck drivers and they have truck parking. Never stayed in a OYO before and we were skeptical about it. BUT the stay was very good.. its not a hilton but it's clean didn't smell and people were very friendly. We definitely recommend it.

We got to the hotel at 4pm yesterday (check in 3pm). The man at the front desk asks for my ID and says he does not have my name. I pull up my confirmation email, I had booked straight through OYO Hotels. He said he didn't have me in the system, no rooms left, and there was nothing he could do. He laughed while saying it. I will NEVER book or stay at an OYO again. Just beware!

If I could I would take a negative 5.. I was there about two hours and in the meantime I was stalked by the by the people that worked there. My husband had cancer and didn't make it to bathroom before getting sick. They told me I would have to pay for and wash my own sheets for the bed. . I was spoken to by the manger very rudly..dont stay here. Ever

When you stop at any Hotel the first thing you expect is the front desk personnel be willing to help you and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and welcome.It looks this place doesn’t care about it, asa we get into the lobby they make you want to run away with their attitude.
