Karen and Alex are both amazing. I had nothing but a positive experience with this place. Karen was more than helpful in guiding me through the process of placing a down payment for my 2023 Honda Navi. She was extremely informative regarding the insurance, registration, pick up date, and anything else I asked. I was shocked to see the amount of care she gave for me as a customer. It was all quite reassuring.When you're ready to pick up your ride, Alex is the man to help you. Like Karen, he was also extremely informative, but he focues on with the mechanical side of things. He explained everything about the bike in a very patient and kind manner. Alex will make sure everything is strapped down and secure before you take off with your purchase (if you load it in the back of a truck like I did).Overall, it was a smooth and great experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to make buy. +++++

After browsing their website online, I called them and spoke with an Alex, to make sure the unit I was looking for was available before I took the 1 hour drive to Kingsland. Alex kept me informed and returned my call as he stated he would. I'm definitely going to be looking forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

I was shopping for an ATV for light farm work. I have never owned a quad or side-by-side before. Alex was outstanding at answering my questions and redirecting questions to me to make sure he understood my needs. I talked to several dealerships and Kings Bay Honda was clearly the one that both knew ATVs inside and out and wanted my business. When I arrived, I received a detailed demonstration and Alex even loaded and strapped down the quad on my trailer for me. A+

Had the worst experience with this company. They sold me a lemon and then did nothing about it. Don’t buy Canam or do business with kings bay Powerports! They were nice as can be until they got their money and then left me hanging with an atv that sounds so horrible (like the sound of cans dragging behind it but coming from the engine!) This problem was reported as soon as I arrived home with it the same day. They “loaded it up for me” and didn’t give me a chance to drive it when I picked it up the day it was delivered to their store.(had to be ordered in during covid)It was a gift for my son’s 16th birthday. I raised him on my own and this was our very first brand new purchase of anything in our life and this was our experience. After they broke it down and put it back together looking for the problem they admitted it definitely had, they told me there wasn’t anything further they could do and canam told them, “It sounds like this Lady just doesn’t like the sound of our bikes!” They should be ashamed but they didn’t care. They got their money!

After calling every dealer in Jacksonville and st Augustine trying to find some one who wasn’t adding almost 2k in fees to msrp on a Honda Navi and was about to give up when my friend suggested kings bay. I called them they were only adding normal prep tax tag and freight charges I immediately left a deposit on the last one they had. Showed up the next morning as soon as they opened. The sales person I talked to told me he wouldn’t be there so he would make sure I was all set and he did just that. Walked in was greeted with my name and my paperwork sitting right there read to go. Was out the door in less than 45 min. Great team. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Had some new tires installed on the 2020 Honda cbr650rThey were 120 a tire. But.. I feel like its worth the charge due to the importance of balanced tires. Chain was perfect alignment was great and my front forks feel stiffer as if he fixed the sloppiness in the front end.

What a weird place basically kicked me out of store because I said that I thought our daughter who is 13 would love to ride a ATV they had they acted like I was some kind of government agent trying to trick Into selling me an ATV, or something weirdest place ever so we went somewhere else and bought a ATVActually called Can-Am and Honda and made a complaint about how everyone acted like they were on drugsUPDATE: What you STATE is NOT TRUE...once I said I have a 13 year old who would love to ride that machine it was ALL OVER......I mean please QUIT LYING.....This place could have Stated '''well we have these ATVs for children"....but NO....once I stated I would like to train my daughter to ride...its was all OVER No EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! Even when I made a complaint to Honda they agreed that this could be handled differently. I get all the LIABILITY stuff...but this place beats all. I went and bought an Outlander Pro...HD7 at another place for Cash.For the Record this place did NOT educate me...what they stated was "Sorry Sir we cannot sell you an ATV as you mentioned you MIGHT let you daughter ride it....PERIOD end of discussing and your so called education. Your company is PARANOID....to be SUED....you even stated than DEALERS call each other WARING each other of people like me remember that statement?

Forgot to leave a review. Bought a couple honda ranchers from them in February of 2020 and they were the best to deal with. Plus the dealer fees saved me over 1k from the dealer near me. So it's worth the 3 hour drive. Now if someone could find me the viper camo talon 1000r fox live I would be happy.

I highly recommend Kings Bay Powersports. I requested a quote to purchase a 2023 Honda Grom that was arriving soon and was quickly contacted by Alex. I arrived as soon as they opened, the day the Grom arrived and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The entire team was kind, professional, and efficient. They did not add any surprise fees and definitely have the best prices around. I will definitely be back when it's time to make another powersport vehicle purchase.

I've worked with Alex. Comparing this place to what else is out there in the power sports industry is like night and day. I will be buying my first Honda through Kings Bay after fumbling around trying to find the best deals elswhere. I've learned my lesson! At Kings Bay I did not have to deal with any hidden and surprise fees, no games. Pricing and related fees were reasonable, and out front. These guys are all about integrity. I've left a few places feeling really jaded after the experience, but not here. Kings Bay is setting the right example. I am feeling good about buying from them and plan to have my bike serviced here as well!

The staff is great! i was there maybe a whole 15 mins . i will be back! She made my first buying experience on a atv great!! Have bought a Honda 420 and a Honda pioneer 500 from here. Lakeland (I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong)is very friendly and helpful. Karen makes the financial part fast and painless. She is very nice and always willing to help you with whatever you need. Her husband is the head mechanic there and really knows what he is doing. Not only does he work on them, his family is also big into riding and having fun. Great staff! Buy from kings bay Honda you want be disappointed.

We bought a Honda Foreman 520 about a month ago from them and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Every other Honda dealer around, from Jacksonville, Waycross, Brunswick & even Tennessee had the exact four wheeler listed for about $1000 cheaper. When we asked the lady, Karen maybe, about it she said they must’ve marked them wrong. We even got a quote from Bargaron in Brunswick for $1000 cheaper, unfortunately they were having issues with their computer system at the time so we went to Kings bay power sports. Needless to say, we should’ve just waited. We will never buy anything from them ever again.

Just came in for some gear. Was greeted & asked if I needed help. I was just lookimg at the moment. Ended up coming back later for the jacket I was looking at and a gentleman helped me with finding gloves that fit well. My husband has used their shop before to have some work done on his bike and was met with the same level of courtesy and kindness.
