CAUTION: I took a my brand new Bronco that I waited 10 months to actually receive and when I dropped off it had 1,000 miles. Needless to say you don't wait that long without truly wanting a vehicle. I ordered rims, tires, and a 3.5" lift. When getting it ceramic coated a week later, noticed that KBT instead of taking the time to remove 3 screws to remove my wheel wells they decided to just cut right through it. Also most importantly never mentioned it to me or asked if it was okay. When seeing this and calling the VERY RUDE guy who always answers the phone (I won't mention his name even though I know it) like he has the worst job ever tells me that the instruction on the lift says to do this. That is NOT true. i also have so much room that no scrubbing would even happen, so this wasn't a factor. He then says that "taking the screws off would be way harder than I think, and cause 3 hours of extra labor. We do this to every one and no one has every said anything" With a rude attitude he acted as if I'm crazy for not wanting my brand new vehicle being sawed into. Photos attached. Ford stepped up and ordered new wheel wells since they use this shop. Avoid and go somewhere else that will actually appreciate your business and treat you and your vehicle with respect. Also, on top of it they didn't even clean the windows correctly before applying tint. I'm posting this because at this point I don't care about the money or service, they lost my business.

Terrible, did not feel I was treated honestly. I wanted A replacement piece of glass for a Leer camper shell. The quoted price was a very high price ($200 higher) than the other dealers in the area. Also, I ask him about a military discount since he is in military town, he said NO.

Top of the line with these guys! Ordered tires online for my F350 6.0 diesel and the shop I previously took it to was not able to mount the tires I ordered. Called KBT and the guy told me they could get them mounted. Brought my truck in the morning and by the afternoon all four tires were mounted and balanced, and for more than HALF the price at the other shop. 10/10 recommend these dudes.

I have taken ten vehicles to them for tent and I was always happy with the quality of the work! I’ve also had a set of steps and a spray bed liner done on a truck and again I’m happy with the quality of the work. The staff are also professional, but down to earth! Great service and relatable people!!! Going back soon for lighting and push/grill bar! I approve of KBT and I recommend them! My six kids agree! They know mama is happy and they are customers. Some of those ten cars and trucks I’ve taken to KBT are my children’s. Generational customers!

Went In for a tint job on my 2020 vehicle. They missed two windows on the back of my SUV, broke my drivers side window, cut the trim piece on the inside of my back passenger window, along with having holes all In the tint. My brand new car should not have these issues. The owner had a nasty attitude when we questioned the issues. I told him I did not want him to fix my vehicle because he already messed it up and he doesn’t know how to fix my vehicle. He told me “I don’t know what you do in this vehicle” and refuse to refund me the $275 I spent on the Tint job. Please if you read this, just save your time and money and go to Jacksonville for a tint job done right and the honest way. The owner of this company is disrespectful, rude, and does not have an ounce of integrity.

Customer service is terrible. How do you have someone drop their vehicle off at 9am and tell them it will be ready by noon, but hear nothing from them at all during the day. A sub install does not take all day! How do you not call your customers and let them know if there are any delays? Then when you randomly find an issue. How do you give them a rental with NO GAS that is not even close to being like their vehicle? You work alongside with Chevy and should be able to say that a customer has a BRAND NEW car and lets give them one! That would be good customer service!

Great folks. I just got a new truck and wanted a bed liner and running boards for it. I was going to have the dealership install them, but they suggested I go to KBT for for them. Good move. Much less expensive than the dealership.

Does good work with fair prices. Buuuuut: they need to understand they’re not the only game in town. Last couple of times I went in they were too busy talking on the phone to wait on me. I saw two guys on the phone and no one in the showroom. After 5-10 minutes of being ignored I left. I don’t get treatment like that at the place in St. Mary’s. I think they’ve gotten to busy to think they have to worry about customer service.

Not a very good overall experience. More than anything, the attention to detail was terrible. I had a spray in bed liner done and something fell in the bed before it dried and left and imprint. I wasn't too concerned about that though. What concerned me was that my brand new $48k, 2016 truck was covered in dust inside and out from sanding the bed down, that disappointed me. There was also masking tape left stuck to the front bumper. I then returned to have a truck cap installed and it too was just disgusting as far as cleanliness. There was fiberglass dust all over the inside and outside of the truck cap. I later brought my wifes brand new car to have a DVD player installed and the headliner and rear air control in the ceiling got scuffed up in the process only to find out the DVD player couldn't be installed. We then brought her car back there to have a backup camera installed and they blew a fuse, messing up the entire radio system. They did right the wrong by giving us a rental and working with the local dealer to fix the problem but again, lacked attention to detail. We received our car back with mud stains in the flooring. When you turn $36-$48K vehicles in to get things done, you expect that investment to be taken care of with the upmost respect and attention to detail but that was not the case in both of our vehicles. We spent a total of $2500 there and will never do it again. I want someone working on my vehicle as if it were their own.

I went to KBT to have a decal set installed on a 6th Generation Camaro.KBT told me no problem they can handle it, so I dropped the car off for the work.Upon pickup I noticed that the wing decal.had been installed improperly and had bubbles and stretch marks on the underside of the wing, when I confronted them he told me "This is why they don't like putting decals on" then proceeded to speak to his technician that installed it, his technician told him the decal was defective from the box1. Why would you install a defective decal? You not only did a bad job, you prevented me from getting a new decal from Chevrolet on their dime by installing it anyways.He then stated that he would replace that single decal, to which I replied I cannot get the single decal, it comes in a package, one that is $600 to which he said he would not pay for the whole package.He then stated that "once the decals are on there, they are pretty much permanent."2. Again, why would you install the decal then? By your own admission you've negated my ability to get a proper decal installed, now I don't think you're that stupid, I think you lied to me, or your tech lied to you and you believed it.In summation, they did a poor job on what is certainly not an easy task, however, do not make claims that you can perform a job or task if you cannot infact do just that. And do not lie to your customers after the fact and then deny what should be you replacing it, even if it requires buying the entire decal package.I'm disappointed in the result. I discussed the displeasure with the dealership I purchased the car from, that happens to use their services frequently.To make one more note, they were obligated by the dealership to replace two window tint sections because of poor workmanship on those as well. The new tint bubbled up on one window and partially delaminated in the same fashion that warranted it's original replacement.

This is a great place if you don’t care about your truck or your time. They don’t call when your parts are in. I had to go there twice and check on my parts. Then they give me a higher price than before. I will make it load and clear to all veterans and military personal that they don’t care about them and just want the money for S/// work and service.
