They never Pay attention to what items sell out so the items people make a trip to the store for are always sold out and no one who works there cares or does anything to make sure that they stay in stock. If you tell the store employee it always sells out, they’ll just say yeah we don’t control anything that comes to the store. How stupid is that? So y’all will just keep ordering the same inventory, regardless of whether people are buying it or not ? That’s so dumb. Stuff I want will always be sold out unless it’s something people hardly ever want. It might be in stock one out of 10 times that you come there, but the other 9 times are so annoying I hate this company now.

The store is very dirty and the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in months along with the trash can that's been full for the past week.. Dollar General needs to pay their employees a better wage and the turn over rate wouldn't be so high if they cared more and because of the low pay the employees do the bare minimum.

I love Dollar General . Prices very competitive with Walmart. This location has done so well ever since they have been in this location. Has had the same manager for about 3 years. He had done a remarkable job. So much better than past managers, but I understand he has been recently terminated. You had better fix the problem soon or it will be too late. If you would pay a decent wage, maybe you could keep good help!!!

This store is out of everything 90% of the time. There's unstocked merchandise all over the place cluttering up the aisles. The staff is friendly. Overall, the store could definitely use improvement. One of the last times I went I was checking out and asked the employee behind the counter how his day was, to which he responded " pretty good, im really high ". His appearance told me he was telling the truth

Came in a few months back to get some supplies while we were camping nearby and the store clerk was phenomenal. Sweet old lady with a young spirit! Love the enthusiasm!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this location. This store employees always go above and beyond. Always friendly and customer service is excellent. I wish this location/customer service was at all valdosta/lowndes county locations (guess that's why they are different since it's lake park :) ). But this afternoon I ran in to get a couple of ideas for my grandmother and when I had a question this lady was so friendly and very helpful (especially over the headphones we was looking into). I wish I got her name but at the time I didn't think about looking for name tag but I will next time. She needs to be recognized. Thank y'all for caring for your customers we appreciate it bc other stores are ruin in our area.

I love this place. I come in here all the time to buy my dog food because it's cheaper in here then other stores. The employees are great, they are rather funny. They always crack jokes at the check out, make negative situations positive, and make sure you get what you need. If your gonna go to a dollar general I would recommend this one.

Always friendly, sometimes lots of stock in aisle but that just means their busy and turnover should be great. Please keep 12 pack coke and diet coke stocked and on sale. We usually buy 9 12 pack a week oh and nature valley sweet &salty granola bars 24 pk. I love these. Thanks

Went there 03/1/23 9 pm they don't close till 10 but the 2 you people working there had dor locked I'm a regular customer need somethings but have to wait till in the morning

This place is a mess, dirty I think almost every store I've been to is a mess. The Hired help doesn't offer anything in away of customer service. You can't find anything you want because of boxes everywhere and the line is a mile long.One good thing is the Redbox always has movie's. Don't even think about the bathroom. The amount of trash outside is craziness. So I ended up going somewhere else.

The store was small and cramped. To much merchandise in too small a store. Also the lighting was bad, very dim making the whole store seem dirty even though it was tidy. The employees were very helpful and the best part of my experience.

Great place to shop for all of your household items and a decent selection of foods, the only meats that they have is lunch meats and they're name brands..the best things about shopping at Dollar General is that you don't have to go to a big store in town and deal with the crowds, and it's in and out to get what you need. The prices are very fair and there's a location in just about every neighborhood..

Do not be swayed by the viral DG employee video that is circulating. Employees here were kind and helpful. While the signs on the door said masks required, no store guest was forced to wear them. Employees were masked and there was polyglass protection at checkout. Found what we needed, in and out in a flash.

Its to crowded. You can't hardly walk around in the store. But the staff is jam up. The ones that waited on me has been wonderful.Exceptionally the one they call k she is off the chain.

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Was able to find something that would work in the situation. Store was somewhat cluttered and disorganized, blank spaces on the shelf where products should be. Staff was very friendly. Check out was easy.

I am disappointed with Lake Park, GA store. If you would stock your store and keep it stocked you would make the customers really happy and you would make a lot more money. I use to drop about $200 the first week of the month in that store but I dont do that anymore bc you never have what I want and need.😪

Me and My Friends stopped by to pick up a couple of things As we Were Hitting the road ,&I can Honestly say The employees are Very Rude Especially Somebody with the name tag Nina Is Very rude i felt very unwelcomed Here The Manager Needs to hire more people immediately I seen Roaches On the Cookie aisle as well I Repeadtly ask for Help no employee helped me

Really don't care to much for the new staff,but gotta give them kuddos on a much cleaner store, last manager and team was very lazy and took no pride in there store at least ths manager and staff doors,I might off just caught them on bad day, Lakepark store is starting to look more organized and cleaner so good job starting over from manager all the way down line
