This is dollar tree lake park outlet employees uses public freezers to store there personal beverages in this times, how do I know if the employee has covid 19 there is a water bottle where the used a drink additives and a subway drink where soda has spilled inside the freezer this is a health and safety issue and needs to be addressthe manager ignored my concerns and walked on by how could you avoid dollartree I most certainly would not buy freezer items from this place

The grounds are filthy, the stores that are still there aren't well maintained, and they're dirty. This empty Outlet center is a safety hazard for the residents of Lake Park if the owner of the property can't get decent businesses in to fill the spaces.If I needed retail space, I wouldn't want to rent here due to the lack of upkeep and filth.Lake Park is a clean, nice community, filled with residents that take pride in their home area. This outlet center is an eyesore, at best, and safety hazard at worst.In addition, that digital billboard posted on the Winn Dixie parking lot creates light pollution that can be seen for miles at night.

Whoever owns that property needs to go get a bulldozer and level it.sell it to Lowe's or home Depot. the outlet stores are good but there's only two or three... Rent must be too high you think??

The Bealls store is clean...good selection of clothing items for everyone. Alot of nice jewelry pieces to choose from...located at check-out. The staff was nice & helpful.

I was shocked to see that this place is now virtually empty. I live in Atlanta. Whenever I visit my Bellville FL folks I stop in Lake Park. I couldn't believe my eyes because I remember when this place opened. They may have 5 stores open here. It's pitiful. Someone needs to come through and save this place. It was once booming. Now it's like an eyesore of I-75. Very sad

All of the outlets are slowly disappearing,Polo outlet is gone,Ish Kish,etc..it just looks so empty now,Rack Room,Bealls Outlet and Dollar Tree are the only stores available now,I'm afraid they are going to close soon, please bring the stores back

Went to rack room didnt find the size my daughter wanted but still walked out with two pair of shoes. Not cheap either the crocs were not counted in the bogo half price. But still got them for her anyways.

This is a great place to find some bargains and some vintage items. The strip store has so many great places, especially if it's a rainy day.

This place is extremely run down and empty. Only a few businesses left in the whole shopping center. The ones that are there are great but bringing more businesses in would really help the area and attract travelers. What's an outlet mall without any shops.

Nice attractive Shopping Center. Only problem is it's mostly empty. We went into Bealls Outlet. I had a bunch of great deals there. I want to go back but this time I want to go without the grandkids.

They need to add more stores or close it and build a super Walmart or Publix. There aren't a lot of options there but the stores that are available are good.

Shoe stores are full of variety..especially the discount one. Bealls outlet has resonable clothes at very good prices..$9.99-24.99Is average..worth going if you're at Eagles Roost Rv park or just in the area.

Nice stores. The book warehouse has a lot of great books and deals. The couple of antique stores had a lot to look through, and the Army Navy store has great products
