TOP DOGS is awesome! They have everything you need for your pets. The staff are extremely helpful in finding the right products and are very knowledgeable in everything they sell especially in the food dept. I just switched from Purina Pro Plan to Raw Dynamics of which the staff helped me tremendously with their knowledge. My pups have improved in every way. If you haven't checked out Top Dogs you need to go! IT'S FABULOUS!!! Oh, and they have CUTE clothes too!

I left a five star review a few months ago when I really started coming here and honestly, if I could leave more stars I absolutely could. Every time we come here it's a wonderful, lovely experience for me and my baby Octane. Everyone who works there is kind, compassionate, and truly cares for their customers and their babies. I really don't have words to fully express how much I love coming here. It's never an errand or something I have to do, but is something I want to do and that I look forward to doing every time 💕 y'all are the absolute greatest 💕

The staff is always welcoming and willing to help. They keep their shelves well stocked with a great variety of products. My husky has dietary restrictions and I several foods and snacks that he likes. I rarely go there and can't find what I am looking for.

Top Dog is an amazing store! There are so many wonderful treats, cute clothing for your pets, pet foods, and gifts for pet lovers. The people who work there are very helpful.

I frequent here because they have natural dog treats for my baby. Sometimes it’s a hassle to get in and get only what you want because they train their workers on upselling so they offer informative services but sometimes it can be overwhelming. There’s one particular girl who I feel like although she is nice, I cannot seem to escape if there is a conversation sparked. My favorite associate is Lindsay, she always seems to offer just the right amount of support and lets me look on my own but I know she is there to offer help if needed. Lindsay tends to offer advice but she never is pushy with making you feel bad or pushing something out of your price range. Overall amazing just don’t come in if you don’t got time to talk.

The store manager, Mia, was patient and showed us everything that we asked about. The service is a step above, and the store is a really nice place. Our dogs are now in LaLa Land with the CBD treats that we bought, and we will try not to judge our pups for becoming canine stoners..

Excellent experience! Was greeted and warmly welcomed. Found a whole basket full of goodies for my dogs. Asked a suggestion on shampoo and was promptly and confidently recommended a great product. We can’t wait to go back!

So freaking adorable in there. There are plenty of things to choose from and not just for dogs. There is a cat section as well. We got one dog, some Jerky, that was devoured. I guess he found it good.They also have cute pj's and some household decorations and mugs as well

Great pet store with lots of selections of dog foods, including Stella and Chewy's and The Honest Kitchen. Two of my favorites. They also have special treats for your fur kids birthday too. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. During Covid-19, the employees were wearing face masks & they offer curbside pick up if you don't want to go in. Their website has been updated recently too for online ordering.

Just to warn you, every time you walk into this store you will get asked the question “ Do you need help with anything?” from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE that works here MULTIPLE times. If I need help finding something I will come find an employee to help me. We had to leave the store because every single employee would not leave us alone to shop. When I spoke to the manager about this issue she looked at me like I was dumb and she didn’t care. Even the employees know that the customers get annoyed with being asked that same question over and over again. I believe the manager thinks that customers are incompetent to shop on their own which is completely inappropriate! Not shopping here again thank you very much.

If you haven't shopped here, you are seriously missing out! We bring our dog here, and he is beloved and adores going here too! The lasses who work here feel like family; they're friendly and welcoming, and they know what they're talking about! They also have great knowledge about other animals - I've managed to find wet food here that even my picky cat will eat! I trust them completely, they have never steered me wrong.Do yourself a favor, if you're debating - stop. Just go to top dogs. It's worth the trip every time.

Exceptional customer service - I was visiting for the first time to pick up supplies for our new puppy and Mia was truly amazing! I really like this store. I wish it wasn't so far from where I live. It takes me 30 minutes to get here, sometimes 45 minutes depending on traffic, but everyone is so friendly and they always have what I'm looking for. I recently purchased dog food that my picky Pomeranian refused to eat. When I mentioned it, the young lady at the register told me to bring it back and they would refund me. So the next trip, I brought it back and they happily credited my order for that day. Top Dogs has so much that it should probably be called Pet Depot! 😸🐶😄

I heard about this place through word of mouth! I visited the day of my fur baby's birthday, which was last minute for me, but I needed to find her a cute birthday hat, etc. I walked in and immediately I love, love, loved this place! The staff was friendly and helpful as well! My fur baby's birthday was a success!
