Just ran in, maybe 5 minutes before closing. A handful of young men were ready to clock out. One opened the door for us, greeted us warmly. Another asked, "How can we help you?" A third took us down the aisle, and as we were trying to apologize for holding everyone up, he very patiently helped us find everything we needed, even offered suggestions for other projects my husband mentioned in passing. Truly, this was a great experience! We had just rushed in from the giant Lowe's store which carried none of what we needed, and hasn't had it since before April. We didn't expect to find anything, and we certainly didn't expect the genuine hometown attention you just don't see anymore. Please, go to your local Farmer's and Builders Ace Hardware if you need anything in Kingsland, Georgia!

Great place to go to get all of your housing needs. The people there are always friendly and knowledgeable. Also you can get house and vehicle keys there. The staff will make sure that everything meets or exceeds your needs for the better.

Not customer focused. They've had a part of mine that's to be special ordered since March 2020. They've yet to place the order. I used their special order catalog to find what needed to be ordered, showed it to the associate who was to get with a more knowledgeable team member on how to place the order. My part's no longer there.

You have to love that hometown tool shop feel when you got looking for home project supplies. That's what you get here. Lowe's and Home Depot may have more supplies on their shelves, but the people at Ace Hardware have your back when you need them to special order for you, take time to go over your project, or follow up with you when new supplies come in. They are awesome.

Came in with a key crisis I broke my golf cart key in half they were able to cut a new one with both pieces and saved the day !!! The employees were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location not only for cutting keys but for your every day hardware as well !!! Thanks again Ace for saving the day for me !!

Literally the best ace ive ever been to. very friendly + knowledgeable staff who work really hard. also very accepting and non judgmental. i have gone in to have keys copied several times and i have yet to have a problem which is impressive with key replacements.

This is a real hardware store, not like the big box stores that charge 4.99 for 2 prepackaged bolts, they are also a lumber store with good quality and service, there is actual people that will help you, it’s called customer service and it’s very hard find these days! These family owned businesses are getting hard to find so we all need to do are part to keep them around, in some cases it may cost you an extra .05 cents but overall I think its cheaper and you can get in and out, time is money.

This Ace is a real hardware store. They have nuts and bolts, plumbing parts and everything else that a hardware store should have. They don't have fancy curtains, pretty candles or any of the other fancy stuff the "lower " place sells. The people here are extremely courteous and ready to help if you need it.
