Came to store today at around 2:30 p.m., Friday the 26th to get my propane tanks filled, arrived at gate to find TS employee PAUL I believe his name tag said. He was driving away from the propane tank on a forklift and I tooted my horn to get his attention then asked him if I could purchase some propane. He told me they were out of propane and continued driving away. I immediately went inside and asked the cashier why were they out of propane, she informed me they did in fact have propane and plenty of it since it was delivered this morning. I returned back to the propane area to find PAUL, and asked him why did he say they were out. He stated they didn't get a full tank this morning, maybe a half a tank, unless we used 250 gallons since last night. He picked up my empty tanks and began filling them with the propane he said they were out of!!! REGARDLESS...this employee lied and didn't want to serve me but also the customer before me who came back once he saw me demanding service and he told me this employee told him they were out of propane as well. I like this Tractor Supply but this is the second time I've had issues with trying to purchase propane from this store from staff who obviously don't want to do their job. When are these issues going to be fixed? Surely Tractor Supply you can do better at serving your paying customers.

I am in Tractor Supply a couple times a month for dog food and everything I walk in, the staff in welcoming. The store always seems to be in an orderly fashion, clean, and shelves adequately stocked. We’ve never had a problem with this location.

I am in disbelief at the customer service me & my husband received today at the location on Boone Street in Kingsland Ga,. Arrived and went in to let the cashier know we needed propane, she was polite and alerted someone we needed propane outside. After waiting 15 minutes with no one coming outside, we went back inside and the female manager stated someone would be right out. Stood inside and waited some more, no one showed while I waited outside. Finally had enough and went back inside and told the same female manager no one showed up outside to give us the propane. She went back and forth saying they did. So I guess we’re blind. We decided to drive back down to the propane station and finally saw a guy making his way to the propane station after us spending 25 minutes waiting on service and being ignored. I think that’s a little too long to be ignored and lied to. Tractor Supply Do Better!!!

I'm in Jax and I'll gladly drive past the tractor supply stores near me to this particular branch. I've never met an unfriendly person at tractor supply but this branch makes you feel like family from the time that you walk in. There's a wider variety of plants here. Last time I got some pepper plants and rabiteye blueberries. Rabbiteye blueberries are next to impossible to track down in my area. I can't wait to visit this place in the fall for more fruit & vegetable plants.

My wife and I started our hobby here for backyard chickens. The staff has always been educating our needs and helpful even the management helped us with purchasing options and the ladies at the Checkout are always fast and nice. We visit at least 3 to 4 times a month and my wive is enjoying her hens. :)

Tractor supply is so great. We have one just a few miles from home and we love it. It seems like anything I need for my yard and yard equipment is always in one stop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and we just love the store.

I love this place! I’ve never been much for Tractor supplies as those aren’t part of my general life experiences, but when I started feeding birds, I visited for those supplies. So glad I did! Everything you can think of, they seem to stock. The staff is very knowledgeable and southern hospitality is definitely present. Great prices and a lot of fun to browse. I highly recommend this wonderful, “hometown-feeling” store!

Great customer service. I've been in many of these stores in many cities and this, by far, has the narrowest isles I've ever seen. The buggy barely fits.... Forget about getting down an isle with others. I'm not sure what happened but this store format got the shaft. Other than that, I eventually found everything I was looking for.

Great customer service! A gentleman named Ham went over and above to help us find what we needed. We're from out of town and he truly was exceptional. Would highly recommend shopping her. Ham was a perfect example of of southern hospitality at it's best!!!

Love the VIP Pet care that comes twice a month to small town America. Plus the free bag of dog food and a 1/2 price coupon make this a no brainer. Live that I can shop while I wait. Love the women's boots. Pricey sometimes.

well dog used to like it bought a bag came home open it after other one was gone 4 days later full of mold bought it back gave me a new one again and had an bad Oder in it dog wouldn't' eat it had gave it a friend and there dog wouldn't eat it so into the cabbage it went i used this choice chops for years never had a problem also the prices keeps going up used to be $19.99 then it was 2 months ago $22.99 now its $24.99

Nice staff! It is so cool that they allow local Arts & Craft vendors to come out and sell their crafts. From praline candy to bacon brittle, local honey, homemade soaps, headbands and so much more. Every 1st and I believe 3rd Sunday of the month.

I always enjoy coming to TSC, even if I only stop in to take my puppy in for a little socialization.The bar for service is always set pretty high by employees at any TSC, but today was an especially good experience with Isaac helping me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to approach and talk to.The truck toolbox my wife purchased for my birthday wasn't locking properly due to a manufacturer defect, and Isaac was more than helpful in both the exchange and purchase of a different model, and in helping me find one that worked for my specific needs in a tool box.Thanks Isaac, and thanks TSC.

If you are a farmer of animals you have everything you need. Always have good deals on certain stuff depending on the time you go in the year. Would say a few other things but dont want to give out my deals i get on certain stuff so I can keep my business going 😉

I'm new to the area so this was my first visit. I asked an associate if TSC offered price-matching and I was told they wouldn't price-match to online distributors. I said that was fine, I'd keep browsing, but the associate stood on the aisle and stared at me until I felt like I had to leave. This man actually followed me all the way outside of the store and watched me get in my car. Bizarre, (and if you don't believe me, TSC, check your cameras.) Afterwards, I went home to order the product I had wanted, and saw it was in a brick-and-mortar store in Yulee for half the price. I called TSC to ask if they would price match to the store in Yulee and was told they would. I drive up there for a second time in one day, and am told by two other employees that they wouldn't price-match out of state. Even though the Florida line is only 3 miles away. Even though, I already called to ask and then drove to their store for a second time in one day. This store must not want my business, because I am beyond peeved. If the store won't price-match, that's fine, but the employees have majorly inconvenienced me. I'll never spend a dime in that store.

Limited selection but it's a farmer/tractor store & it has what you're looking for in that regard. I like the clothing line as I'm a hard-working outdoorsman. The red, black & white Tractor Supply "trucker" hat is a staple of my headwear game but they only had them in "youth" today! Good spot! I dig it.. :)

On Sundays they have venders come and set up booths. Today they had puppies and kittens for adoption, boiled peanuts, hand made soaps and so much more. Really cool and really fun.

Needed someone to carry my dog food out to my vehicle. I had what you wait until a customer got finished with his purchase and HE put it in my car, no one one from Tractor Supply HELPED me and the cashier knew I was still waiting (i was standing right behind her, she even had to scoot by me to put the gentleman purchase in his cart.) I guess your store policy is once you get the customer's money ignore them. Now I remember why I haven't been back to your store in a while.

Less than stellar selection of tools, parts, clothing etc... The only thing that stands out is the variety of repair parts for small engines they carry. I'm not really sure what this store is trying to be, it seems like their brand is to meet a niche of catering to wanna-be "rednecks or country folk" who now have a place to buy camo, boots, and TSC hats at.

Nice new building, courteous people, but it's a corporate Farm and more store under staffed so it is hard to find an associate to give help at times. It is the best place (cheapest) to buy nuts, bolts and screew, in bulk or by the piece.

Great place, great customer service. In touch with the local community they allow local vendors to come out and set up in the parking lot first weekend and third weekend of the month. Lot of neat stuff from local people.

Great store... Usually have everything in looking for. But who stocks 1 of a certain size lawnmower tire? I needed two. Had to drive to Brunswick for the other one.
