They are nice enough people to some extent, Luke being the nicest and most helpful, however they never have what you need and it’s one thing to show up or impromptu, but when you shop online and they say they have product availability and it’s not there it’s annoying and frustrating as well as a waste of time. Some of the products with regards to the plants and trees always look half dead . Unfortunately because of the minimal availability of other retailers you are pretty much stuck having to tolerate their unavailability and subpar material

The cashier welcomed me as I walked in, and asked she could help me find anything. She directed me straight to what I needed. I could have been out in less than 5 minutes, but I couldn't resist looking around a bit. The root beer roll candies were calling my name, so I had to add them to my basket. I didn't buy the giant Tootsie roll, though. LoL

I'll be honest- I'm biased because I currently work here. Part of what attracted me to work here after saying I'd never work in retail again was how the employees are so friendly and service oriented, which is lacking at many other large retailers nowadays. Even after working here for almost two years, there are still the same downfalls in working retail as there have always been, but I still have the same impression of my co-workers overall. Friendly, service-oriented and wanting to make our customers feel like friends and neighbors... Because they are.

Very rude and unprofessional customer services. You can tell that my presence wasn't welcomed. I had to practically chase somebody down to receive proper help. I told the cashier "Thank you and Have a nice day, and no response. But other customers didn't get that treatment. Even if my penny don't make a difference. First and last time. I will not spend my money where I'm not welcomed.

Always friendly and helpful. They have better prices on pet food than the big box stores. I also like their store brand stuff too, from pet food to weed killer. They also have a good selection of hardware.

I called TSC checking on Deer Corn availability. Levi answered the telephone with a energy and said how may I help you. He gave me the information I needed and he said that he would hold five bags of corn for me. When I entered the store, I noticed that Levi was on one of the registers. I told him my name and he said Mr. Williams, I will get your deer corn for you. I guess he noticed that I was 75 years old and might need help. He loaded my corn with a smile and said , Mr . Williams, is there anythingelse he could do for me. It is people like Levi that keep me going a extra 10 miles to get what I need instead of going to Wal-mart.He is a fine young man and a worthy member of TSC team.Regards, Mr..Williams

My first time in the store with my husband. To walk in, it was great. Then my husband wd looking for some thing he needed, to do a job, he asked one associate, she pointed and said it's over by the axes, what he was looking for, wasn't even close. As a matter of fact, we both looked, to no avail. Then he asked the guy that was checking people out, he had no clue. To even find some one to actually help was a no go. So needless to say, first impression wasn't so good

NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase a Go-cart from tractor supply in LaGrange,GA.. They have kept a Go- Cart that was returned a month ago due to not running.. I HAVENT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING.... THE WORST EVER!

Purchased a belt for my mower and a few odd and ends belt want fit took it back got another belt ask for exchange cost me &11.50 more for a belt 1 in. longer got to the truck she gave me credit on a bolt and not the belt. It was closing time and I know she was ready to go home so I'll just go back soon and see if I can explain all this to the cashier and and get my eleven dollars back. I still will continue to shop here I'm sure they have oversights all the best timt

I was looking for Taste of the Wild high prerie puppy formula dog food and they not only had it but, it was cheaper than everywhere else. 👍👍. I was disappointed with one thing today..... They don't have any martingale collars for training dogs 👎👎. Overall experience at TS today was good. Never displeased with TS

Had me drive 45mins was told on phone they would price match Northern Tools price on Hobart torch set...Get there and the Manager refuses to do so said Northern isn't a local store! If I'm not mistaken Northern is a big chain like Tractor Supply! I spend a lot of $$ at Tractor Supply stores but will find elsewhere to shop now!! Find another store to support!!

I have attempted to purchase propane refill 3 times in the last month. The first 2 times they were out. I called prior to this visit but then when I arrived I was told I couldn't get a refill as they were holding a class on refilling propane. WTF. How about demonstrate a fill to the class. I'm done.

The over-friendly cashier, who reeked of cigarettes, ambled over to where I was perusing a book about chickens and started telling me all about his chickens and why they were a superior breed. I had not asked him about his chickens. I continued my attempt to assess the book, and he - his name is David - continued to breathe down the back of my neck, pontificating on the merits of Jersey Black Giant chickens, still unsolicited. He persisted, after I made it clear I was trying to look at the book. I put the book down, went to the checkout, paid for my cart full of chicken feed, and made a quick getaway. I probably would have bought the book, if I'd had a chance to look at it.

Tractor supply is a great place to shop. I shop there for pet supplies, and thier clothing . Both are great quality. Dog treats have a huge selection. The people that work there are normally very helpful and curtious. Awesome store.

Worst Tractor Supply under staffed last three times I've been here no paws and claws cat food said I can wait for someone to dig through their stock to find one if I could wait but would take a long time we are elderly we'll just go to Columbus or roenoke Alabama or switch to Walmart brands don't bother these folks go somewhere else
