The current staff is very friendly. I do not, however, understand how I can drive to Waycross and get a round bale for $40, but I would be charged $95 a bale here. Please make it make logical sense. The profit margin on this is unbelievable. This doesn't encourage me to shop local and discourages me from wanting to shop for much of anything here unless it is my only option

This is a great feed store. They always have what you need, are very friendly and punctual, and they are happy to help load heavy items into your vehicle. Highly recommend.

Called to see if they carried my horses sweet feed and the lady said they did. I recently had a baby and my husband had to go to pick it up. He’s not a horse person and doesn’t know about feed but showed the lady a picture and she gave him pellets and not sweet feed. She said we could return but after he arrived she wouldn’t take the open bag and told him they don’t carry sweet feed only the pellets in that brand. Then when I called to ask about it was completely ignorant and rude. I’ll never shop at this place again.

My wife loves going in the store here and our horses love the hay. We e never seen it so green all the time and very little dirt. Perfect for their belly's. They also have some awesome honey!

I called in to ask about buying compost worms and the lady on the phone said she has pink worms and earth worms. I asked if the pink worms were red wigglers and she said, "I don't know." I'm not interested in driving 15 minutes out to see for myself, guess I will just order them from Amazon. These stores wonder why we all shop online??? You just can't get any good customer service anymore!

Always helpful and pleasant. I always call ahead of time to see if what I need is in stock and they are always happy to check for me. Very prompt and efficient at ringing me up and getting my items loaded for me.

Wouldn't even give a star if i didn't have to. She is overpriced as well as rude. I have called MULTIPLE times and I always get told I have current customers please call back. I have called for about a month now and still NO help. When I went into the store she was double driving to Jacksonville. VERY UMIMPRESSED
